I travel frequently and am wired for value-oriented. I know from experiences you get what you pay for but this hit an all time low. Didn't get a sense of safety in the parking lot due to multiple vehicles with sole occupants, engines running & loud music blaring. Parked by and used front entrance. At first glance it appeared ok but once inside the room, much different story. The bedding was the worst I've ever seen with a variety of stains, rips, burn holes and little black things that looked like even they couldn't survive it along with the bugs in the bathroom.

The pool was about what you'd expect and the \"Breakfast\" consisted of a waffle maker and a little batter left, if you chose to wait for the other 7 people to finish making theirs. There were two stale, what looked like at one time were little roles and that was the extent of the offerings.

I know there are reviews of \"10\" but adhere more to the 2's and 1's as I have far more confidence in those as for both accuracy and legitimacy. It was non-refundable and a blizzard so I was stuck and it was only for a night so I took the grey thing on top of the bed and slept on the floor figuring it was my best option.

As I lay there I thought \"So this is hell.\"

There's plenty of options in close proximity for the same or possibly better price so go there.

Management will come on here and say \"So sorry...this isn't normal, blah, blah blah....\" but I have to believe it is. That many stains it has to be deliberate.

The first room I was given looked very dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned- they put me in another room that was just as bad. It smelled like smoke, the chairs were badly stained, the pillows were filthy. I would never stay here again.

What a let down. Room immediately reeked of mildew. Floor is damp by AC unit that seemed faulty and made weird grinding noises during the night. Kids were terrified of the blood stains on walls, stained pillows and sheets. Worn furniture that they actually use trash to level it so drawers don’t pop open on own. Tile grout is black and mildewed and tub is stained. So gross my family would have left if it wasn’t already 10pm and late when we arrived. One kid was crying she wanted to sleep in the car. Decided to brave it out, but if you have a choice ahead of time avoid this beat down hotel at all costs. Pictures from room 301.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The staff was very nice though. But had to move rooms at check-in because the first one smelled like something died in it. But the second room we were given was decent. The cleaning staff needs to be wiping down headboards and tables and mirrors, though they were clearly dirty, and the linens on the bed had burn holes and stains.

The room had a bad odor, had to open the window to air out the room. The toilet handle was broken you had to jiggle it in order for the tank to stop leaking, shower curtain was stained. The TV would not connect.
I will definitely not stay here again.

Travelers Beware! Do Not Stay Here

This hotel was located in an entire area of at least 10 other hotels by I-65. I thought it would be fine. It was NOT.
1) We were not convinced that the sheets were changed because of stains.
2) The shower curtain had serious mold/mildew on the inside. When I tried to show the cleaning lady in the room she was working on, that shower curtain in that bathroom had mildew all over it too!
3) Our coffee pot had no tray for the coffee packets to go in, so it couldn't be used.
3) Worst Food Ever! - Orange Juice was spoiled and had to be thrown out, there was only white bread and no jelly for toast, no lids for coffee cups, Bran Flakes were the only cereal, no yogurt or fruit, no protein, only carbs, pastries were stale and no microwave to help. The trash can was so filthy on the outside that I used a napkin to throw my trash awayl When I asked the attendant about the availability of whole wheat bread or yogurt or lids for the coffee, he was rude and said \"What's there is all there is.\"
4) There were splatters of something on the walls in the room and bathroom and I took photos.
5) It was obvious that someone was smoking weed either in the hotel or right outside.
6) Elevator area was dirty and there was chipped paint on the walls.
I have been staying at Choice Hotels for more than 30 yrs and this was the worst Quality Inn I have ever been in. If we had known how bad the hotel was, we would never have paid when we registered. I will certainly know better next time.

The first eoom they gave us was filthy. The bed sheets has not been washed. The room was musty. The fridge was covered in some kind of red residue. The dresser has a white substance splashed on the front.
We asked to switch to a different room, to which they obliged. The new room was not much better in condition.
We visited the pool, which was extremely poorly maintained. The tiling was chipped and sharp in many places. The grout was peeling, and mold and residue was clearly present. We could not stay for more than a half hour because we could not stop sneezing. After getting out, a burning and itching rash became present on my body. It went away in a few hours after applying triple antibiotic ointment.
There was also mold in yhe shower in both rooms we saw.

Hotel was in poor repair. Carpeting in hallway was dirty and loose in some areas. The outer bed covering was dirty and there was a hole in the sheet. Pillows did not have covers under the cases. Air conditioner didn't work properly and part of the covering was on the floor. Freezer was caked with frost. I could go on but I'm guessing you get the idea. Overall the entire facility was disgusting.

The pool area was disgustingly dirty. There were fake finger nails on the floor, fake eyelashes in a spilled coffee cup in the table and a dozen or more used towels lying around. The air conditioner in our room was broken and could not be fixed and they were out of other rooms so we didn’t end up staying the night. The staff promised that they would refund our money. When you book through Hotels.com you have to request a refund with them also and it’s not as immediate as getting it at the front desk before you walk out the door and head out of town. It turned out fine and we were refunded the next morning but it caused a little anxiety.

When we checked in the wait was over 5 mins. for someone to show up. The room was smelly like it had been sprayed and for good reason the bed had BED BUGS. We left immediately and told the staff at the desk why and all they said was sorry. This hotel should not be on Expedia's list and I expect Expedia to refund my money. I have been loyal member for years but this was wrong. Please refund my money and never list this hotel again.

