Staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. Two things I didn't like: first breakfast. Limited options and the scrambled eggs were not nice. It tasted really weird. Other thing I didn't like were the parking costs. On the website it was mentioned that parking was available, but not that the extra costs would be 18 euro for one night. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Perfect if you don't need anything fancy but just need a practical and clean place to stay. Only complaint is not having a desk which might not make it ideal for anyone that needs to get work done. Was worried about nose from the airport but no issues with that. Slightly isolated location of you want to do sightseeing

We were attacked by bugs!! Two people from the group has plenty of bites all over their body. That talks a lot about the cleanliness of the mattress. Apparently the room was clean but I am not sure about how the mattress was inside.

If you're going with family, this hotel is below budget, although staff are great, rooms are terrible. VERY VEEY Congested. I have stayed in Ibis Budget before and thisnhas ti be the worst, especially being on an airport compound. I wouldnt go back again.

Hotel was good, clean and friendly staff. I stayed in a 3 bed room (one bed hidden in cupboard) on my own and that was fine. A second person would have to get out of the bed over the other person or out of the bottom (only possible if third bed hasn't been set up).

This is a budget airport hotel. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. The room is small. No kettle or tea/coffee making supplies, budget, remember? If you want a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay prior or after a flight for a reasonable price, this is your place.

The room is VERY basic. Basically you get a bed. The only other furniture is a small stool. Since there is nowhere to sit in the room (other than the bed), everyone goes down to the dining room. Where people read, work on their laptop, or get drunk. The washroom is small but adequate.

unsuitable for one with high risk of heart disease

It's a budget hotel and the room was only for sleeping for the night before flight after all. We had no complaint about the rate we paid. The only thing is the shower had some fault or, I suspect, it was installed incorrectly by the plumber, so the hot water was lukewarm and temperature fluctuate. If you don't need a shower after an exhausted day or in the morning then nevermind.

Don't ever trust this hotel to pay them at desk because they will change price and add high tax plus the room we should have three single bed pr double with single bed for room size 130 sqf but we got room more smaller with one double bed and tiny small bed take it out from the waredrobe, the price been quoted to us on hotel.com website was €99 including tax plus we have to pay €5.95 tax thats should be all but we paid €149 and couldn't argue them because might can't find another hotel to stay, breakfast very poor, two people only serving reception, cleaning and service breakfast. This hotel not recommended to families at all.

First night in Rotterdam, stayed in this small, cold, dingy, bare to the bone hotel room, with no amenities, heater couldn’t even warm up room til following day of checkout. Floor was dusty. Had 2 uncomfortable very small twin size beds. No closet, hooks on wall. No phone. Not a very comfortable or welcoming stay. Goes beyond being basic to the bare minimal for a hotel room. Of course, breakfast not included. If it was cleaner, heater worked, would have been more bareable.

It is a very basic room. There are only hangers for your stuff. No slippers. Twin rooms have a small table but doubles do not. My sleep was good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good service. I had a noise and AC problem in my room. They immediately moved me to another room. There are limited options for food around the hotel or you can order from the hotel's menu. Overall, it was a nice stay. But look for deals or book in advance. Otherwise, it is expensive (I paid 73 EUR including tourist tax) for what it is.

NO FRILL HOTEL including layout and amenities

The room layout was really plain and not design for comfort, not much of counter top space at all, no small desk and no place to put luggage just a small plastic chair !
Amenities was also very very limited, not gonna be booking in that place again for that price, there are better option for the same price. This Ibis is completely not geared towards/below standards that found throughout their normal no frill for business hotel which they started off with.

Hotel is fairly new but the beds are not at all comfortable. Staff are polite but struggle with simple tasks like checking in guest or opening barriers when exiting the car park. In my case refusing breakfast on the 2nd day of my stay out of the 3rd day. I had to send all the booking details via email before I could have breakfast. Card being deactivated on the 2nd say although it was stated its a 3 days reservation.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and very convenient for the airport terminal, a 3-minute walk in fact. I checked out of my room 80 minutes before my flight and had time to do some duty-free shopping (I had already checked in online). The local area is not great, since it's the airport location, but Rotterdam town is easily accessible.

Comfortable no thrills hotel

No thrills budget hotel right by the airport. Really convenient, room, lobby, overall is clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi connectivity too, but would babe loved a desk or a place to sit and work. Door also alarms if you leave it open which is also handy.

We were three adults the room was small but comfortable it suited well our requirements. A minus was having to pay for parking as there is no other alternative
Staff were really jovial an welcoming. Very helpful and when I asked for an extra pillow there was no problem
