I am absolutely disgusted with how this hotel treats people. I had a real emergency situation come up and had to cancel my stay. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a simple refund or at the very least a partial credit due to the circumstances. Any decent hotel with an ounce of compassion would’ve understood.
Not this one.
The staff was cold, unhelpful, and kept repeating the same robotic script about their “policy,” with zero interest in actually listening. I explained the emergency multiple times and even provided proof, and they still refused to refund a single dollar. No empathy, no flexibility, no customer service — just greed.
Life happens. Emergencies happen. But apparently, this place would rather pocket your money than show basic human decency. The way they handled this situation says everything about their values.
If you want to stay somewhere that treats you like a walking dollar sign, book here. If you prefer respect, compassion, and a business that actually cares about its guests — go literally anywhere else.
I will never book here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how poorly they treat people.

The staff at this hotel has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We had numerous issues, in particular with the booking and accommodation. We were charged twice for the same stay once by Expedia and then again by the hotel staff at check-in. Even after showing a receipt and proof of payment. When we came to check in, we were told to come back in 15 minutes because said person was “busy at the moment”…. I had to sit in the dark parking lot and wait to be checked in. Had to argue with management to get refunded. There’s multiple groups of people that hang out in the parking lot at night drinking and smoking. The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is horrible.

Never said hello or have a good day. I have a service dog with papers and they still charged me for my service dog. Never again will we stay there.

I usually stay at Spark by Hilton right next door to this hotel ( which I highly recommend) however this trip was last minute due to a family death. Check in was efficient, the staff was telling me their pet policy for a future visit and how cats ate absolutely not allowed ( would not bring anyway). Ironically that night when i was walking back into the hotel, there was a cat in the hotel window on the 2nd floor. So clearly, anything goes.
However the room is simple....but the chair was so disgusting and worn that I am convinced that is how Covid started. This hotel really needs updated.

Unfortunately did not have a good stay. The front desk staff kind of tried to help but were limited I guess by what they could do. Only stayed a night, 4th floor smelled disgusting like puke and dog poop, our first room 410 smelled like puke as well, the front staff switched us to 405 which was clean but the same floor so the hallway still smelled awful. Next morning, we try to extend our stay and they’re fully booked. Welp, bad luck or bad hotel, you decide.

I stayed for two nights. I knew right away I made a bad choice when I saw they had monthly rates. You can tell people lived there. It smelled like a bad apartment building. Also, on the second day, my key cards stopped working. The lady tried every excuse to blame me for it instead of just saying she mistakenly programmed them for one night instead of two. Probably won't ever come back

The front desk lady was very rude and not concerned about anything. The floors were dirty. I had to go and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I will never stay here again.

It offered a kitchenette with full refrigerator and hot plate stove top for cooking. Really convenient. The wifi was stated as free but you are allowed only one device. I had more than 2 devices due to business and had to pay additional for wifi to work on my laptop. That was my only issue. Outside of that eveything was excellent. Upon arriving everything seemed ok..as the night progressed I did not enjoy my stay..having a room on the second floor 234 and the people above me 334 with a pet kept me up all night of stomping and running back and forth even after calling the 500 number they kept doing it...that was so disrespectful I would never do that to someone..I had to get up at 5:30am and didn't get any sleep whatsoever..I even asked to be moved to another room..I was told by the front desk that I could call the police but I didn't want to cause a scene so I stuck it out..And i was going to get a weekly rate to stay longer if that hadn't happened

I could not check in because this hotel rudely explained upon my arrival that they were “overbooked”, therefore I was sent away and so were five other people was explained by the manager who is on the phone instead of the desk, even though it says that there should be there until 10 pm at the desk. I saw some of the other guests trying to resolve the same issue and they were very upset. As I called the manager to speak with him, he ignored my explanations and hung up on me. I called Expedia and Expedia helped me with finding another hotel.

I was checked in yesterday. My room did NOT smell like smoke. I woke up this morning to a room filled with horrible cigarette smoke. No one is answering the phone when I dial 500. Smokers are in rm 404 or rm 408. It’s hard for me to breathe clearly. I need a room on the end that’s not near anyone else’s r that’s not near smokers. The property was decent for my stay, however the issues at hand will probably remain. Dogs barked majority of the night which caused a horrible nights rest. On my second day I needed towels. I brought dirty ones down and the lady stated she didn’t have any extra towels at the time which was ok. On the next day I went for towels and the front desk worker was very rude asking where were my old towels. I stated to her I had returned them the night before so she then ask me my room number and states it was no note left about me returning dirty towels. Not once did housekeeping come to add extra rolls of toilet tissue. I can’t see myself staying at this location again.

I Arrived to a room with paint spots all over the floor several sections of the floor separated at seams microwave didn't work the 2 bulbs in kitchen area were burnt out .was told I had to empty my own trash cans or be charged and there was a kitchen area but it cost $29.95 for pot and pans and $14.95 for silverware. I was very disappointed with the stay I was in town to attend my sister's funeral and didn't need anymore stress so I just went home, not a place for me

The stay was incredible, room was clean, service was excellent, and the staff was the cherry on top. I’d like to specifically mention the front desk lady, Nina, for her friendliness and top notch service. She was very helpful and kind. The room itself was very clean and perfect for its price. This was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back. I would recommend it to all my friends!

Arriving at the property we were aware that the front desk closed at 10 pm, but were told to use the phone on wall and on site staff would assist us. We called & waited 15 minutes with no one coming to help. Afyer he said he would be there in 1 minute. Finally someone who just happened to be on site, but not on duty assisted us. I booked 2 queen beds and when we checked in was told they didn't have that available and it was changed to 1 queen bed & a pull out sofa. We had to take it otherwise we had no where to sleep. But thats not what I booked. Room was terribly dirty. I have never seen so much animal hair covering the floor and all inside the sofa/pull out couch. Toilets did not flush in the middle of the night. Police were then in the parking lot & inside the hotel for a incident that broke out during check out. This was not a good experience.

It was very clean and quiet and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t provide forks or spoons or pots or dishes in the room but they have a microwave and refrigerator and stove top for you to cook on but I’m from the north west suburban area and our rooms with stove tops comes with pots and dishes and spoons and forks so I was talking back about that so I had to go out and provide my own cook wear and spoons and forks and plates so that me and my husband cook eat the food that I brought to cook for us so be aware if you’ll are planning to stay there and cook make sure you’ll bring you’ll own pots and stuff you will need to cook like if you was at home and also you would need dish soap to wash the pots and stuff and kitchen towel or sponge to clean your dishes and stuff but the do provide a clothes basket to use to take your clothes to wash and bring your clothes back to the room and they do provide hangers and the area is nice and there’s store and a mall near by just incase you need clothes or food or snacks or pots and pans and stuff there a Walmart and a dollar tree and Ross and stuff like that and restaurant like bob evans and Popeyes and red lobster and longhorn and outback steak house

Room was meant to be cleaned during stay, this was not done and we had to ask for extra toilet roll, towels were not replenished so just as well we took our own. Also I selected pay at property which we did and the money was then taken from my credit card and it took a week to be refunded. All in all ok if convenient but probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again..