Worst nightmare

Worst stay ever!! I ran into multiple issues while here…we got a non smoking room(only option we seen) but somehow they thought it would be acceptable to give us a room with burns in the duvet cover and on our sheets (burns with a little rigid marks making it very uncomfortable to sleep on), there were three lamps in our bedroom. All three of those lamps had stains on them, wrinkles and deteriorating. The carpet had a giant red stain on the left side of the bed, along with blood stains on the back commode(tank and bowl) that DID NOT BELONG TO ME I found this to be super unsanitary but when I addressed all these issues to the front desk representative he said its probably just ketchup (my question was then why would ketchup be in the bathroom and on the toilet?) as well as the unstable foundation in the latrine(wall crumbling down and liquid coming out) And to really set things off the power at this facility kept going out the entire duration of my stay(I never heard or seen a hotel with a backup generator) . Thankfully my children weren’t with me because this is unacceptable and to know I had no where else I could go cause they refused a refund and “didn’t” have any other rooms

The actual room was nice and clean except for a used sanitary pad i discovered tucked into the Kleenex box slot (no Kleenex box).
The outside elevator and the hallway outside our room stank horribly- of urine or something like that. :(
But the beds and rest of our room appeared clean and were comfortable.

There was gun on our headboard for our bed. Used toothbrush on the floor, blood on sheets on both of our beds. The 2 sets of towels we got had black stains we ended up buying our own towels. There was people everywhere outside smoking marijuana infront of me and my kids. Garbage everywhere outside and the pool area was disgusting never any towels. Pros: clean room, very nice staff (they do their best with what they have), quick and easy processing.
Cons: whole building needs immediate renovations (the walls look like falling apart, the water installation makes loud noises when used, the furniture in the room like the armchair is unusable), breakfast was very cheap (milk with cereal, some kind of white stew, sour waffles, and some crumpets, the best was the orange juice), seems like some families literally live there for a long time and are very loud, price (it can be lower)
Conclusion: it's good if the stay is 2-3 nights.

The pillow cases had stains that had texture to them, liked dried crusty snot. The mattresses were extremely broken down and had dirt in the stitching, not only lint but dirt. The room smelled of mildew & the walls had mold on them. There was a floral chemical smell in the room as if the try to hide the mildew smell. I did not get a refund. Totally unsatisfied. Do not book this place.

Dirty, had to change my room. The second room was still dirty. There was stains and hair everywhere in the first room. The second room was better than the first but not great. I didn’t pay attention to the Pool hrs till I was trying to get in at 8:30am and the hrs said 10-10. There was a family in there most of the time the day before so I wasn’t even able to get in the jacuzzi or anything. So I went to have breakfast. Biggest disappointment! They only had strawberry yogurt and it was expired and they barely had any breakfast! There was biscuits, gravy, and waffles. I wanted biscuits with honey they didn’t have any they had no jelly no peanut butter no nothing. No bagels that’s what I really wanted but I was gonna settle for what they had. No fruit no oatmeal just nothing. They only had orange juice and milk. The orange juice was pungent. It was not good. Horrible costumer service from the blue eyed blonde haired man. He was rude to my Fiancé and was inattentive to me. This was a learning experience. You get what you pay for!

I really like this establishment but my next visit I would prefer to be placed on a quiet side. I stayed for an overnight for work and could not sleep. Very loud music , arguing coming from hallway or down the halls. It was the weekend . Went to work exhausted.

The first room they gave me smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was like walking into a dive bar on a busy night. The blanket was complete with cigarette burn holes. They offered to change me to a different room, which smelled faintly like garbage. In the second room the top blanket had what looked like bleach stains. The bathroom had a few issues, the shower curtain rod was bent which meant the curtain didn't stay closed, the toilet was loose and would completely shift as soon as you sit on it, and there was a section on trim torn off and sitting there. Also don't expect to get anything from the vending machines that are not kept stocked and over priced for what they do have. It was not even remotely worth the $85 I paid for the one night stay

From bad to worse

The 1st room. The tv didn't work nor did the heat or the toilet. I asked for a new room. The new room was worst. The people next door was noisy all night and after getting comfortable to their noise here comes the police knocking on their door saying they're too loud but come to find out they was knocking on the wrong door. It was a family 3 doors down. The police was evicting them out of the hotel. Now its crying and pleading to stay all in the hallway. Don't know what time in the morning it was but it was definitely after 1 in the morning. I will not patronize this establishment ever again

The hotel was desirable location-wise for my needs. Otherwise, there wasn’t much to like. Facilities were very dirty but the sheets at least seemed clean. It was New Year’s Eve and the police came a couple of times, so I didn’t sleep well. Upon check out there wasn’t even a person at the front desk to take my key or anything. Breakfast was supposed to be served it was picked over and the kitchen was not clean and the food ran out fast .. Meh..

Old, needs updated. Our room had clearly not been prepared for us. Floors were dirty, blankets were covered in stains, there were cockroaches, there was a lot of dust all over the tables and appliances, and the room smelled bad. One of our lights didnt even work. A mirror fell off the wall and almost hit my 1 year old son! Breakfast was meh, barely any options and they were not refilling anything unless you bugged them about it. The highchair was FILTHY. Pool and hot tub were just OKAY. Hot tub should have been a LOT hotter. I wouldnt have stayed if we had any other choice but we had prepaid and didnt have any money to go anywhere else.
