Great hotel with clean cozy rooms. Staff were great and so helpful with any questions I had. The location was absolutely perfect!! I hardly had to drive and loved being so close to the prime of the boardwalk. The noise wasn’t too bad either we slept like babies through the night. Definitely will plan to be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. No gross smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the boardwalk so we went for a walk. That was very enjoyable. We didn't try the breakfast but it smelled wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked 3 rooms for a large group of family! We thought check in was at 4PM, but we were able to access the rooms as soon as they were cleaned and so were able to access them early as well as the indoor and outdoor pool. Area was safe. Breakfast was included as well and parking. so all these amenities were wonderful. It was right at the boardwalk which is exactly as we
wanted and still with all these things a great price. We would definitely stay at this hotel in Ocean city again!!

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn Boardwalk! The location is perfect—right on the boardwalk and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great selection, and everything was consistently restocked during breakfast hours. We also loved that complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and water were available anytime in the dining area. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

My room did not overlook the beach. The breakfast smelled good and there were a lot of people there every morning. I did not try it because I was unsure of what kitchen it was prepared in. The room got very muggy but when we turned on the air, it was very loud and we could not sleep. Other than that the staff were very nice and the room was clean. It was a good location for the soccer tournament. It was not worth the price though.

My only concern was the housekeeping service. The only thing that was done was removal of dirty towels - not replaced with fresh towels. The trash cans were emptied , that’s it! Perhaps my expectations were too high? Either way, I would stay there again! The breakfast included was very nice. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Upon arrival on Friday, May 29th we checked in with an individual that had curly blonde long hair and glasses. They were monotone, and seemed as though we were bothering them from whatever they were doing on their phone of computer. We were given cards and told quickly and at a whisper tone how to get to room. We asked again after we did all check how to get to our room. The staff looked at us and said \"As I already told you\" then just looked down and back to what he was doing and acted as we weren't standing there. We had interaction with this individual again and they were the same unpleasant and horrible first impression of the hotel at arrival. All of the other staff were every nice every time we came in through the lobby to go up in elevator. The elevator is extremely slow. The hotel was not even at half capacity and the elevator took on average 5-7 minutes each time. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast spread we have had at any hotel. The rooms were clean and the ladies that were doing the cleaning were super nice and friendly and chatted with us while we waited for the elevator in the morning.

The room was clean and the lobby and dining area were also sparkling. The cleaning crew was constantly vacuuming and wiping things down. The lobby staff were very kind and conversational. We came over the last weekend of May and the weather was around 70 degrees. The outdoor pool is not heated so we only used the loungers around it. It’s awesome to see the ocean without having to deal with the sand blowing during not so perfect weather. There is also an indoor heated pool but we chose not to use it. The location is perfect at 5th street on the boardwalk. We found excellent shopping and dining within 3-4 blocks in either direction. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Staff was nice however they gave us the wrong room key from the jump. I saw a roach when I went to the bathroom. The main office is on the boardwalk but our room was in a seperate building.. not terribly far from the other, I just expected to be ON the boardwalk. The pool opens at 9 but no towels were put in there until 10ish.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good for complementary and the provided drinks were also nice. The toiletries in the room are communal which I wish they would provide packaged individual toiletries. The communal body shampoo, conditioner and lotions are not safe to use. In my opinion anyone can tamper with them so they are unusable for my family and I and thankfully we took our own. Our neighbors were very loud and disrespectful a lot of time during our stay. We did not ask the hotel staff to address it. We just tried our best to ignore it overall we had a really nice day. The location is great and our view was wonderful.

We had an excellent stay, the views from oceanfront were amazing, comfortable beds, and pillows. Nice little kitchenette that was perfect. The staff is excellent and super friendly!!!! The hotel is super clean!!!
Our only complaint was the water pressure and the water didn’t drain fast in the tub. But that honestly, was nothing. We had an amazing time and plan to come back.

