My stay at the hotel very poorly. no air no hot water, bed was not comfortable, breakfast meal was not good so I had to relocate and I do expect a refund for the days that I was not there from the 30th to the 2nd. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

They should improve mattress quality hard as a rock that we have back ache, needs a little of care before customers come to run the air conditioner so doesn't blow dust (Iam allergictodust), that elevator for 2 so anointing but workable

Basic hotel, Very nice staff, excellent breakfasts, busy area, walkable to Copacabana/Leme beach. Did not feel unsafe, and in fact Rio is safer than most Americans believe unless you go into the hillside neighborhoods or certain sections near the Microcenter.

For my travel style it was perfect. The place is older, but it is clean, comfortable, a few blocks from Copacabana beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The service was great and the free breakfast was filling. I would definitely stay here again. The room I was in was on the smaller side but it was adequate for my needs.

A woman in the morning shift front desk is a nightmare. She lied about the computer is not working though it was. I needed to print sone docs.
She called me out when a friend came and see me and used my bathroom to pee, my friend was practically went for 2 minutes to used my bathroom. That is so cruel. She is unprofessional in her demeanor and very rude. Not sure why they hire her. Not a good staff.

The area although convenient is not the best nor the safest. The Spanish gentleman running the front desk is excellent! The room is good everything in working condition! Breakfast is also good and plentiful!

we thought this hotel was good. its expensive but good value for Rio and very close to Copacabana beach and the metro. staff are nice and helpful and the breakfast is good. overall a solid choice if you want to be central but not spend hundreds on dollars.

A estadia foi incrível, liberaram nossa entrada antes das 14h00, o quarto é banheiro extremamente limpo e organizado. Hotel bem pertinho da praia de Copacabana uns 3 minutos de a pé. De quebra ainda tem um barzinho ao lado do hotel muito agradável com músicas ao vivo.

Pra quem quer gastar pouco e ter uma experiência ok, ficando perto da praia e farto comércio, não vai se arrepender, não curti muito o atendimento, Tv grande, conforto ok, cama não foi das melhores, o quarto tem um tamanho até decente, mas enfim, o café que ficamos um pouco decepcionados, poucas opções, um bolo só, com a qualidade da ganacha bem mais ou menos, mas enfim, pelo preço e localização até que valeu. Não dão opção de decorações no quarto.

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação sobre minha estadia, só a internet q não é das melhores, mas funciona bem. Buen lugar para hospedarte si lo que buscas es algo para solo dormir, dejar tus cosas e irte todo el día a tus actividades en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero tienen lo necesario. Desayuno suficiente y variado. El personal te puede hablar en español si así lo necesitas. El único inconveniente es el elevador, es algo viejo, solo caben 2 personas y solo llega hasta el 5º piso (de 6 pisos en total).

As pessoas da recepção são muito educados e o atendimento é de muita qualidade, principalmente o Sr. Ademir. O quarto estava muito limpo e bem organizado. O colchão havia uma parte que estava um pouco mais funda que o outro lado, mas nada que atrapalhasse. O ar condicionado é antigo e faz um barulho considerável, mas não é incômodo. Ele nao gela tão bem, mas consegue deixar o ambiente agradável. De maneira geral, recomendo muito o hotel. É a 3 quadras da praia. Muito bom.
