The hotel was idealy situated for our visit to Bad Honnef. There were 3 of us staying in a delux plus room which proved to be ideal and we would definately use the hotel again. The breakfast was very good.

We were offer a very large room, including a full equipped kitchen. Luxurious. Decent breakfast but was very (very) crowded (you may want to arrive early if you can). The WiFi reception was spotty at best in our room. Would often cut-off for a few minutes.

Worst hotel I stayed
No AC in August or fan. Very hot room. Asked for a sheet instead of a blanket and never got one.
Roaches in the room. Complained and they said they didn’t have another room to move me or they couldn’t cancel my reservation.
I need an iron and they only have 1 in the whole hotel. They took hours to find it.

Really this place need to fix many things.
Bathtub is super high also and dangerous.
They charge extra for pool and parking.

Only good thing was the breakfast.

Please red before booking.
We booked 2 rooms in August, hotel doesn’t have air conditioning or fans! Rooms were hot to sleep and if we open the windows many mosquitoes and bugs.

Saw roaches in the room and 1 in the bed.

I asked for sheets for the bed and never got (bed only had the fitted one and not the extra sheet to cover)

We went for a wedding and hotel has only 1 iron, so to iron our clothes was very difficult and almost a joke to believe that they had only 1 available.

Only worth part was breakfast.

Ps parking is $12 a day and they also charge $6.5 for the pool per person.

Modern and clean hotel. Good selection of food for breakfast. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room however there are complimentary hot and cold drinks available near reception. Mini fridge in room came in handy. Room and corridors were so hot as no air con. It really is needed in the summer months.

The hotel is modern, in a quiet residential area next to a park. The room was very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, due to staff shortages due to illness, both the bar and the restaurant were closed.
Staff who were there were very pleasant and helpful.
There was safe storage for the bicycle.

Great hotel in the middle of the lovely Bad Honnef. There wasn’t any conferences on so hotel was quiet. Very clean, spacious room and comfortable bed!
Parking is an additional 8EUR, but all arranged very smoothly.
Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices.

Nice hotel, but you'll pay for the pool!

Generally a decent business hotel, the room was clean and had a nice view of the Drachenfels. There was also a nice buffet breakfast included in the price of the room, which I appreciated. Only 2 minor complaints. First, if you want to use the swimming pool & sauna, they charge you 5 EUR. With a more elaborate spa I'd expect to pay more, but this is really just a small (and cold) pool and a normal sauna, and there was only 1 other person using it while I was there. If your customers are already paying for the room, why charge extra for the sauna? Second, there is free wifi, but you can only log on with 2 different devices. So let's say you have a laptop and a phone, and you've logged on with both of those, but then you decide to download a book to your Kindle. Too bad, you've used up your limit. Even if you disconnect your other devices, you can't connect a third one. Again, this is a pretty small issue, but why create unnecessary headaches for your guests? Just let them use the pool for free, let them use the wifi with however many devices they want, and let them enjoy the hotel. How much would it cost to get rid of these little hassles?

Good business hotel with a few limitations

I have stayed 2 or 3 nights several times since January 2014, usually at the weekend, most recently in late May 2015. I have experienced single rooms, double rooms and one of the larger suite type double rooms.. I stay for its convenient location and general good standard when visiting the Bad Honnef area and not for conferences at the hotel so I am probably atypical. At weekends it is often quiet and this may mean no bar or refreshment facility in the main part of the day. This combined with no tea and coffee facility in the rooms is an inconvenience. The rooms are comfortable but a little dark. The hotel is in a quiet street and a very pleasant environment but noisy guests along the corridor and the nearby railway line with fast freight trains can be a problem. Overall, a good value good standard hotel which could be improved in some areas.

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel an sich sieht soweit ganz gut aus (Innenbereich, Essensbereich).
Sobald man jedoch die Zimmer betritt, will man schnell wieder heraus.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers an sich ist modern und relativ sauber. Geht man jedoch weiter ins Bad, trifft einen der Schlag.
Die Dusche hatte an vielen Stellen Schimmel, die Toilette war von Innen super ekelhaft.
Da es keine Abluft im Bad gab, hat sich der ganze Wasserdampf gesammelt, was sehr wahrscheinlich zu der Schimmelbildung führt.
Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Dennoch würden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Es fehlt an Sauberkeit.Die Toilette war innen schwarz verschmutzt, der Tisch war staubig und hatte Tassenränder. Die Taschentuchbox war auch leer. Der Staub und Schmutz im Flur wurden zwei tage lang nicht gereinigt. Auf einer der Oliven beim Frühstück klebte ein Haar. Im Zimmer konnte ich kaum WLAN nutzen.

