Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.

Amazing stay

The hotel was easily accessible from the city. Its just beside the terminal and we could see Flights going and coming. They had a Skydive area also nearby. The room was very clean and so comfortable beds.

Hotel very close to airport

One of the receptionist came across as quite rude and questioned my feedback I left on Expedia after I checked in. Parking ticket validation for free parking wasn’t made clear when we checked in. We still had to pay city tax even though we had paid the taxes and fees through Expedia beforehand. Once we had shown our Expedia booking confirmation of such payments, receptionist dismissed it. It was very disappointing.

Bit better room than Van der Valk

Excellent location for an overnight stay outside city. Especially if flying of course. Bed is excellent and they have Rituals soap etc. Room has a lot of space and it is similar to newer Van de Valk hotels. I didn't use other facilities. Not cheap.

Very good hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst running the Rotterdam marathon. Really nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and good facilities. Right next to the airport. You can get to the city centre either by taking a bus then the metro, or just taking the bus all the way in. Buses aren't that regular (maybe one every 20 mins on average) but you can always get a taxi to the centre or to the nearest metro station which is only a couple of miles away.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, excellent service from the hotel and the Dominos store within the hotel. Only thing to worry about is if your a party person the latest you can catch transport is midnight otherwise Uber is the best bet.

The hotel was close to Rotterdam NL Airport.

Only 3 staff was friendly other was very rude wasnt helpful also it says on the website business rooms have laptop and free bottel of water that is a lie. I went there 4pm they didnt check me in till 5pm when I checked out 5pm on the day I was leaving they still charged me €45. I will never recoment to anyone.

Nice hotel for a Rotterdam stay

This hotel grows on you - the more you stay the more you enjoy it. Staff is wonderful and the food in the dining room is top-notch. The steak was incredible even when compared to Kobe or Argentine beefs.

Rooms are of good size and comfortable bed. Complementay bottle of water and chocolate bar in room went down well. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and willing to go extra mile for a request.

Good value for the quality of hotel and convenient for business if flying in or out of rotterdam airport as localed 1 minutes walk from arrivals/departures.

Convenient location for Rotterdam airport.

The Hotel was very pleasant although service was a story of two halves. Hotel check in was good and very helpful as was service in the sports bar. When i decided to sit outside in the restaurant however it seemed like a mistake, service was extremely slow with frequent mistakes and just generally bad service which is a shame as earlier in my stay we had experienced amazing service in the sports bar, i can only presume that was when the hotel was quieter. On our last night however the choice was taken from us as the sports bar must have been booked for a private function giving us no choice.

Lastly is something which is something I've not experienced in another hotel and that was so many flies, even when inside and attempting to eat it was extremely off putting. Outside i could understand this is something which is hard to mitigate against but inside other hotels and establishments manage to avoid this. Sadly this did spoil my stay somewhat as it was at every single meal.

The hotel is at the airport, but frequent buses leave for Rotterdam city centre, a journey of approximately 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities included a gym/training area, bar, restaurant and breakfast room. Despite the location, the hotel is well insulated, and the aircraft cannot be heard from within the building. Although there was free wifi, the speed was very slow.

The hotel has a very good location, it is close to Rotterdam Centrum, close to Delft and the fact that is right next to the airport it was not a problem at all since you cannot hear the engines noise.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel has a very good gym for a hotel. Restaurant was good. Good beer at the sports bar. It's a short 3 minute walk to the airport. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. The bus goes to Rotterdam Centraal station and takes about 20 minutes and runs frequently. The bus is very convenient and inexpensive. Impossible to get lost since the airport and Centraal Station are easy to recognize

comfortable airport hotel

One of the best 4 star hotels in this area. Modern design and spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. From the reception to restaurant for breakfast friendliness was assured. We stayed next to the planes ... no noise problem. Good gym. Breakfast was of good quality and healthy food. Rotterdam airport is 10 min drive to Delft with easy access to highway to Rotterdam & The Hague or with public transit connection every 20 min taking little than a half hour to the city center of Rotterdam. We requested for a late check out, although hotel was not full our request was unfortunately not honoured.

