Extremely friendly staff! Clean room, but small pieces of drywall missing around the shower head in our room. Had issue with TV, but maintenance was very prompt and took care of it for us. No complaints about stay. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Room is very dirty. Mattress on pull out sofa had holes blood stains and dead bugs. They do not clean at all. The bathroom tub was brown the staff did not clean up. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. We watch the staff clean and all they did was spray for smell and pass the mop 1 time and said done. Do not stay at this hotel. The manger don't care or the staff. They are very rude also. I have stayed at many hotels in Ocean City MD but this one takes the cake for nasty and dirty. Sad part it was not beach season yet. It was very cold. Mind you it's April 19th 2026. Its nasty at this time can you see summer. Go to the Aloft or something in that caliber. If this is all you can afford come with things to deep clean room... your own sheets, towels, pillows etc... don't use the pull out couch. Last but not lease the balcony door did not lock and we stayed on the 6th floor bay view room with kids. They charge for parking nothing about this hotel was resort. This was a motel hidden in a high rise. This hotel charge so much for 1 night or in general. Why can't you afford couches and beds. Its always sold out as the staff clams why is everything worn down and old. What do you all do with the money. Part of up keep is the items people use like sheets, towels, good couches and mattress. Not bloody stuff. Yes people can be nasty and treat things like crap but that's why you all charge for incidents. I will never stay in this hotel ever again.

Hair under the bathroom mat. Shower had a large crack and was dirty in the shower. Sticky counter in bathroom with some hair. Screen door was broken which my husband fixed. Air conditioner did nothing but blow hot air and there was mold in it. I cleaned all the mold off and cleaned the filters. Remote control did not work properly. Got bit by a spider in the room. No bed bugs-thank god! Bathroom sink hot water would spit out at you. Customer service checking out did not pay much attention to my husband. Was not thanked for staying. Elevator sounded like it was going to just drop from top to bottom floor. And coincidentally, it had stopped in between floors the last night of our stay. Not sure that we will be going there for a 3rd stay.

I was placed in a room right behind where they were doing construction. Nothing but hammering and drilling throughout the daytime. I went to the front desk to have my room changed and she told me the only thing that was available would cost me an extra $40 a night. I checked in on April 1st and was originally supposed to check out April 5th but I left April 3rd two days early.

Staff was lovely through and through. We were on the 7th floor, street facing, end of the building. The room was clean, though dusty (its expected with the location). The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, plenty of towels, the dishes were homestly a nice touch for our leftovers, the room was spacious, and the balcony was nice for when we popped out in the morning. The sound echoed in from neighboring rooms, which was rough at times. The tv is basic with the usual 50ish channels... secretly hoped it would be a smart tv so we could log into our streaming accounts, but wasn't expecting it. Due to being there just before the season open, a lot was closed, including the attached restaurant. But, it was an awesome stay.

We had to check out early because our bathroom had roaches and not one time did the hotel reach out! Our Valentines was ruined!!! The front desk lady said call Monday. The handicap parking was perfect for me! Right near the entrance and accessible. The staff was very mannerly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I have to use a walker due to just having back surgery, and the hotel was very easy to get around.

The room was really nice, we had a very comfortable king bed. The kitchenette was very minimal, with a small coffee maker, sink, microwave, and apartment fridge. We were there for an early January trip, so definitely the off-season.
The hotel was very close to where we wanted to be so super convenient for us. I really appreciated their nice 24 hour coffee and tea station, that was super helpful because one morning we had to get up and leave at 4:30 and it was really nice to have that option.
The only small complaints that I would have were about the overall heating, because even with our room heat turned off the room was rather warm and stuffy
Also, the hot water for showers was pretty unreliable. When you’re coming in from a long day in the cold, you really need a nice hot shower and something was wrong because we weren’t getting fully hot showers

It was a last minute booking to see the New Year’s Fireworks. The price was very reasonable and the location was great. It was just a less than 5 minutes walk to where the fireworks was held. Check in and out were easy and front desk were very nice. The room was big and clean. I wanted to give a 5 but then parking lot was so tight, not good for big cars. Our car had a dent, probably when the car next to us hit it upon opening.

The staff was nice which made the stay very pleasant. Our view was great. I thought Inhad reserved a king bed, but the room had two of the smallest queen beds I've ever seen. The looked like full size beds to be honest. There was a guest near our room who played their music very loudly and we also smelled smoke in the hallway and when we were on the balcony. We thought the hotel was a smoke free establishment. Other than that, we really did enjoy our stay and would probably stay here again.

Maintenance man knocked aggressively on my room door at approximately 2:30pm on the second day. When I opened door he accused us of smoking marijuana in room. After telling him more than twice that no one has been smoking in the room, he kept insisting that the smell was coming from my room. When my boyfriend was alerted to the issue, he went to speak with the front desk and maintenance man. Maintenance man admitted that he don’t smell anything coming from room, nor did he enter the room to find anything to follow up with his allegations. My issue was, a whole floor full of rooms, you come and accuse the very ones that aren’t smoking. Will never stay here again.

Beach view fine. Lights from boardwalk at night are too bright and shine into the room even with the black out curtain shut. The bathroom tile needs work around the edges where floor meets the wall. It's not a room with a kitchenette. It is just a microwave and mini frig with a few shabby metal spoons, forks and knives and plastic plates and glasses. The \"kitchenette\" area is really small. A person could not do any real cooking - heat up a TV dinner, yes, fry an egg, no, make toast, no. The decor was fine, a pretty turquoise color scheme. Overall, it was clean. I was there on business and noticed there was no iron or ironing board. I know it's a beach resort and most people don't need to iron. It's not a bad place. It's just not what I was expecting from the description. I think if there were a few upscale things like glass wine glasses, matching silverware (set of 4), Corelle plates and bowls I would have a better impression. As it was, as soon as I saw the silverware, I thought it was dirty.