Wenn Zahnputzbecher vorhanden sind, Flecken an der Wand entfernt und die Dusche schimmelfrei ist, dann ist alles gut. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen, weil das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich ist und der Preis mit samt dem opulenten Frühstück stimmt auch.

6 Euro Aufpreis für die Sauna finde ich grundsätzlich okay, diese sollte dann aber auch gepflegt sein.

Beim Zimmer TV waren einige Kanäle nicht zu empfangen, konnte auch nach 4 Stunden nicht behoben werden.

Bad war okay, nur waren Haare auf dem Boden unterm Waschbecken.

Frühstück einigermaßen okay. Brötchen steinhart.

Läget på hotellet var väldigt bra. För mig med allergier så var frukosten sämre hade en yoghurt hela veckan inget glutenfritt. Ingen av på rummet var 35-42 grader ute. Badet ingick inte i boendet och var dyrt för en liten pool. Hittade en utomhuspool 20 min promenad guld vårt.

Serverades ingen mat mer än frukost.

Chaotisches Hotel mit Personalproblem

Wir mussten das Hotel einen Tag vorher stornieren, was laut AGB nicht möglich war. Daher haben wir das Hotel angerufen und gefragt, ob eine Umbuchung oder partielle Erstattung möglich sei. Erfreulicher Weise sagte uns, dass sie eine Ausnahme machen könnten und wir das Hotel kostenfrei stornieren könnten. Bis dahin gut: Letzendlich wurde die Übernachtung vollständig belastet. Von Hotels.com wurde angegeben, dass das Hotel eine Stornierung abgelehnt hat. . Auf eine schrftliche Anfrage beim Seminaris zu dem Vorfall bekamen wir keine Antwort. Hätte man uns am Telefon gesagt, dass die Stornierung nicht möglich sei, hätten wir das Zimmer Bekannten gegeben können. Somit hat das Seminaris den vollen Preis erhalten ohne eine Leistung zu erbringen, sehr ärglerich. Wir kennen das Seminaris sehr gut, da wir da regelmäßig dort übernachten. Es scheint ein extremes Problem mit dem Personal zu haben. Von doppelter Abbuchung, dass schon Leute im Zimmer waren, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt war oder keine Handtücher im ganzen Hotel verfügbar waren, haben wir schon alles erlebt. Wenn mal keine Probleme, ist es durchaus OK, man sollte sich aber bewußt sein, dass es häufiger zu Problemen kommt.

Flot stort hotel udefra og vi var meget forventningsfulde over at skulle bo på et 4 stjernet luksus hotel, men nej.
God service hele vejen igennem, fint værelse og rent, morgenbuffeten skuffede lidt, men man kunne fint blive mæt.
Hotellet er slidt og trænger til en opgradering hvis det skal have 4 stjerner. Pool området manglede nok mest til at få en overhaling, mange brusere virkede ikke og mænd kunne ikke bade da døren var låst til herrer, så var nødt til st bade hos kvinderne. Sauna var ikke tændt og koldvands bassinet udenfor sauna var i stykker.
Foyeren og de store områder var meget mørke fordi der åbenbart blev sparet på strømmen, så mange lamper var slukket.
Vi oplevede slet ikke baren var åben, selvom vi overnattede i to dage, det burde den jo være som et Lucia hotel.

Absolute Frechheit, der letzte Rotz dieses Hotel. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind war nicht verfügbar, stattdessen 1 Doppelzimmer welches nur für 1 Person eingerichtet war.
Die Dame an der Rezeption total überfordert, patzig und null hilfsbereit.
Null Kooperativ, versprochene Rückrufe des Hotel-Manager werden nicht getroffen.

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit unseren Zimmern und sind einmal umgezogen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht und es wurde versucht uns den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Auch ist zu erwähnen, dass man uns entgegengekommen ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt somit nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten in Ordnung.

Mange mangler,- spindelvæv i krogene, et insekt af ubestemmelig att ca. 1cm kravlede rundt i en sengelampe, ingen shampoo i brusenichen, minibar var flået ud af et skab og efterladt ufærdigt, flere defekte lamper på gange og ved elevator. Trods reklame for restaurant var der ingen, og d’s hotellet lå lidt øde var der langt til aftensmaden/anden restaurant,

Gute Lage und kimfortabel

Schön gelegen und eine orfentliche Unterkunft. Etwas verwirrend ist, dass Sauna und Schwimmbad und das Parken extra kosten. Preislich ist das aber eigentlich unerheblich. Apartment war in Ordnung und wir konnten für die 4 Nächte auf den Zimmerservice verzichten. Ansonsten gut geschlafen und gut gefrühstückt Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vier Sterne sind für die Lage und der Qualität gerechtfertigt.
