Hotel room was pretty clean. My biggest issue was the staff the third day we ran out of towels and we asked all around, but there was no towels available. Another big issue was the room service. They would aggressively knock every morning around 11 AM after the first day we added the do not disturb to our door, but that still didn’t stop them from knocking…

Parking is horrible. The staff would get all the parking in front of the hotel leaving people to carry all there luggage from the parking lot 2 streets over back to the hotel. If your on the top floor your always better off taking the stairs. Sometimes you’ll get lucky but you’ll normally wait a eternity. The pools were tiny 8 people at the pool felt like a lot. The morning front desk people were super helpful and very nice.

I have stayed at 4 different hotels in Ocean City, and this is by far the worst one. I spent 5 days here, and not ONE TIME did anyone come to give us clean towels, take trash, or anything while we were in the room or out. We had to ask everytime we seen one of the staff in the hallway for towels and extra trash bags. We also ended up in a new room on day 2 because the stopper in the tub didn’t work, so we couldn’t give our 2 year old a bath. 2nd room we were moved too, the stopper still didn’t work, and I’m sorry, but moving rooms with a toddler and 12 year old after having everything already unpacked was unacceptable. You should have made sure the one thing I had an issue with in the room was working when you moved me to the new one. Also, parking in this hotel is a joke. You have to pay additional for parking, which they don’t inform you of when you book, and then you have to fight to get a spot that you already paid for. Multiple times on our trip we had to circle around waiting for a parking spot we already paid for, and at one point ended up paying for street parking just so we could stop wasting gas circling the blocks. This hotel is a joke. We definitely will not be staying here again. The least that should be done, is a refund for the parking that we shouldn’t have had to pay extra for in the first place.

We had to check in an hour late because the room was “still being cleaned”. When we got to the room is was beyond dirty. The floors were filthy, there was hair all over the bedding and in the bathroom. We alerted the front desk and asked them to have it cleaned, they didn’t. We were made to pay for the week of parking up front, and when we left the lot to run to the store we came back and the lot was full and we couldn’t park.. the staff told us “talk to the manager tomorrow”… meanwhile we had to pay to park on the street… the pool was gross… definitely will not stay here again.

The staff here is fabulous, very friendly and always willing to answer a question or offer assistance. I was impressed with the security and how they handled situations quietly and efficiently. The hotel has two pools that were clean and well maintained. I loved how close this hotel was to everything. We stayed in a pool side suite which was very spacious. The only thing I would have changed is I would have requested not to be on floor two. Our balcony was literally on the pool deck and was unusable during pool hours. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Reserved a 2 queen room with kitchenette for my son and his 2 friends thinking they could make some simple foods in the kitchenette but the cooktop did not work. They alerted the front desk but no one ever addressed the issue. I’m disappointed in management for not correcting this issue and at the very least would have expected some type of compensation for the inconvenience, but I assume they figured it’s only kids.

Location was great, front desk was nice. However it is by far the loudest hotel I have ever experienced. There is no noise barrier whatsoever on the balconies and the noise was unbelievably loud until well after 2am on a SUNDAY when the police had to tell people to leave and it still took them a while to actually go away (loudly). As far as the room, the beds were decent, but the flooring was super sandy/dirty and the bathroom was not great. The TV is big but very grainy (not HD and not even standard, looked like an antenna maybe) so we did not use it. I won't be returning. It was also expensive for what you got. You are definitely paying for location only. I guess it does depend on what you want or need from the place though. It'd probably be fine for college kids or people who are planning on being out until 2 or 3am every night.

Location is great. Rooms were clean, but had a horrible musty smell. The one stairwell had broken handrails. Someone could fall and really hurt themselves. Otherwise, great stay. Pools are small and are in separate buildings, so you have to go outside to utilize the other.

While the stay was nice checking the batteries on the locks should be done better as the maintenance guy had to replace the battery during our stay and we were locked out of our room until he got there, we were only locked out for 5 minutes but this was a almost 1,000 dollar stay so I expected the up keep to be better.

The room was clean and presentable. It had everything we needed. I like the affordable price. Our balcony was on the side so, we could see and enjoy the beach as we sat on it. I wish, that they could have had an outlet just for the lamp between the beds. The outlet was overloaded. The floor is clean and shiny but, slippery. I think the balcony could be painted to make it more presentable. All in all, we had a good time and will come again.

The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable enough, and the location on the boardwalk was fantastic. That’s the only positives this hotel has this year. We’ve come in the past and it was much better, but it has really gone downhill fast. For starters, they now charge $20 A NIGHT for parking. Really. The coupons for local attractions that they gave us on check-in were all expired, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the paint was peeling and chipped, the couch was stained and sticky, and there were holes kicked or punched in the walls and bathroom door. But the worst part was the horribly toxic cleaning products used throughout the hotel. I literally could not breathe in the lobby or the room. The hallways smelled, but not as strongly. My eyes watered, my sinuses burned, and I got an INSTANT headache. The staff were unable to find another clean room without toxic chemicals, and apparently the cleaning staff goes home at 4, so we offered to clean a used room ourselves. We changed the sheets, replaced trash bags, wiped down the bathroom and changed the towels. There were still chemical smells (their laundry detergent is definitely not fragrance free), but we were at least able to sleep there without severe brain damage. If industrial strength chemically fragranced cleaning products don’t bother you, this could be a great spot for you. But if inhaling toxic chemicals is not your cup of tea, find somewhere else to go.

Rooms are very spacious. Beds are very comfy and bathroom was spacious. Porch was full of bird poop when we check in. They will also charge you 19.99 a day for parking that is not disclosed when you book through a 3rd party so be aware of that.

The staff at front desk were lovely, the location is perfect for concerts and the ocean view balcony just right. The room was (surface anyway) pretty clean. But so many things are run down, broken, knackered or rusty from the cracked sink faucet handle to the stained couch to the moldy smelling hallways that you wonder when the last time was that anyone did serious maintenance.
