It was a decent hotel for the money. Bed was mediocre, no bugs except the ones that made it through the door gap, poor lighting, tv was poor reception, definitely not winning any remodeling award, took a week to get my deposit back.

I checked in around 2:00PM but didn’t go to my room till later. The room was filthy with cigarette butts behind the nightstand and cigarette ashes in the nightstand drawer. The room stunk like dog urine and looked like dogs had been urinating on the wall. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. I called the front desk and he said the odor was from paint. I’m not stupid I know what paint smells like. He wouldn’t even let us change rooms

Not the best place to stay. Couldn’t use the shower because there was something black stuck in the tub. Also not sure what it was but there was a lot of banging noises throughout the night as if something metal was colliding with something else. It was hard to sleep. I was woke majority of the night and checked out at 7:30 am. I felt like I was cheated. The soap was so hard and small it didn’t work had to keep scrubbing it against the towel and it still didn’t suds up smh

Too tired after long drive and did not pay attention to the red flags. (1) Empty parking lot (2) Cash only (3) Room funk smell (4) Run down look of room. Most positive thing was the well lit parking lot since I was worried about my work truck getting broken into. Travel frequently and always budget minded which this place met but I still was pushing the limit for staying in run down motels.

I'm giving this a low rating because when I booked the room I booked it because it said pets were allowed. As soon as I got there, the front desk lady said their policies changed and only service animals are allowed. Please update your website or something because now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund since the room was prepaid

If you only need a place to sleep for a few hours for a reasonable price and don’t need any amenities, this is a reasonable choice. Stayed just long enough to sleep a few hours. Staff were polite and said staff were available 24/7. First impression pulling in made me uneasy as it is very run down and had a vehicle parked with two flat tires. Libby has a window with a small gap to slide things in and a sign that said no refunds after 15 min, made me a little cautious. I asked to see the room first and he was great about allowing that. Bed Box springs were visibly stained but sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The window unit worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature. Had a microwave and mini fridge but we did not use. Had a chain on the door for security.
Overall, the room was worn but functional for our needs. No sign of bugs. Price for the room was reasonable when we only stayed about 8 hours to sleep and back on the road.

Rooms were clean but really need to be repaired for wear and tear on walls, doors, flooring. Light between beds didn't have knob to turn it on. Freezer had frozen dirty ice in it. Doors to front counter were locked so you have to converse thru plastic window. Place was quiet which was nice. Close to highway and restaurants. Just needs cosmetic updates.

No frills for sure but if you just want a cheap room for the night and aren’t picky about thinks like the smell or is all the paint is completely attached to the wall, then look no further. It was said as non-smoking room but the bedcover bed chairs everything smells smoking. Very inconvenient and pathetic one. I never recommend property to anyone.

Idk what everybody else experienced but I loved it
I’m not gone lie it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms gave studio apartment very comfy and quiet. Sheets were bright white and I didn’t see any bugs my whole stay. Front desk Was super nice and they actually return your deposit. Location is convenient as well there are restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. This will be the only place I stay when I visit this part of town. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

As A Real Estate Investor, I could not help but notice that the property LACKS \"Curb Appeal\". To be fair, the price paid to get a couple of hours sleep reflected the lack of sparkle. Nonetheless, the room had several areas that reflect Deferred Maintenance. The only \"light\" was in the Bathroom. every other light was either \"burned out\" or simply missing. Upon Checking in, having to pay for a \"Key Deposit\" should have been a warning that my stay however brief would LIKELY not be repeated. To that point, my Credit Card has yet to be credited for the return of the key. Bad Business practice on the part of someone. Again to be fair, I have NOT pursued calling either the Front Desk at the Property NOR placed a complaint with the Credit Card as there could be a multi-day waiting period. However that time frame is about close out. I have to wonder if the Operator at the Property \"counts on\" Guests \"forgetting\" about the Key Deposit. So with that I close this \"Tell us about your Stay\"

The front desk is a bulletproof window. The sign in the window says, “no refunds after 15 minutes.” That’s how long you have to change your mind, and they have figured out that it takes most people longer than that.

On Hotels.com it says pet friendly, $10 fee. Sign at check-in area says the same thing. Husband goes in to check-in and they say they don't allow pets anymore. I already booked & non-refundable so I go back in with him. Show them what the site says & point out the sign beside me. He says we used to but not anymore. He did say he would refund, but when I told him he was going to have to wait for me to contact the site for a refund so he could confirm, he changed his mind. Only it changed to $20 pet fee. Room was fair. No where to hang any clothes. The refrigerator light worked, but would not get cold so our milk went bad. Decently clean, but very run down.

Not to be dramatic, but this place just felt... gross. Of the 6 light fixtures, 1 had a bulb. No tv. No phone. Toilet paper holder ripped from wall. Loose roll on tank. Ceiling was nice, but the spackle was on the wall and the curtains. Waited until the next night to shower.

The pictures on the site are deceiving. Our room was full of stained items, the shower, the sink, the couch and headboard! Obviously they are not going to show you that but items in the rooms need updated. The chain lock on the door was also broken!

When we arrived the hotel looks nice from the outside.When i walke into there checkin area it was dark and dingy and looked like a police intake room.Upon entering the room it is dark and dingy cobwebs on the ceiling,carpet was sticky.The windows couldnt be opened because they a one big piece of plexiglass.I go to turn on the ac and the cover is attached with zip ties.The bathtub was so grimy we could not use it.when we removed the bedspread there were hairs in the bed.This was an aweful experince overall

This property is dilapidated and dirty. The only redeeming feature was that the towels looked clean (we didn't use them) and so we had to assume that the bed sheets had also been washed and changed. One bed had a stained sheet so we slept in the other one. I should have listened to the reviews but the next closest property was $50 more a night and we just wanted to sleep for 7 hours and get back on the road so we opted for $65/night. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

This place was gross. They need to update the photos and stop advertising like this is a clean place to stay. There were drunks on the balcony in front of the rooms. The rooms smelled bad and the bathroom was disgusting. I will never stay in this raggedy motel again.

There were crackpipes in the grass next to the \"pet friendly building\" all type of druggies and prostitutes and the room had no Working air unit and dead cockroaches in and the air unit literally walked and right out and they have a sign that says after 15 minutes no refunds so they already know it's a disgusting building.

The staff were very nice, sadly the room wasnt.No hot water, the tub was very dirty, the sink was dirty, the floor had crumbs all over, the fridge and freezer didnt work,tv didnt work and no remote, and finally the door locks were partially broke.Beds were pretty comfortable and sturdy and the heating unit worked well but that was the only positive things about the room.

Really it was exactly what we expected by reading the other reviews. The room was dingy and things were falling apart a bit, but the bed was comfortable and it was fine for a quick overnight. If you want to pay more for a nicer place there were several around, but this was fine for us.

Was first giving a room that had a couple of roaches in it. Not sure to what extent. HOWEVER the front desk immediately switched me rooms and by the time I was going to other room I saw employee going into the first room and started to inspect it. This tell me that they stay on top of it.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have not mastered how to communicate with each other. But nothing major. They allowed us to check out later then normal. Almost 1pm to be exact with no additional charge. I will stay there every time I visit Gary.
