The derelict fountain out front, the trash blowing about, the dead plants, the musty smell, the closed spa, the lack of servers for breakfast in the Grand Terrace, the neglected request for a high floor, the closed shops, the burning smell of a grill on the lobby level, and the guests next door smoking weed each day was enough for us to not want to stay here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I'm sure it's somewhat better in the summer, but there are many other good choices for the price.

The walls are pretty thin. There was a family beside us who were so loud it was like they were in our room. You could even hear them out in the hall. (Not really hotels fault but putting 3 small children in a room with a connecting door to, and they find said door...) The beds are very hard as well, and im used to a firm bed. One bed was however a little softer. The rooms have no carpet which is nice. The view is amazing. However, it would be nice if each deck was mote private. Our deck had some pieces or broken up concrete on the side of it. Seems kinda unsafe for children. I would stay again in off seasom. To pay 400 a night in season seems excessive and then to be hit with the 10 dollar parking fee!

Then 3 am men running back and forth in hall. No security card to get into elevators? No security to remove ppl that are obnoxious!!!

In door pool was pretty cool but it was cold. The game room was nice but expensive. Food was great but again expensive. The actual hotel Rooms look like they are stuck in 1996 BUT they are very clean and no vermin of any sort. Fresh towels were offered daily if needed. Ocean front view was amazing I could watch the ocean waves, the beach walkers and tv all from the comfort of my bed.

Well, they had a fire alarm go off my last night at about 12 1238 1 AM in the morning we were on the 12th floor. It wasn’t due to a fire. It was due to a faulty alarm system because it went back off and this is what we heard directly from the paramedics and the fire department and it was just extremely inconvenient and the fact that it went off multiple times, and there wasn’t something wrong and earlier it went off in the parking garage, a couple of times

This trip I gave 3 stars because I did not like being woken up at 12 AM by an emergency fire alarm and having to vacate and use stairs from the 6th floor with a sprained ankle. While others were rushing from a packed hotel trying to get out of the building.

We have not had good experiences with the food. The coffee drinks at Java have been really good! Pepperoni pizza is good! Rest of the food was not too good.
But over all compared to other hotels this is definitely one of our favorites and can’t wait to return ❤️.

The room was clean but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. Parking garage needs security cameras and/or restrooms since we saw someone using the garage as a restroom. Also stairways need air fresheners to combat marijuana smell.

Construction above us our whole stay. Saturday 10-4 , complained and was told they didn’t know the construction guys were coming that day. Woken up at 8 am Sunday to hammering and screwing above us again. They didn’t even bother to tell us Saturday that the crew would be returning Sunday. So I love this hotel . Me and my bestfriend stayed for a few nights and we had a great view , you can tell housekeeping CARES they really make those rooms gorgeous. One thing that would be cool is if housekeeping left some extra trash bags at the bottom of the can so I can bag up my trash instead of stacking it 3 ft high it makes me feel bad for housekeeping. Besides that they do charge a 22 dollar so about 11 dollars a day for parking . They authorized that charge without me even being there.. and oh yeah TO THE LADY NAMED JENNIFER AT CHECK IN. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES YOU EMBARRASSED THAT NEW GIRL RIGHT IN FRONT OF US SO BAD WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE. YOU HAVE A HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE AS IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB. I was going to tell you that in person but I'm sure you wouldn't handle that like an adult giving how you acted with that sweet girl who was learning the ropes obviously. I booked a suite, once I arrived I learned that the heat in my room did not work it blew cool air. I reported this to the front desk and they sent maintenance who stated they fixed it. Later that evening when I came back still not heat, o reported again and nothing was done 2 nights with no heat!!!
