We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. Do not expect hotel levels of service from Premier Suites, treat them more as holiday lets on a large scale. The room was tidy and reasonably furnished, however the hotel does currently have an office block very close on one side and a building site on the other (Winter 2025) so you are either overlooked or woken up early. We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay.

The view from our 7th floor suite was spectacular. It looks more like an office building than a standard hotel but that’s a plus in the environment around the beautiful architecture surrounding the Rotterdam Centraal. Very modern and clean. The only possible downside is ongoing construction nearby but that was not a big deal. We could walk to a grocery store or to one of the plentiful restaurants nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip to the area. Great location opposite Centraal Station and walkable for the many shops, bars and restaurants of beautiful Rotterdam. Rooms have everything you could wish for, full kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Small but well kitted gym. Will be my first choice when in the area again, thanks!

This hotel is just perfect! The rooms are modern with a fresh feel, and all of the basic amenities for cooking are provided. There's a laundry service (which we didn't use as we were only there for 3 nights) and a 24 hour gym as part of the booking which is a bonus.
The mini mart by the desk is handy but pricey as you'd expect. There's no need to use it though because there's a supermarket about a 3 mins walk away. The hotel's right opposite the central station so it's super easy to find, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank them very much for their food recommendations which we asked for one evening :)

Very good location right across the street from the central train station. Very walkable to the Erasmus Bridge, has many good eating options near. Casinos also very near if you want to venture there. Room was very nice, had 2 rooms separated by a hall by the bathroom, but no bedroom door. Air conditioned however the thermostat and cooling vent are located in the living area with no bedroom vents and no fan ——so you are dependent ??? For circulating the cool to the bedroom. Was cool enough weather when we were there, not sure how it would be in warmer conditions Or in the winter.

It was TERRIBLE by all means. Bed linens were disguising , smelled and spots all over , not fresh. Misquotes in the suite bitten kids in faces . Alarm sounded at 2 am and we all went down , it was false alarm and I learnt from others it did happen a couple of nights before. We stayed a couple of nights and it was the WORST in my 25 years of traveling….don't be fooled by what I think made up reviews by people of interest in this property.. the WORST.

We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Suites. The suite is spacious and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen, I saw that it has the basic things. There is a laundry room in each floor with 3 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent is also provided. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

We did a BeNeLux trip with my husband, and this hotel was by far our favorite! The suits were very spacious. Easy to reach most places in the city by foot or bike. Laundry room was the only let down: was very hot, and clothes was not drying in the dryer, but it was free and an unexpected bonus anyway. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby has great coffee and tea selection too. Would definitively recommend this place to friends.

They are so welcoming and nice, I had Laura check me and she was super sweet which I appreciated & loved being in a foreign country & all. The lobby is so comfortable and inviting and the rooms were perfect, it was like having your own apartment than a actual hotel it gave home comfortable vibes. It was so comfortable and clean. I really loved that they had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, utensils, plates, cups it was nothing like I’ve experienced before! The space was great big closet with hairdryer and ironing board very eco-friendly I had the best time there and will definitely book with them for sure again, I highly recommend it !!!

The apartment suite was wonderful. The view from the room was amazing and unexpected, so it was a lovely, most welcome surprise. We were unable to checkin early but were able to leave our luggage whilst we explored for a few hours. The staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions. Our suite was very clean and spacious. Couldn't hear much noise from other rooms on our floor or from above or below. We were on the 8th floor and couldn't hear too much noise from the roads below either. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable and the family had a great night's sleep. Other than the kettle and Nespresso machine, we didn't really use the kitchenette much. Everything seemed to be available though. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would most definitely stay here in again to visit this fantastic, vibrant city.
