The room we had was awful and it stunk really bad. The night person on duty was rude. There was things in the room that was broken including the room phone so I kept going downstairs to complain and I asked about a different room and you only have 30 minutes from the time you check in. The elevator is small and old. The pool was closed and the breakfast sucked.. The photos on the website are misleading.I also couldn't get anyone from Expedia to help and possibly get another hotel. All in all very disappointed ☹️

It was ok. Front desk person when i checked in eas kinda rude. Had a dry sense of humor but was ok. Didnt have to much more interaction after that. But there was 1/2 bottle of used shampoo in my bathroom. Of the ones the hotel is supposed to provide. I wont be staying there again.

We had 3 rooms for our stay. One room, the toliet was running all night and the shower was running all night and the sing plunger was stuck down. Another one of our rooms the shower curtain was moldy and the lamp shade had blood splattered all over it. Gross!

In my inconvenience at having to stay at a hotel due to home repairs. My experience at the Comfort INN has been welcoming. Most of this new staff is very pleasant. I had a few hiccups regarding a issue with my mother about breakfast which was resolved but at the end of it's about respecting you and making sure to keep the property clean which is expected.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It’s filthy, old not been updated. I don’t think ever! The lobby smelled of smoke and the hallways and elevators smelled like weed. The shower was mildew and needed to be reglazed and recaulked , the countertops we wiped with Clorox wipes, and there was dirt on them. It was disgusting! The toilet seat had not been whipped down either… The bedsheets seemed clean! It’s really the only plus. The phone was so dingy and old. I did not wanna touch it and I wasn’t sure even how to use it. There was no breakfast served that we could tell there was no fresh coffee brewed. The front desk service was polite and professional. We would love to have our key cash back in full!

Did not use the pool - but saw a sign saying it was not heated.

At first glance, room appeared to be good. However, i first noticed full-length mirror was very smudged, most likely from a child. In the bathroom, several long strands of hair were dangling from the hairdryer which was positioned at my face level next to sink.

The room had 2 queen beds even though i was traveling alone. When i pulled back the covers of one bed, there were cookie(?) crumbs; pulling covers back further revealed more crumbs. Other bed seemed okay, but when i went to check under the mattress edge for bedbugs, the space between mattress and wall was filthy (no bugs). It was almost midnight, so i pushed mattress further towards wall and made do.
I took photos that night. The next day, the manager/owner? took a look at my photos and immediately went to remedy my concerns.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired but front desk staff was exceptional.

Pool was shut down for the winter that is not advertised on the website at all , I found a dead bug on my bed I was so tired and didn’t feel like dealing with the front desk I tried to call from my room to the front desk but the phone in the room did not work paid for a room with a hot tub in room the water took forever to fill up the heater and ac in the room was off when I checked in it’s winter time the room could’ve been warm or the heater could’ve turned on prior to my arrival

I reserved 2 double rooms for my husband and I and our 4 children. Upon arriving I had no idea there would be a $60 dollar additional deposit required per room. I asked if we could have the rooms close, and was told no. They couldn't even get them on the same floor. In one room none of the appliances worked and the sheets were dirty. In the other room if we turned the hall light off the TV turned off. The worst part is the whole reason I chose this hotel, apart from it being close to my visiting destination, was for the indoor pool; which was CLOSED! And from the looks of the entire pool area it had been closed for a while. Had I known I would've selected a different location a little further away.

Cheap, mostly clean, with friendly staff. Run down a bit, holes in door frames, older place. That is okay by us, we just need a clean safe place. Sheets, beds, floors all clean. Shower grout however was moldy, curtain was mildewy, and the mirror didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Pool is not heated and therefore closed all winter. Expedia asked for my hottub review, but if they had one it's also closed. Breakfast was mostly gone and wasnt refilled very timely, so we didn't bother. Good location by the highway, plenty of well lit parking for cars and semis, amenities near by. It works for the price.

I would never recommend going here to anyone. Even the check in staff told me to never bring my kids here. When we checked in the rooms we found oiled hand prints on the head board. Food crumbs on the chairs and floor and bugs on the floor. Pool was closed and that was the entire reason we booked was to swim.

I’ll start with the positive-
Pros- the person checking us in was friendly & welcoming. We arrived late after a 6 hour drive so we called ahead to make sure he knew we were arriving late. He assured us all was good & we would be fine checking in later than usual. The breakfast was unusually good for a continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
Cons- The room is in need of some updates. The desk chair upholstery was peeling & cracked. The shower was in poor condition with cracks & floor mat full of possibly rust on the underside? Either that or something was wrong with the floor of the tub. I didn’t bother to pull up the mat to investigate. The window was leaking air on the bottom, I could feel a cold breeze coming in. I’m not sure if that’s where the overwhelming smell of marijuana was coming from or if someone was smoking in their room but it made me nauseous. I’m not one who cares if others indulge in that but I can’t stand the smell of it. We also had kids in the next room giggling loudly while we were trying to go to sleep. That bothered me the least though because it sounded like they were having fun.

It was a warm place to rest our heads but I will most likely avoid a Comfort Inn from now on based on this experience.

Booked this hotel for the sole purpose of having a pool for the kids to swim in. Drove 2.5 hrs only to be told it wasn’t working. Would have canceled and went elsewhere but it was too late to look elsewhere.

