I went with my couple, was a great experience since we arrived. We were able to check in earlier. Also, the breakfast was so delicious and the view is magic in the morning. Only bad thing that we could say is at he entrance of the room is always wet whit dirt so is annoying when we entered to the room

The place is cozy and respectable and very cheap according to what you get. But I didn't like the roads around too much construction going on. Also, I didn't like that they show one place on Expedia app and give you another room of smaller space and lower quality with no view. The caves I think i.e. all rooms have no windows. Because ours had no window too, and this is frustrating for me as a person. But all in all it is good. Thank you for the experience and time. Breakfast is good too but too cold, most of the food is very cold even though we went the minute the buffet opened at 8.30am. I recommend the hotel for travellers with low budget just looking for a room to sleep nothing more.

Great location and convenient walkable access restaurants, markets etc. Room was unclean, with a broken shower and dirty toilet. Extremely basic room with no hooks or hangers/closets. The bathroom was left unclean even after room service the next day. Some of the staff members are helpful. Breakfast is decent, overall mediocre experience at such a memorable location.

Super value for money! Staff are all Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is amazing. Laundry can be done at a very reasonable price although you need to give it a bit of time (more than 24hrs). Short walk to town. Downside is that if you have a lot of luggage perhaps ask for lower floors as there’s no elevator.

Brilliant location in Goreme with spectacular views across the valley to watch the hot air ballons taking to the sky early each morning. Superb Turkish breakfast with loads of choice. Helpful, friendly staff in particular Ali the manager who really does go the extra mile to welcome and assist hotel guests. If available try to book the balcony room for best views in the hotel.

Bad service and not honest

Travel 2 weeks in Turkey, have no issue with all others hotel except Shoestring. Have checked-in Harman Cave Hotel for 3 nights before move to Shoestring for 1 night stay (7/5). 1 day before check in, drop by to Shoestring to reconfirm my booking. The guy at reception offer to pick us up from Harman Cave on 7/5 in which we very appreciated. The distance from Harman Cave to Shoestring is actually not very far but due to the landscape / hill location, is very hard to move around in 2 big luggage bag. After check out on Harman Cave, called up Shoestring and the guy who pick up the phone, inform will be pick us up in 10 - 15 min. Waited more than 45 min, still nobody turn up. Call back Shoestring to check what going on. Said the hotel car is not back yet, hence will arrange a taxi to pick us up and he will pay for it. Waited for 1 hours, still no sign of the Taxi. At last Harman Cave reception offer to send us to Shoestring using his own car. Upon arrival, no apology from the reception and he claim already send a taxi to the hotel but can't locate us. We are sitting at the reception and in fact i stand in front of the main door / road for 1 hour, we see no Taxi and Harman Cave staffs were there with us. The guy very unfriendly and when ask about internet and other things, say all written in the hotel room and just read it and don't bother to explain. Very arrogant. Room also dusty. Also lie about airport transfer charges. Before check in said 35 TL, after check in inform 10 Euro

Excellent Hotel in well located place.Rooms are very warm.Thd rooms are not sound proof and there are lots of dogs around.Beautiful view from the rooftop.However the wi fi connection is non existent most of the times and theres no satellite sports channels.Also no room service so u need to walk out to get supper.Great jacuzzi and bathing shower.

Great experience in Cappadocia! Shoestring met our needs and was comfortable and relaxing. Suleman was so helpful and assisted with tours, transport and a late checkout. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was great, although maybe a little dark and no English TV channels. One night it was a little noisy as room faced the large entrance courtyard. Hotel is easy walk to centre of Goreme. Highly recommend this hotel.

Contras: nosotros nos quedamos en la bride suite, la ducha tenía pérdidas; el jacuzzi no funciona; el baño y ducha no están en una habitación aparte, solo separa un vidrio. Muy húmedo y no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventanas, solo un pequeño ventilador. La TV es smart pero no se puede conectar a internet y tampoco tienen canales. Algunas luces no funcionaban.

シャワー室は1㎡ほどしかスペースがなく、扉もなく、水を出した瞬間元々でしょうが排水溝詰まりを起こし足湯のようになって溜まっていました…。2泊予約していたので次の日にもここに泊まるのかと嫌な気持ちでした。スタッフの方にも言いましたが、何をみてくださったのかわからないレベルで改善は何もありませんでした。

Un des établissements les plus chers de Goreme ! Le rapport qualité prix est scandaleux. La vue est très belle mais tout le reste est plus que décevant. Des tas de vêtements qui traînent sur une réception sale, des poubelles qui débordent en permanence a l’entrée, des gamelles pour les animaux disposées un peu partout, des déjections autour de la piscine, des canettes et mégots sur les tables et de la musique trop forte.
La literie est de mauvaise qualité et semble humide. Les chambres sentent le moisis…
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est sale et les plats à moitié vides ne sont pas garnis à nouveau…
Certains employés semblent travailler pour 10 et avoir le sens de l’hôtellerie mais la plupart sont désagréables et avachis dans leur fauteuil et sur leur téléphone. Cet hôtel a été la pire expérience de notre séjour en Turquie…

Açıkçası otelin buradaki fotoğraflarına bakarak çok yüksek bir beklenti ile gittik ama görüntüden çok uzak bir manzara ile karşılaştık. Otel devasa bir şantiye alanı gibi rez. yapmadan önce mutlaka arayıp inşaatın bitip bitmediğini öğrenmelisiniz. Bu başlı başına bir sıkıntı, diğer noktalara gelecek olursak.

