Clean, spacious room, with all amenities covered. Water pressure in the shower was very strong! Buffet brekky was substantial and varied and with fresh cherry tomatoes, lettuce, watermelon and rock melon. It is also quiet and near our cruise ship port.

Our checkin staff was so dizzy, he took 15 minutes to do checkin of our 2 rooms.

Typhoon signal No. 8 was hoisted when I arrived at the hotel at around 11am. I tried to leave the luggage but turned out they let me check in at that time. It's excellent!

This hotel has not aged well. The furniture is worn and of poor quality, with noticeable stains on the bed sheets and the flattened mattresses on a wooden chair. The bathroom is also not well-maintained, with visible dust and grime.

well, it is a good property walkable from metro station and bus station. Also, it is clean and easy to check-in. plenty of restaurants available near the hotel area. As compared to Hongkong standards it was really good room size and facility like tea-Coffie maker also refrigerator in room. The card given to me was not functioning properly and I called the receptionist. He told me to go to the lobby. I had to carry all my luggage, wait for the lift, queue in the long line and finally get a fixed card to open the door.

Besides, the WiFi was not working upon my arrival for more than an hour. I called the receptionist and I had to wait for an hour to have WiFi.

The view was spectacular (considering the nightly price). It was also a fairly convenient place to stay. Yet the staff at the check in counter was very unprofessional, talking to each other about irrelevant things while handling documents for a client. That makes me feel quite unrespected. But the cleaning staff were really nice so nvm. All in all, it's worth staying if you want an affordable sea view room.

Hotel is 10mins from MTR, plenty restaurants and 7-11 close by.
Decorations can do with some freshening up, tiles grout in shower is getting a little off putting, a bit brown.
Bed is on the firm side but bearable, however would prefer 2 pillows each as the one supplied is a little flat.
Advice for anyone wanting to stay there, make sure the name you booked on Hotel.com is the same as your passport including middle names, as they will not acknowledge booking otherwise. I had to ring Hotel.com helpline and to get them to add my middle name to the reservation.

Good location: 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station, 15 minutes walk to ferry pier. Also near to the apm mall, restaurants, a convenience store, and also post office.

Service: Friendly reception counter, English communication was not a problem for us.

Room: Cozy and spacious, well equipped with all the basics you would expect at a hotel. Cleanliness is good, though the shower stall had a peculiar odour. Great complimentary Wi-Fi. Sheets were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. Room may look a little bit old, but the overall cleanliness and comfort was good.

This was a nice hotel. It is obviously dated, and needs some maintenance. But it is very clean. Some people might consider the location to be a little out of the way. But it really is not bad - about 30 minutes to Central/Tsim Sha Tsui. Mong Kok and Prince Edward are even closer. And there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance around the hotel so that you don't need to go very far to get something to eat.

The room is nice and is not too small compared with other similar class of hotels in Hong Kong. The front desk staffs are OK but the other lobby staffs are a bit incompetent. They are just walking around in the lobby without helping much the big number of hotel guests. Probably the hotel needs more competent lobby staffs.

It is hard for a tourist to look for the hotel after coming out from MTR, exit A, should give more direction where to go. Restaurants are around, One even opens 24hrs. A good hotel especially you have a room facing the harbor.
