Staff was always so friendly and available for any questions, the hotel overall was amazing, the view from the pool, the room was great and spacious, great hotel, and the breakfast variety, everyday, delicious, I would love to go back, I definitely recommend it. The area around was safe and everything always clean.

Location and view is excellent.
Staff unfortunately needs training in \"hospitality\" - unfortunately the manager himself was the most rude person!
Ladies at the reception were very nice and valued customers more than anyone else. The breakfast was great but the staff was not welcoming (thus lowering the rating despite of good food selection and quality). As such, this place has a great potential if management can pursue what is called a \"positive attitude\" towards their guests.

People are very nice. They tried their best to serve the customers. From check-in desk to restaurant, as well as people work on the rooftop, all are excellent. Rooms are large, clean, hot water available all the time. Elevators are high speed with easy to access.

I had such an amazing stay and experience at this hotel. My only wish is that i could have stayed longer. I arrived early and staff were accommodating to help my friend and i have our bags checked so we could being exploring the city before our check in time. Check in and check out went smoothly! The pool was beautiful, the hotel/amenities were clean. It was just right for our three day stay.

Room was a good size and clean. Bathroom was large and had a very good walk in shower.
Staff through the hotel were very good and helpful.

Check in and check out processes were a little prolonged due to the compulsory used of QR codes and completion of online check in. Which in turn needed access to hotel WiFi.

Room key cards lost access rights a few times during our 4 night stay and had to wait in queue at reception to resolve.
Roof top pool and bar were very good. Fabulous views and great service

We were on the 15th floor with the most amazing view of the beach on New Year’s Eve! How can it be anything less than 5 stars!!! Seriously we had a great stay at the the WL. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We and others had roomcard issues, but it was always resolved immediately. Beautiful location too being towards the end of the beach. Can watch surfers from the room, bring binoculars!! ❤️🇧🇷

Lovely hotel away from the chaos but not too far to walk. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean, very nice professional staff. Great location with quieter beach. I would recommend adding a guest if you wish people to visit you. They are very strict about guests and will not let them even drop bag in room. I wish I had added my guest for free on Expedia because he was blocked from visiting me and it was a R$200 daily charge when I could have added for free. He was staying locally and I just wanted to have lunch on the rooftop but not permitted. Other than that, it was perfect

Room was clean. Could use a remodeling. Staff was super courteous. I did have a problem with water draining on to the entry area floor from the ceiling air conditioning unit. I reported the issue to a manager and a director. I was given a new room. The communication from these individuals was very poor. It was later in the evening and I had to go down stairs to find out what was going on and what they were planning to do. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast wasn’t included (even though thru the booking process it said it was) so that was a little disappointing.
Otherwise the hotel was very nice, room was clean, bathroom was incredibly clean, staff were awesome.
Overall we had a great stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff were polite and helpful. Always with staff at the front door which gave a good sense of security, although the area is safe and I never felt in danger.
The location was very good with everything you need nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
The pool on the roof was very nice with towels provided, having a bar there really helped. Trouble is, it was too small with all the beds quickly occupied. But the beach is just across the road!

The staff is very courteous, the restaurant and breakfast buffet food is really good. The only downside if you're staying in a room facing the ocean is that the windows will make crackling noises constantly, because of the wind. AC is pretty loud too, even at the lowest setting.

The staff at the front desk really struggled with our reservations (mixing up names, rooms) and, with each new staff turnover, we had to explain the reservations all over again.

The rooms had mold, the sheets were dirty and the walls were thin. When we called for service (e.g. extra towels), they never appeared. Overall would not recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rio. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent—staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help.
One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food served at the pool was absolutely delicious. Considering the location and the overall quality of the stay, the hotel offered excellent value for money.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.