Hallways smelled like marijuana everywhere we went. Was a great place for the kids. The halls and stairways have not been swept in some time.

In the room, there were white stains on the sides of the beds. The bathroom door would not close or latch as well as the closet door. Toilet paper dispenser was destroyed as well.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. Sausage and eggs were a bit undercooked so we avoided those. Bagels were stale and the apple and orange juices had an odd taste as well.

We should have just asked for a refund but stuck it out because the kids were tired.

Checked in around 730p and desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having 2 king beds in the room. Hotel is older and the wear is showing but still great. Would have given a higher rating but for the fact it snowed overnight and we learned the owner doesn't have a contract with a snow plowing service. He then parked a truck and trailer in space next to the door and wouldn't move it so we had to push a cart with our stuff through several inches of snow to load our car. If it had snowed a little more, we would have been stuck in the lot.

The WORST room I've stayed in, in a long time. The room hadn't even been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere, and I found hair in the bed. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, the drains in the sink, bathtub, and whirlpool tub were all broken. The furniture was incredibly run-down and the room/hallways smelled horrible.

Charged me $60 for incidentals before I even entered the room … yes they provided me a refund when I left but I didn’t get the refund for 3 days. Normally I provide a card in case incidentals were incurred but for this motel they said I had to pay. They said it was to cover expenses associated with smoking in the room etc… which is ironic being that the lobby wreaked of smoke. When I said I wanted to just cancel my reservation because I didn’t want to pay the $60 they said they could do it but per my agreement with Expedia it was a non refundable fee basically meaning I’d lose the $126 fee…then went on stating I should not use third parties and just deal with them directly. Terrible experience with rude and condescending staff

The overall stay for the amount was reasonable due to the condition of the hotel (Needs A Few Updates). The beds kept sliding away from the headboard, so that made the mattress uneven on a slope. The breakfast is the same thing everyday and not hot. House keeping is terrible if you staying more than 3 days. The water for showers was warm and wouldn't get hot. Front desk tried to be helpful as possible.

Photos online show a nice hotel. Those photos are from 20 years ago when it was nice. Hotel has not aged well. Not a nice, clean hotel or hotel room. Toilet ran all night due to the innards needing replaced. Missing grout in the shower so they used white caulk and filled in the missing grey grout with silicone and not cleanly. Seems like everything was rigged or poorly fixed. For the money I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in the room's airconditioner was broken with furniture muddy and soiled. The furniture was severely abused with the doors to the closet off. Within 10 minutes in the room another person was given our room key and came in our room. We had to check out for safety reasons and book another safer and cleaner hotel for same night 20 miles away. AWFUL!! SCARY!! DISGUSTING!!! Never do reviews but really had to warn people rating and pictures of hotel a complete lie.

Our carpet felt damp, and there was a sticky spot on it that we finally just threw a towel on so that we would stop stepping on it. The bathroom was pretty gross, but not as gross as our previous hotel. The elevator made scary noises as it stopped, and the kids and I joked that we were never quite sure if this would be our last elevator ride ever or not. I wish I could remember the other cringeworthy things, but unfortunately, we have had three less than mediocre hotels this trip, and this was not the worst.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The room smelled of mold really bad and was dirty. Dust in the bedroom area, dead bugs in the bathroom. AC unit was very loud and did not work as intended. I was not able to sleep more than couple hours because of the smell and I left very early.

Just all around a not-great experience. My check-in was kind of strange because he couldn’t find me, but he said it was because of their network or something. Turns out, he didn’t properly check me in; how do I know? The phone call at 1:00AM asking me if I was still planning to check in. I groggily said, “What? I’m here…???”
Floor 3 smelled like off brand cheese tortilla chips, and my room smelled musty. The paint was chipping on the walls, the remote was missing a battery cover (antennae tv channels only), the fridge looked like it had not been cleaned, the bed was made but tousled, the room generally just seemed nasty. I had no desire to take a shower there. I woke up early, 6AM, and had no desire to stay a moment longer there and left.

Front desk staff was very welcoming. The bed room was above average and updated. Nice comfy beds. Quiet and dark! Bathroom was not clean! Looked like they take a mop and swish everything to the corners. Shower grout on the tub and all tiles was moldy and someone attempted to cover over 1/2 of it randomly with white silicone and smeared silicone well outside of the grout line onto brown tile. Pool was closed indefinitely, but we got in too late anyway. We had to leave 6am and breakfast didn't start till 6:30, not even coffee.

The hotel was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation in their system, so we couldn't check in and were stuck in the lobby. The front desk staff said there was a problem connecting to the Hotels.com system that day/night (we were the 3rd \"check-in\" that they couldn't find when someone was trying to check in). We had to call Hotels.com 3 times. During the 1st call, Hotels.com contacted the hotel and verified the reservation and room availability. After the call, we went to check in and they couldn't check us in because they couldn't find the reservation. We called back to get a confirmation number that was different from the one included in our reservation info. We tried checking in again with the number he requested. He said our reservation was cancelled. We called Hotels.com again, and they said it was not cancelled and called the hotel again while we waited. After going back and forth a few times, the hotel was able to find the reservation and check us in to our room. It was not pleasant. I've used hotels.com for years and years, and this has never happened before.
