Rooms are clean and most important thy are as advertised. The room assigned was the same as the photo on the reservation site. Staff are very polite. Location was great walkable to train station, shopping and Shinjuku yet not noisy.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de la estacion Shinjuku. Las habitaciones un poco mas chicas que la media en Japon pero estaban muy bien. El Airport shuttle para en la puerta pero no nos sirvio ya que funciona hasta las 18 hs y nuestro vuelo salia mas tarde.

The hotel staff top notch friendly and accommodating. We left our baggage before check in and after check out; our baggage was safe and secure. Amenities were at an abundance to include pajamas. The breakfast was always so delicious. I enjoyed my stay here and would plan to use this hotel again.

Everything was excellent about this hotel except the housekeeping service. The front desk, concierge, etc. were more than capable of assisting us with any need. The housekeeping staff would never leave us with the correct amount of towels, and did not remove our trash when they serviced our room.

The rooms were rather spacious for a Japanese hotel. You could put your suitcases under the bed. The twin beds were sufficient enough for 2 adults and 2 younger children to stay comfortably. The bathroom was spacious as well, and I enjoyed all amenities

I would definitely stay at this hotel again, even if it means getting two rooms as my family gets older. The location was convenient, the staff friendly, and the rooms worth the money.

This was a good hotel in a great location. We had no problems but at the same time it was the worst hotel of our trip but the most expensive. The bed was very hard and some of the furnishing felt quite cheap and dated. Also the hotel didn’t provide any water in the rooms. It was little things like that that stood out to us which made this hotel less good value. However if you’re looking for a central Shinjuku stay this would do the trick.

Rooms quiet, clean, small and utilitarian. Hotel lacks amenities. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and the breakfast was poor, ( ate at hotel block over ). Location is decent for Shinjuku station. Hotel lacks hospitality.

Location is in a great area near Shinjuku Station and Also the Airport Limousine Bus pick you up and drop you up here. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. The staff is incredibly polite. There was always some who fluently speak English. Calling for a taxi was an excellent service: the driver would come in to pick us at the lobby. A recommendation for visitors to Tokio: bring an AI automatic translator with you and ask the staff to print addresses where you will go for the taxi drivers often not speak English. The hotel is excellent: a 5/5!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, with a cozy bed and great city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving excellent recommendations for local food and sights. I also loved how convenient the hotel was for shopping and dining nearby. Overall, a great value for the price and a perfect base for exploring Tokyo — I’d definitely stay here again! 🙌✨

Will definitely stay here again and will recommend friends who want to stay in Shinjuku. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and a good size considering Japan. AC was cold, netflix was available. Bed was slightly raised so you’re able to fit luggage was a game changer for maximizing space. Walls were thick, I barely heard neighbors, only light muffles when people were passing in the hallway. Train station is 3-10 mins away depending on which line you take. Best perk of this hotel is that the limousine airport bus stop is right outside making this the best place to end our trip. Hassle free traveling. Loved staying here.

Hotel Sunroute is very close to JR Shinjuku station. Shinjuku Station (JR, Ofakyu, and Keio) along with the subway lines makes for an important transportation hub for exploring the greater Tokyo area. The hotel caters to tourists. The staff are friendly and accommodating. So if you’re looking to hearing only Japanese, this isn’t your hotel.

We travel a lot and this hotel fell below our expectation. Upon check in, we were directed to use the kiosk even though the front desk wasn’t that busy. It failed at the last step, we went through the steps again. Still it didn’t work and we had to ask for help. We didn’t get the instructions to put a sign on the door if we needed the room cleaned, naturally we were disappointed to find our room unattended after a busy day out. We will never recommend this hotel to our friends.

Not much of a service - we couldnt check in earlier despite willing to pay. Staff did not accede to our request to help us put our luggage in our rooms when the rooms were ready. Cleaning staff did not do a thorough job, leaving tissue and uncleared rubbish around.

If this is your first time going to Japan, you should stay at this hotel. You can ride the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport (HND or NRT) to the hotel entrance. On top of that, there's also a Family Mart, McDonald's, and multiple restaurants along the street. There's also a train station entrance just right outside the hotel to get to your planned spots. If you are planning to do one of the Klook tourist tours, the meet-up spot is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next Japan trip.

This has to be basically considered a five star hotel you get there they greet you with open arms any thing that you might’ve forgotten they have for you and I mean anything face mask, toothbrush, lotion, Q-tips, body towel I mean anything they have it. They have slippers for you in the room, this hands-down has to be almost considered a far star hotel. The wounds are very small. Keep that in mind but wow, we would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. It is perfectly centralized right next to the subway everything is within walking distance, and there are malls and food everywhere within minutes of you amazing.