Staff very attentive. Beach view is amazing if you can afford it, it’s definitely worth the upgrade. There are two WiFi networks, the hotel one doesn’t really work but the apartmento one does. Gym was always clean and empty as was the sauna. Pool was nice and warm with great views and an excellent bar. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast for a good hotel, it was in the expensive side and there are great breakfast spots nearby. Other food was very poor. I strongly advise to eat out, the restaurants nearby are very good. Hotel dinner was way more expensive and low quality (frozen pizza for twice the cost outside for fresh). Street behind the hotel was a little dodgy at night but Ubers always arrived quickly. Only other real complaint is that the ac was very strong and cold and didn’t seem to be adjustable (we moved the thermostat but it stayed the same temp so just turned it off and opened the window).

Two stars hotel at best. Photos are deceiving, hotel cleanliness far from a 4 star rating. Must say the salmon dinner I had was superb by far the one and only highlight of the stay. Hotel location is in a borderline safe neighborhood, but nothing is mentioned by Travelocity…get you act together guys!

Thanks so much to all the friendly staff at the beautiful Windsor Leme hotel!! Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. To me this is clearly the best spot on the beach front. If there was boxes to check for everything it has to offer, it would check all of them. Great location, cleanliness, comfort. Various sets of pillows and blankets in the rooms, quality toiletries. Nespresso capsules are available in the room for a small price.

Breakfast is excellent - great ingredients, broad variety, they refill all the time. Tapioca & omelette station is really working well, they make tasty stuff. They change pastries every day.

Rooftop pool is a gem - view is like from a postcard, and you can really get your zen there.

Also a special mention to the staff who communicated well that AC shouldn't be turned on in our room - well done, every time the room was cleaned, this was respected, thank you. I'd stay here again.

What can be done better:
- Many guests go for early tours and the hotel could offer a breakfast bag. It is a common service even in hotels of much lower rank. It is not about 'taking food out of the hotel and someone suing them if they get tummy issues', it is a simple courtesy and can be also followed by a disclaimer if they are so afraid of that...I'm mentioning this part about consuming food outside of hotel, since the restaurant is plastered with those signs that for 'guests safety they shouldn't take food outside of the restaurant '...
- Cappuccino in the rooftop bar tastes like a colored water with some foam on top.... We were really surprised by the quality...other beverages are great

Was terrible experience , my sister in law put a bread accidentally en the toast and the capitán of the restaurant Washington was so rude and she burnt her arms , them they not speak other languages than portugués was hard our communication, we had a rent car and they didn’t provide parking and also they sent you to a parking and you paid for that , no help at all, we be grateful to the bellman’s and front desk guys . But the hotel was the same price than the windsor Miramar but we didn’t found any room available but Leme was terrible experience .

The hotel was clean, in a great location, the staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The ocean view room was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good while the rest of the menu, especially room service, was pretty limited. My only complain/concern was having to pay almost $300 US for an early check-in. Brazil is very far, if you plan to visit organize yourself for arriving early and departing in the middle of the night.

We stayed there for 3 nights in early June 2025. We had partial views of the beach and clear views of the Jesus on the hill. We really liked the hotel location. It is towards the end of the beach where we felt relaxed but yet we were close to everything we needed to see and do. We walked around in the morning and evening and felt very safe because the police were around every block. The rooms were big and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was really good too 👍

Great service, big room, nice shower water pressure, great view from pool area on 19th floor. Breakfast is overpriced and any espresso drinks will be charged extra on top of the price paid for breakfast…that was a bad deal and therefore we chose to eat it there only once.
Also, coffee in the room should be FREE….include it on the room rate already.

Amazing hotel in a great location.
Room was huge with a partial beach/sea view. Great and comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with a great shower.
Rooftop pool and terrace are brilliant. Overlooking the beach, great to relax and have a drink or food. The infinity pool has a great view and really nice and clean.
Service was very good with reasonable prices given it's such a nice hotel.
Didn't book breakfast but there are plenty places around the area if needed. Also close to restaurants and bars on the beach front and surrounding area.
I'd initially stayed in a different hotel in the same area for a few nights before moving to this one and it is definitely worth paying the slightly higher price for this than the others a street or two back for the quality you get here.
Can't wait to return one day.

Loved everything about its location. The area was safe and staff security were always at the entrance of the hotel welcoming guests. Pool are was small with zero shade but gorgeous views.
