The room was very clean and parking was very convenient. The restaurant was good but there were no posted signs about there working hours and with the menus in the rooms you would think it is visible somewhere; you must ask. The television really needs to improve. Not everyone visits to stay at the beach all day or the boardwalk. Some travel to get away and just relax. The television couldn't keep the picture and you lose internet connection often, I guess that's how it is set up. All in all it's a great place to stay and I would again.

I loved the fact that it was right on the boardwalk! The little cafe that was next to it had some good breakfast also, which was a plus. Free parking, and the staff were really pleasant. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a very small but useful kitchen area with minifridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, basic utensils, can opener, & dish detergent and towel. My only complaint is that it would've been nice to have a sharp knife and paper towels. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but we all slept fine. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and surfers. We didn't hear any neighbors.

The hotel is at the north end of the boardwalk, so it's a quieter area. There was a life guard directly in front of the hotel and plenty of room on the beach (but we were there on weekday, not sure what the weekend is like). There's a grassy area for dogs, which can be hard to find when traveling with dogs. We didn't take ours but will next time.

Overall great stay and we would stay again.

Right next to the boardwalk. It's my favorite property to stay at. If you like a strong coffee hit the front lobby. Very safe. I accidentally left my car window the whole way down all night long and nothing happened. It is on the corner where a city camera is. Said city camera can be viewed online live feed. Another cool feature unless you're moving in the shadows lol. I can't wait to go back again.

Great views, right on the boardwalk, service was good, very polite and professional. Parking was right in front of the hotel. Easy to find. The Satellite Café downstairs had great breakfast and the service was phenomenal and the wait staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The room & bathroom were very small. No closet, but there was a couch & table. It was also very loud & not from being right on the boardwalk. The footsteps above my room were pretty loud & since it is motel style, it got very noisy with the bar right by the pool in the center. I was there for a work trip so it wasn't ideal, but would have been totally fine for a fun trip. Staff was kind, parking was easy, beds were comfortable. Only complaint was really the noise.

This was the second year in a row that our car was hit in the hotel parking lot. What are the chances of that?
Although we never heard from the manager, who we were told would contact us after checkout, the front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize the security staff member who assisted us after the parking lot incident. He was extremely helpful, and we greatly appreciated everything he did.
Unfortunately, we received no housekeeping service during our entire stay. On the second day, I asked a housekeeper through her translation app if we could have a couple of extra washcloths. When we returned from the beach, the washcloths had been delivered along with two extra towels and a bath mat, but nothing else in the room had been touched. The trash had not been emptied, and no cleaning had been done.
The day before checkout, around 5:00 p.m., I called the front desk to ask whether housekeeping service was included, since our room had not been serviced at all. I was told that housekeeping was still working and would get to our room. I placed our trash and dirty towels outside the door and was preparing to shower when there was a knock. I was unable to answer, and my friend was on the balcony with the door closed because the air conditioning was running.
By that point, we had already decided that we would not be booking future stays at this hotel and would instead choose another hotel in Ocean City.

This was the perfect location on a quieter section of the boardwalk. Even though it is a “2-star” hotel, it had everything we needed for a two-day stay. Our room had two double beds for two people. If we had 4, it would have been crowded. Balcony faced the ocean/sunrise and the curtains appropriately kept out the early light. Ed’s were comfortable with 4 pillows! (Better than the Princess Royale later in the week!)

The only thing we have to say bad about the property and stay are the beds are not comfortable at all very thin and you can feel the very light metal frames when you laying in them. If you’re a side sleeper like both of us forget about getting a good night sleep at all.
However the property was very clean and there were staff everywhere always keeping things nice and clean after the guests.
If the hotel got some decent mattresses for the room this would be a 4 star hotel all day long.

I’ve stayed here twice since August of 2025; most recent stay was 06/26. This is a nice property with friendly staff! The location can’t be beat, oceanfront near 26th street and towards the quiet end of the boardwalk. We had a 3rd floor oceanfront room and the view is fantastic! The hotel has undergone some renovations/facelift since last Summer and the improvements are quite nice (new floors, new curtains, etc.). Our room had a mini kitchenette; everything was clean and functional. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable, the tv, wi-fi and a/c all worked well. The room was CLEAN! They have an on-site bar & restaurant near the swimming pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant once and it was good. We arrived early before full season on a Tuesday so they allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated! Big shout out to Madonna in reception- she is very pleasant and helpful (as are all the staff). Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return.

I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. They offered a list of dog friendly restaurants in the area, treats, and had grass and a bathroom area right in the back. I cannot wait to visit Ocean City again and when I do I will be staying here. Highly recommend to those with families and fur babies.

One thing I can say I was HAPPY, & THRILLED, as a young girl I always LOVED the beach and watching movies where my favorite actresses lived on the beach or even closed by was always a dream of mines. Stepping in that room and seeing that view was like a dream come true. It took my breath away. I loved it, loved it. Everything in the room was perfect. Perfect room perfect view, everything was to my liking, very comfortable very clean. A very satisfied customer. First I will say the staff and service was excellent. Oceanfront and boardwalk view also great, nice comfortable beds as well. My only complaint is that the room looked a little worn, probably because it was the end of the summer season. We stayed in the spring and the room we had then looked better maintained. We will be back as I think it’s a good value for what you receive compared to other hotels in the area.

The room itself was very spacious and it seems like it was probably updated a couple of years ago. The furniture was all in good condition. The oceanfront view was wonderful!