Everything was great and the staff is excellent and very honest! I accidentally left 2 high dollar items in the room upon checkout and they called me shortly after to inform me so I could return to pick them up. Great breakfast choices, our room was very clean and the staff was helpful and nice. Will absolutely stay here again!

The only reason this hotel didn't get a 5☆ was because it is showing its age a bit. Wallpaper in the lobby has damp stains, the halls upstairs are dim. Those minor cosmetic issues aside, this property was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Hot breakfast buffet. We would absolutely stay there again.

Easy check in, hotel could be cleaner in general, but it’s an older building. Walls are a little thin, you can hear what’s going on in hallway outside your room, wasn’t a big deal for us. Rooms are clean. Free breakfast is nice. Waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, yogurt. Location is excellent, being able to walk right out on the boardwalk. Not far from inlet at all. Staff were very friendly! Would recommend.

Staff were really nice. Room was clean and actually better than expected for the price.

Walls were really thin and some woman next door started to sing and giggle on her balcony at 2:13 am until 4 am. If you are sensitive to noise and drunk people, stay away from here.
If you can sleep soundly through anything, this place is great.

Room was clean and smoke free. front desk guy (at check in time) was little arrogant(short tempered young guy-doesn’t know how to treat customers, in fact wasn’t polite) not happy during check in time. However other staff were excellent, lady at front desk during check out time was very nice and polite. Other staff(2other lady and one guy) during breakfast were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was not that bad, you might not find people with etiquette, however, there were ample of items including fresh waffles, yogurt, honeybuns muffins, bread butter PBJ, coffee juices, scrambled eggs sausages, banana and many more.
Towel and sheets were properly cleaned. Pool water was not clean enough. However, it wa swarm water. Water Needs to be cleaned or filtered. Appliances in room were old, however functional. If you’re expecting everything to be excellent and modern, please check into Hilton or Holiday inn !! (Spend more money and get more comfort, that's how it). I just booked this hotel coz couldn’t find good hotel in surrounding area in my travel date. Would not mind to come back again. Overall good staff with good management.

Great little spot basically right on the water! Super clean, and the staff were great. Originally gave us the key to the wrong room, but after calling the front desk the staff came right up and got us the right key and into the right room. Would definitely come back and recommend it for others. Only down side is the balcony is somewhat shared, with privacy being limited. Not a deal breaker for me. 5 stars all around!

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was great!!! This is the perfect hotel right on the boardwalk. The room was spotless although extremely dated. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom shower made a weird noise, water pressure was wonderful.

I didn’t remove my shoes except before getting into bed. That should say it all. I had seen something stuck on the floor. The mopping job seemed very sloppy. The cabinet door in front of the fridge wouldn’t close, so you had to walk around it. I did not use the shower, although it looked fine. Considering how dirty the main floor was, I didn’t trust it.

Our oceanfront balcony room was large and spotless, with excellent bathroom amenities & convenient lobby beverages 24/7. The staff are super friendly. The included breakfast was a nice touch and plentiful. I CAN NOT imagine being here in-season with the limited breakfast seating and indoor pool chair availability- but our off-season visit was perfect.

I arrived midweek for an overnight say. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was clean and spacious. Shower pressure was good and I got lucky with a view of the ocean. Although I wasn’t hungry in the morning, the breakfast spread looked plentiful. I did grab a danish which hit the spot later. I would definitely book again.

The Comfort Inn Boardwalk is my go-to hotel for off season visits to Ocean City. It is conveniently located on the Boardwalk near shops and restaurants. I have always enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room is always in excellent condition and the complimentary breakfast may be the best of any hotel in which I have stayed.

Nice beach view, very clean room especially the bathroom. Staff gave us an extra key to continue to use the pool & parking until 3pm after we checked out. The room was fine and clean. Was able to see the beach from my balcony- which was great. However the blow dryer in the room didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work. The shower curtain in the bathroom was a little too short so all the water got on the floor which was a little annoying. But overall was a decent stay, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok.
