We went off season. There are two buildings and has plenty of parking. The main building is on the boardwalk and offers free breakfast. The room was large and clean. My only complaint is that the hallway by our room needed a vacuum and wasn’t done the 4 days we were there. Also when the room was limited service cleaned, while we were there the cleaner forgot to take out the bathroom trash which was annoying.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the people on the boardwalk. The hotel was ready for the summer even if the outdoor pool wasn't used much. Breakfast was fine and coffee great. The staff helped with several questions. Not all shops and restaurants were open yet but several very nice places were. We had dinner at Coastal Salt next door. Pizza Boss pizza on Friday night late from a short walk on the boardwalk. Lots of deliveries to the hotel. Did everything we needed to do for our 97 year old grandmother who spent Saturday with us.

I have stayed at this property on several occasions. The air conditioner/ air exchange vent was so loud I didn't sleep for two nights. The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and although we spoke with housekeeping Friday and Saturday, no one came in the room. It is possible that they didn't like our Bernese puppy but it's a floor where they put families with pets, so maybe they should have someone ok with dogs to handle that floor. I even mention it to the front desk person Saturday when I had to go downstairs to replenish our towels, but still no one came in to clean the room. Will not be coming back for a long time.

The view from the 2nd floor unit was perfect. Didnt use the pools but they looked clean. The shower was super. Only request would be for the bed quilt not be tucked in so low. Quiet stay.

There was weed smell in the hallways, $10 parking, but no way to tell if just anyone off the street was parking there, a big van taking up 2 spots while the parking was very tight. Balcony door handle half falling off, reported it, no one ever came up. No one should have to deal with weed smell down the hallways. The hotel had all winter to fix issues like a broken door handle.

Room was very roomy and had excellent ocean front view. It was on the 1st floor and noisy at times due to close proximity to breakfast area. Had nice breakfast buffet included with cost of room, but dining area was partially under construction. The offseason price was excellent!

Breakfast was great, assuming you can find somewhere to sit. Bar was under renovation and no one said we would be across the street at the annex hotel, where there is no staff, except housekeeping, you have to cross the street to have breakfast and good luck finding a seat! We had to go on a hunt to find an ice machine since the one on our floor didn't exist, parking absolutely was awful, our \"city view\" was of a barren parking lot and a very tired rooftop. Oh and lets not forget tge bathroom with the chipped/peeling paint above the shower, and the bathroom light did not consistently work, not that there was any way to get help, since all the staff are across the dang street! I will absolutely NEVER stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone. Between the bait and switch with the hotel room/building, lack of staff in second building, having to cross the street to eat breakfast, and the yuck bathroom its a nope. Go elsewhere.

The room itself was actually nice and very clean, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating.
We were given a room located in a building across the street from the main hotel. Crucially, we were never told at the time of booking that our room would be outside of the main building. This made it incredibly inconvenient to use the amenities we were looking forward to. Having to walk across the street just to get to the breakfast in the morning or to use the indoor pool was a major hassle. It felt like we were staying at a separate, less convenient property rather than the main Hyatt. This lack of transparency regarding the room location really spoiled the stay.

The breakfast was terrible but to be fair to the lady who was writing it, she was overwhelmed. They should have had designated at least two employees just for breakfast. Not one lady and sometimes the lady at the front desk. The trash was overflowing, they were constantly empty of coffee, napkins, silverware, milk, fruit, ect.

We really enjoyed our stay! Olivia Nash, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and kind. All of the other staff we encountered were wonderful as well. The room was a good size and was clean. We loved the ocean view room...but be aware that Hyatt puts dividers between the \"bedroom section\" and \"living room\" section, so you cannot see the ocean from the bed. I moved the furniture around and slept on the sleep-sofa so I could fall asleep and wake to the ocean view. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was tasty. The staff tried to keep up with replenishing the food, but sometimes we had to go up multiple times to try to get a pancake, waffle, or yogurt. The hotel's location is great, as it is right on the Ocean City Boardwalk. The indoor pool makes it a good choice in the off-season!

I reserved an oceanfront room. The view was fabulous! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The free breakfast was plentiful. There was free parking at the hotel. The hotel was located right on the boardwalk. This hotel was in the perfect location for Ocean City!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel had both an older building and a new one across the street from the old one. Checked in late at night, with person on duty not knowledgeable about where room was located. Sent us up in old building, after walking the complete floor returned to desk and asked where the room was and after thinking for a minute or two advised it was likely in the new building across the street.
Checked out early but no one was on duty at the desk.
Breakfast was typical buffet
Room was new but with minimal decor. Was functional.

Hotel is nice enough; just a wee bit of peeling paint near the air vent & had to shove napkins under rails outside to kill the squeaks. Also needed a replacement room safe, but they were on it.
Brekkie was a hot mess. First day great, not busy. Part of seating area closed off, no big deal. Lotta people next two days: empty food trays, outta tables, outta plates. They tried, but not quite at par for $200 per night off season.
Maybe a fluke, but I’ll stay at my event hotel next time.

Booked a 2 night stay, 2 rooms oceanfront that were adjoining, which made our extended family a safer arrangement. Shower produced a nice hot hard shower of water that you didn’t want to leave. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and we had everything we needed. Rooms have a mini fridge, iron, & blower dryer. Breakfast was free and outstanding; the gentleman who was restocking the food did an amazing job, food was plentiful and hot. The buffet had everything you would find at any restaurant. No parking pass needed because it was free which was nice. The pool was enjoyed by the grandkids and they had a wonderful time. Loved our view of the ocean and the weather was perfect for the boardwalk and beach. Would highly recommend and we will definitely rebook when we plan to return.

I know we were there in the off season, but there were painters everywhere painting walls, pulling wall paper, tarps were laid everywhere. Painters ladders were blocking elevators when the elevator doors opened. There were open cans of paint everywhere. Also, we found some type of bug crawling in our bed. And there was a cigarette but on the floor of the balcony

Let’s start out with when I made the reservation no where did it say there was an additional deposit. I paid for the room upfront when I checked in the lady had an attitude with me and told me if I didn’t like it she could just cancel the room. This hotel brand has a very high standard of customer service. The lady that checked me in did not have that standard. I ended up doing the deposit. I got up to my room like I do at any hotel that I go to I checked over the room. There was a huge stain on the floor. I contacted the front desk to let them know because I did not want to get charged for that. The lady offered to move us from the room that we were in but did not have a king so we would’ve went from a king to a double queen without a view on top of there was a funky smell in the room the toilet was constantly running. I did let them know and nothing was done. they charge $11 for breakfast. Watch was really not worth it. The food was not even hot which I told a lady that was in there she did absolutely nothing. The assistant manager tried justifying by giving me a bottle of soda on top of a couple other issues that were not taken care of.

I searched hotels.com for pet friendly places. Found one and booked it for 3 nights. When we checked out, we were informed that there will be a very substantial fee for cleaning added to my credit card. That felt very much like a bait and switch. A cleaning fee was not mentioned prior