-Odadaki petek kendini zor ısıtıyordu, elektrikli soba geldi.
-Odanın içinde ağır bir tuvalet gideri kokusu vardı.
-Oda temizliği pek hoş değildi ve pek çok yer, dolaplar kir ve toz içindeydi. Temiz yerleştirdiğiniz eşyalar kirli çıkabilir dikkat edin.
-En rahatsız edicisi odada ağır bir tuvalet gideri kokusı vardı.
-Çok daha kötü otellerde çok daha iyi kahvaltılar yapmışımdır.

Konum ve manzara olarak ise güzel bir otel. Ama çok fazla olumsuz durum yaşadım. Dediğim gibi doğru bir zamanda gidilse keyifli bir otel olabilir.

Otelde 2 aile olarak konakladık. Otel çalışanlarının güleryüzle yardımsever. Odalar tertemiz biz 105 de kaldık arkadaşlar bir üst katta kaldı. İkisi de süit oda olmasına rağmen içlerinde farklılıklar vardı ama olsun. Kahvaltı bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi 🙄ayrıca otel Göreme merkeze hem çok yakın hem çok uzak sakinlikte biz sevdik 🎈

Otelin ve en üst kattaki odamızın konumu, konforu atmosferi ve temizliği gayet güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltısından ve personelin misafirperverliğinden hoşnut kaldık. Araç park yeri konusunda sıkıntı yaşanabiliyor.
Odada gardrop ve elbise asacak hiç bir yer olmaması iginç geldi. İlaveten duşun armatürünün arızalı olması bizim için sürpriz oldu. Umarım bu problemler giderilir.

Magnifique hotel au coeur de Göreme. Vue +++

Personnel accueillant et bilingue. Chambre propre, décoration très charmante et authentique. Magnifique rooftop. Nous avons pu admirer le spectacle de ballons tout proche de nous. Le petit plus, la piscine qui n’est pas très grande mais qui suffit aux enfants surtout en cette période de fortes chaleurs. Le petit déjeuner est servi tardivement (8h30) dommage quand on se lève aux aurores. Et le parking n’a que 4 places et très vite full. Mais dans l’ensemble nous avons aimé notre séjour et n’hesiterons pas à y revenir.

Versprechen wird nicht eingehalten sehr schade

Leider hatten wir uns auf einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub erhofft. Leider war das Jacuzzi dreckig musste 3 mal gereinigt werden bis wir es nutzen konnten. Einen schönen Hamam hatten wir auch aber leider ohne Heizung. Das war nicht traditional. Ein türkisches Hamam muss mit Heizung sein. Da wurde gespart einzuschalten. Sonst war das Hotel in Ordnung aber einen standartzimmer würde such reichen. Das Personal war stets bemüht zu helfen.

Ninguna medida ante el covid. Nadie usa barbijos

Llegamos al hotel y no habia nadie. esperamos 45 minutos en la recepción hasta que Apareció el encargado.
Nunca vi usar barbijo a ningun trabajador del hotel. Los recepcionistas nunca usan barbijo, las mujeres que preparan el desayuno no usan barbijo y fuman cigarros mientras estan en la cocina preparando el desayuno.
En Turquia esta todo muy mal por el covid, y que no use nadie barbijo ni tengan los cuidados fue decepcionante.
En ningun lugar hay alcohol para lavarte las manos.
Vi el protocolo que hay en otros hoteles y son todos super cuidadosos. Menos en este hotel

Beautiful cave room and excellent service. We got all the information we needed for our stay. It was an actual cave room and very nice equipped with a love for detail. From the top of the hotel you had a great view over göreme and the pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was the best we had so far in turkey. They even upgraded us to a suit with a whirlpool.
Overall great experience and I can only recommend it!

フロントで、スタッフの方々がとても優しく話しかけてくれたので、居心地が良かったです。朝食のビュッフェも美味しくて健康的でした。部屋も洞窟ホテルということで、映画のセットの中にいるようで、わくわくしましたし、清潔でした。またカッパドキアに来たら、泊まりたいです。

Huzursuz bir tatildi

Otelin girişindeki evde oturan teyzeyle kavga etmeyi göze alırsanız gidin tam anlamıyla huzurumuzu kacırdı otelin otopark sorunu yüzünden bizimle hakaret ederek konustu otel bize bu konuda yardımcı olmadı kaldığımız oda alt katta rutubetli tv cekmiyor tel cekmiyor kahvaltı da çay kalmıyordu genelde kahvaltıda çesit bol temizlik güzel manzarası güzel balonları görebilirsinz

Oda kesinlikle fotoğraflardan farklı, temizlik vasat, odaya girilmesini istemediğimizi söyledik odaya girilmiş. sürekli su kesintisi vardı. bununla birlikte otelin konumu iyi yerdeydi

Muy buen hotel

Me fue excelente,el servico del personal del hotel muy bueno,salvo el que trabaja durante la noche que no le importa mucho su trabajo y te atiende sin ganas.La ubicacion es muy buena y la vista del amanecer contemplando los globos genial.La habitacion muy comoda es como vivir dentro del dibujo animado de los Pica Piedras.El desayuno muy completo,solo cambiaria el cafe que que te dan para que te hagas cafe instantaneo,con la gente que va es hora que se gasten unos pesos y pongan una maquina para que uno se pueda elegir el tipo de cafe que quiere tomar.

Inkompetentes Personal. Zimmer super klein, Bad richtig ekelhaft unhygienisch voll verkalkte Garnitur, die Wände (steinend Fließen voll verrostet). Kein fließendes Wasser im gesamten Hotel, teilweise duschen komplett erschwert. Pool wurde auch nicht in den 2-3 Tagen Aufenthalt gereinigt, so dass man nichts davon hatte.Frühstück war ok und Lage gut. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es Nachbearbeitungen an Hotel Wänden so dass es laut und voller Staub war. Ich war auch schon in einem deutlichem besseren Hotel in Kapadokya. Dieses Hotel wird meinerseits nicht weiter empfohlen.
