I have stayed in this hotel many times. As usual, The room was cleaned very well during my most recent stay. However, the quality of breakfast has deteriorated since my last visit and the staff who checked me in assigned me the room not facing the side I asked for despite he told me it was taken care of. I was quite disappointed about that.

This hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Our room had the old style three prong Asia plug. Quite inconvenient.

The breakfast area is not set up properly. The buffet is smaller than the other hotels we stayed in, which is surprising as the hotel has 31 floors. The tables alongside the buffet create congestion. The breakfast cereal selection could include low-fat milk, oats and almonds and walnuts. There is only one fruit per day; other hotels we stayed in had a variety of fruits. The hot meat items should be separate from the non-meat items to accommodate vegetarians. The 'hot' foods were often barely warm or even cold.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days in January. Ther hotel is very conveniently located near to Kwun Tong MTR (metro) and the APM shopping mall which is by the MTR station - 5 mins from the hotel. The A22 or A29 bus service take travellers to within 7 mins walk of the hotel, with travel time to/from the airport taking no more than 1 hour approx.

I opted for a standard rate bedroom and was assigned a decent sized room on a high floor. It was roomy and quiet with a spacious bathroom/shower which was equipped with soap, shampoo and towels. Tea making facilities are provided and 2 tins of water supplied each day. Service from the front desk was courteous and efficient. The housekeeper (shout out to Rainbow) was very helpful and hard working. My bed was made up although I requested bedding not to be changed. Towels that were used were changed daily. Breakfast is provided (subject to the travel provider that you booked with) and is relatively limited. However, there are plenty of eating places near the hotel so you won't go hungry and also a decent supermarket (Yata). As mentioned, APM shopping mall is very near with a wide range shops. Would also recommend taking a walk along the Kwun Tong promenade.

I recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there in the future.

Housekeeper Coco was exceptional! Probably one of the best housekeepers I have ever met in my 40+ years of travel to 20+ countries. Not only she kept my room spotless clean everyday, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable such as finding me a dehumidifier, offering me local tips, reminding me of the weather changes, etc., just to name a few! She even refused to take my tips as she told me she just tried to a good job simply making sure all her visitors feel like home when being away from home! Highly recommend!

Staff were helpfull considering language barriers. The room upon entering was underpar... a large wet stain on the carpet and the small debris all over the floor set the tone for a poor experience. The stain being wet did not allow us to remove our footwear. We attempted to make staff aware but we were not successful. Also, no hand soap in the wash room.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in HK in the past years. The lobby staff were helpful. The room-keeper did a good job everyday that made my 20 stay comfortable. The staff were helpful, gave good directions and advice. The first room had a very musky smell, I think because the windows don't open. They changed me to another room with no hesitation. It was a lot better. When we first arrived, we were very overwhelmed with the busyness and noise, reminded me of New York City, but much bigger. The buildings around are huge and by the way they look on the outside ,you would never know that walking through this small opening leads to an escalator that leads you up to a beautiful 6 stories mall. You can go through the mall to the train station which is a five minute walk away. Pretty much seemed like every train station is connected to a beautiful shopping mall. I ended up loving this location, so easy to get around. Just use your google map and it will tell you how to get every where

Great landing spot in HK

We stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to Hong Kong and loved our stay. Great daily breakfast, super accommodating staff - we brought the wrong adapters and they provided us some right away to use during our stay at no extra charge. The location is a bit out of the way from the main downtown area but we didn’t mind this so much - the subway is super convenient and it made us learn how to get around which helped us see more of the city. Great visit all around!

Very enjoyable stay.

Room size is very spacious consider how crowded Hong Kong is. You still get plenty of space for your luggages with two single beds. Bathroom / washroom is also roomy but the bathroom door is a bit awkward (you can either close the door of the bathroom or the washroom, but not both). Cleanliness is good, the staff that attended our floor did a very good job in housekeeping. Free breakfast is also very nice, saved at least $100 a day for two people if eating outside and the quality is not bad.