Excellent hotel, will stay again if in town

Visiting the area with small kids. Room was clean and front desk receptionist was very helpful. The bunk beds were perfect for a children. Parking however is expensive

Hotel is situated next door to the airport (1 minute walk) but the rooms are well insulated so you cannot hear noises from the airport etc. The room was of a good size with separate wc and bathroom. Shower area of the bathroom was large compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was good with a variety of different options both hot and cold.

La chambre était en bon etat, mais le point negatif est que le personnel ne parle que l'anglais alors d'autre clients qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais. Il serait moeux de mettre des interpretes.

Got an upgrade which was great, but I think room could have been cleaner. Great selection at breakfast! Good service, lovely hotel. Not much in walking distance of the hotel though (apart from a bus stop which is helpful).

Zimmer war extrem dreckig. Von der Wand die Schmierflecken hatte bis hin zur Bett Lampe die komplett befleckt und verdreckt war. Bett Wäsche war an einzelnen Stellen auch verdreck mit Flecken. Boden hatte auch unheimlich viel Schmutz und Dreck drauf. Zimmer war für 4 Leute gebucht aber es gab nur 2 Handtücher. Frühstück war gut war alles da was man braucht.

I was given a handicapped room with no shower curtain. I had to gobto reception 3 times to get another room. Then they gave me a luxury room but there is nothing luxury about it. Not even a fridge. Noisy AC. No welcome drinks. Heating does not heat room well. Lighting is insufficient. Quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast is sufficient but not tasty. Restaurant food is not good. It is an ok stay

La comodidad de estar a 100 metros del aeropuerto.
La habitacion es amplia y suficientemente iluminada igual que el baño.
Le faltaria una nevera o minibar.
El hotel empieza a parecer estar dejado, la moqueta y paredes con manchas.
La papelera del baño me la encontre sin vaciar.
Te tomas un cafe y no te reponen el vasito para el dia siguiente (ni hablar del cafe).
Y evidentemente, los precios no han bajado ni un apice.

Good value for business travel

For business travel it does the job. Friendly staff fast checkin and checkout. Bar and restaurant on site big rooms. Quiet mostly. Dirty carpets very soft beds toilet is in a separate space than bathroom. To me it is strange. You go to bathroom to wash your hands after you are done. Breakfast is medium to low. Not tasty but ok. Parking ok.

Cold...

The coldest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cold, (after letting the heat run all night we made it up to 19,5 degrees, but started on 17) no heat in the bathrooms, so when you stepped out there, is was freezing, cold in the hallways ect. Only in the Lobby and restaurant were the temperature ok.

Habitación ruidosa si da a la pista.

Excelente ubicación, a escasos metros de la terminal del aeropuerto, que al mismo tiempo es lo negativo.
Desde el quinto piso, la parte que da a la pista, se oyen los motores de los aviones que estan aparcados cuando calientan motores.
Si dan a la parte delantera, no hay problema.
La habitación es muy amplia, buen espacio para trabajar. Baño con ducha amplia. Cafetera de cápsulas y calentador de agua con servicio de cafe soluble, infusiones y cápsulas. A mi gusto echo de menos una nevera. Cama algo blanda para mí gusto. En general bien, excepto el ruido a las seis de la mañana.

Een nacht verbleven en prima verblijf gehad. Nette kamer met comfortable bed. Vliegtuigen zijn nauwelijks hoorbaar en dus niet storend. Bij het ontbijtbuffet is de keuze beperkt maar het is wel smakelijk. Parkeren kan in de garage van het hotel tegen gereduceerd tarief voor 24 uur.

Bad experience

Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as the location being in the airport wont attract tourists anyway but only people in need of an accomodation. The only positive note was the smiley waiters at the breakfast.I will never recommend to stay here

Fletcher hotels zijn meestal niet de mooiste hotels. Kamers met vloerbedekking met oude brandgaatjes, stof......het is het net niet.
Maar zo dicht bij t vliegveld wel prima voor een nachtje.
De algemeen te gebruiken damestoiletten waren s morgens bezaaid met handdoekjes op de grond en papier in de toiletborstels.

Kamers redelijk te doen, zoals gezegd voor een nachtje
