Good: TV has \"Cast\" function. I watched my streaming video at the TV screen. Wonderful!!
Not so good: Amenity is average. No towel. Shower head is partly clogged. Wardrobe is open, without door. Lobby looks blank. A minimalistic concept or cost-cut concept?? I am not sure.

Staff was fine. Hotel was not up to standard. Pictures misleading. Purple lights in hallways unbecoming of any legitimate hotel. Noisy rooms. Can hear through walls. Left after 15 minutes and accepted reality: no refund.

First time i stayed there. A little run down property, what bothered me most was the fact bedlinen were not clean. Beyond only changed every 2 days while it seemed popular as an hourly hotel for romantic getaways.

This hotel's location, just one block from the Kwun Tung Promenade, is ideal for guests who enjoy morning jogs or exercise. However, its location in a factory district means it's a considerable distance from shopping malls and supermarkets, and the area offers little in the way of evening entertainment.

This is one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed in:

1. Build quality is pathetic. My room has a door security latch that won’t fit together properly, which renders it useless. Then there are paint flakes all around the morning table due to lousy paint job / waterproofing along the window sill. The bathroom has stains everywhere… The list goes on…
2. The toilet constantly emits foul smell. It smells like dried up sewage on a hot day.
3. The entire hotel is not carpeted, and the floor is so dusty as if it was never vacuumed. In humid months it even gets sticky.
4. The water temperature was never right. It’s always either too hot or too cold. No matter how hard you try to “fine tune” the water temperature, it will never stay consistent.
5. Also the room temperature was never right. Maybe it tries to average out the temperature, like when I set it to 25 DegC, it fluctuates from 22~27 DegC as shown on my Pro Trek watch.
6. Most of the time the two towels I was given were either stained or with holes on them.
7. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but when there are so many guests from mainland China, you can expect all kinds of nuisance. Like people talking / playing music loudly at night. Or the smoke alarm gets set off due to idiots not closing the door when taking a shower, or even smoking in the room.

At £65~70 per night non-refundable, this hotel is not cheap, but the quality is. So choose a well-reputed brand instead, and stay the hell away from it.

Rude front desk guy ( Afrian / black )

The guy at front desk is so rude and behave inappropriate . If he doesn’t like his job , just quit it . Front desk is the first impression of the hotel . my wife took the video and he tried to grab my wife s mobile aggressively .eventually she called police to deal with this issue .

If location is the your priority

At day time:(Lights enter through the gaps of the conics made your sleeping uncomfortable. At night time:(Sound prove is so bad that you can hear your neighbours’ talking...
The cleaning lady is good, rooms are clean, you have your free water, no coffee and tea let your room more clean. Water is hot enough to give you a day’s relax after work.

Great value for money. Room though not spacious but big enough for short trips / staycation. No soap provided during these times of pandemic. The sound insulation is quite poor. We could literally hear the sound of TV from others while standing in the corridor.

Surprisingly bad service and room condition

1. After book the hotel, i arrived and the front desk person said my stay has not shown in their system. He said there is nothing he could do as i am not booking directly to their official website. I stood there for 15 mins and his service attitude was bad. 2. The shower water temperature fluctuated badly. One second was very hot and next second cold. 3. The ventilation fan from ceiling was grinding the whole time and i hardly able to sleep

Convenient location for short stay

A quick weekend getaway. Quiet location but with buses right outside the hotel connecting to the MTR. Walkable to waterside for morning jogs or general walk arounds. Food is available within walking distance. Direct bus from Airport.

There was a stain on the bedding and we told the reception to change the sheets. She said okay but no one changed the sheets. The floor was very dirty and even had a piece of potato chip on the floor. The room was badly renovated. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was good and 5-7 min walk distance from metro.
The room is big enough ( cmopared Hong Kong standards )
The personnel is good and smiling.
The hotel is a new building and it has the fastest internet connection that I have ever see in my life. Just awesome :)
I like the stay. If it was closer to the city, it would be exceprionnal but still very good price/performance.

IW hotel

Fast check in and received a free upgrade to superior room. Must place a Hkd 1000 key deposits. They do not have a luggage room and bags behind are placed near front desk. Smart 55\" TV in room which us great. Comfortable bed.

Not what i was expecting.

I didn't expect much from this hotel when i booked it, but it turned out to be the best hotel i stayed in out of 3. The prices are very good, the service was very good. Big tv, fast internet, big room compared to a lot of hotels around. The area is outside of the \"city\" but it is only a 5 minute walk to the MTR station, and then a 20 minute journey back into town. Would stay here again.

I do not expect much as the price range, but the sound proofing is very poor, I can clearly hear the conversation next room, the same they can hear ours. The safe is not secured, anyone can take the whole safe away, that is unacceptable.

New hotel near nice green space

This new hotel has potential and is near a very nice green space that runs all along the harbor and is beautiful to walk along at night. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway stop. The rooms on the upper floors have a good view of either the harbor or the lights of the city. The people at the reception desk were always very pleasant and helpful and they have luggage storage available at the reception area. It's in a rather industrial area of town but has easy access to the city and sightseeing via the subway.

New hotel near beautiful greenspace

This hotel is brand new and even though it is in a more industrial part of town a big plus of the area is that there is a nice long green space right across the street from the hotel that runs the length of the harbor looking across at Hong Kong that is exceptionally beautiful at night. From this green space you can see the lights of the city and the ships in the harbor, plus there are multiple color changing lights all along the path. Lots of people make use of the green space so it seems quite safe, even at night. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the subway. The subway does have steps to get out in order to take the underpass to get across the road, but if you are carrying heavy luggage there is an overpass walkway just a few blocks away that has a ramp leading up to it and a lift on the other side that can get you down without having to take all of the subway steps for the underpass. The check in process was easy and the people at the reception area were always very pleasant and helpful. The area seems to be up and coming and even though there aren't a lot of restaurants right near the hotel yet, you can still find some within walking distance. This area seems to have a lot of potential. The rooms were clean and bright and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A simple breakfast was provided in the cost of the room and even though not extensive had enough options to get you going for the day.

どこか繁華街へ行くにはたいてい一度乗り換えで行けるので僕には丁度良い。
