Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast with great variety. You are in walking distance of restaurants , cafes, bars etc. Lovely spacious room and clean and modern. Decor around the hotel is classy and warming. Metro just few yards away and Rotterdam central station 15min walk.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for our short break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is located in the city centre so it is easy to explore the city, and there are lots of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Would happily stay again!

The location of the property is good. The rooms are not very clean . In my room the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. I called the staff to the room who promised to get it cleaned but nothing happened. There was a strong smell of sewage in the Toilet. I was informed that it was a temporary issue

Perfect Location to Explore Rotterdam

This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend

My initial room smelt terribly of damp and when i asked to mive they said they were no available rooms and gave me air fresher to spray?!
The next day they moved me to an executive room at no additional cost which was amazing.

There were issues with the hotel check in system which caused a delay to accessing our room. One member of staff was quite rude when telling us this, however all other staff members were helpful.

Parking was easy on site, walkable to all we needed. Skate park across the street a little sketchy at night. During the day it was fine. Easy drive to the UNESCO wind mill site. So worth driving to.

This was the first time solo travelling for a while and first time to Rotterdam. I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station.

I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I booked the hotel with breakfast buffet for our group of 3 people but didn’t get the breakfast. When we checked it, the front desk lady told us the breakfast started at 7am on weekdays and 7:30am at weekends. We would leave the hotel around 7:30am on Saturday so I asked if possible to get breakfast earlier. She said unfortunately no. On Saturday when we checked out, another staff told us actually they could have provided packaged breakfast if they knew we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time. The young lady was a new hire so she didn’t know that. I am very disappointed that the staff was not well trained. I wonder if possible I can get the fees paid for the breakfast back?

Fantastic stay with a view

Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Also really helpful to have a UK socket as well as a USB (I’d seen other reviews saying there were only European sockets - there were plenty of those too!)

The highlight of the room was definitely the stunning view over Rotterdam. It was great to just sit and watch as the city woke up. The hotel is also very convenient and is right next to the metro line going to the beach at Hoek van Holland. Short walk to central station.

Also really liked the option of self service check in and out.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and i enjoyed the stay just as much as the first stay. The staff were all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited Rotterdam for the ASOT weekend festival. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from Centraal Station, and within mins of great bars and shops. I'll be visiting again in 2026, and will definitely be booking a stay at the Bilderberg Park.

Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice.

My stay was let down by a very unhelpful and rude member of the bar staff. I have a food allergy and asked for the allergen list. He stated that they don't have one... He wasn't at all interested in helping and claimed that none of the food had the allergen that I have (false). His attitude was one of I don't want to help, I don't want to look for the list, tough!

Very good hotel but extremely busy on Saturday night (next to entertainment district). Although it features a parking, the 12 spots were taken by 3pm (2 cars on 4 spots no one bothered to have moved) and we ended up parking at the municipal parking at 5 min walk and 30 euros later.

The hotel room was beautiful, me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we had a tower view of our local Rotterdam and of a night it was wow. The staff were extremely helpful, any questions we had they would help guide us and even the cab drivers gave us ideas on what to do.
We didn't use the restaurant or bar so we cannot comment on those.

When we are in Rotterdam this is usually the spot where we stay. The location is outstanding. Near public transportation, station, restaurants and stores. Customer service very good and really friendly. Rooms very adequate with a good bathroom. A keeper!

I stayed in a single room. It was too cold, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was not sound proof and I could hear people in the corridor very easily.

I was impressed with the breakfast buffet.

Customer service at reception was okay. Some communication issues with bag storage.

The reception staffs were nice and kind. The room I stayed was located on ground floor far-end next to a storage room. Not sure if that was the reason that bathroom smells even before I used the toilet. There was quite frequent noise in the morning as well but didn't bother me too much. However, it was a bit irritating when house keeping lady tried to get in at 11:53am, while check out time was 12 at noon. The person probably knocked but not clearly stated \"house keeping\", and it was within checkout time. I think it would be nicer if they could wait another 7 minutes to do so. Other than that, it was a great stay. Room was bright enough, bathtub was super comfy. It would be great if there is a kettle in the room.

Within walking distance from the Central Station, Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was so convenient. I lovely Hotel, really clean with lots of amenities, with a metro station literally within 50 yards of the hotel. The Maritime Museum is close by as well as the old harbour, the cubist houses and the food market. We really enjoyed our time in Rotterdam, and staying at this hotel made it for us. The staff could not do enough for us.

Kind of average, not awful but not amazing

The good - location good, quiet area, good breakfast options, most staff friendly, duvet, pillows and mattress all comfortable.

The bad - the curtains/lampshade in the room had stains on, the windows are not well soundproofed so you can hear traffic, there are no blackout curtains so it was BRIGHT early in the morning! We requested an extra pillow, they didn't have any. We requested an extra duvet, they didn't have one so gave us a sheet.

I would probably stay again if they had blackout curtains although I do think it's overpriced

My room is very clean. However, the bathroom has a glass panel on the wall that separates it from the bedroom. When my partner turned on the light in the middle of the night, It lit up the bedroom and woke me up. Don’t understand the purpose of the glass panel there.

A great place to stay for a city trip

I had to book a night somewhere with my dog due to an emergency that shut down Eurostar and other trains for the day. I was delighted to find this hotel a short and pleasant walk from the Rotterdam CS. For a reasonable price I had everything I needed and more for my last-minute stay. Great breakfast buffet in a lovely setting, right in to the museum district surround by greenery in the middle of the city.

The nhow Rotterdam hotel is part of the sleek new De Rotterdam building situated on the Wilhelminapier in a prime waterfront location overlooking the river Maas, an area known as ‘Manhattan on the river Maas'.
