My husband and I booked the hotel for our 19th anniversary. We really liked the ocean front room. Very clean. Maybe put a side table on the balconies. We would like to see a safe in the rooms for security and peace of mind. We liked the bar/restaurant underneath the hotel. Nice hotel. We hope to stay next year.

I was happy to see my room was clean and well maintained. I looked for anything that was wrong. The only single thing that was missing was a stopper in the bathroom sink. The beds were properly made. The table in the corner was clean and the two wooden chairs were comfortable when I sat in them. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. Soap and conditioner were provided in the shower.

The staff was amazing!!!!! From the front desk to the cleaning staff they were all so friendly and helpful. We interacted with so many of them on a daily basis & they all made our stay amazing. We want to shoutout Bre, we had a small issue that could have become bigger but she went above & beyond to remedy it immediately. Our room was fabulous! We had a king suite on the 7th floor with an ocean view & it didn’t disappoint. Very clean & spacious for the 2 of us. We loved the location & proximity to the ocean & boardwalk. Even with not great weather we loved our stay & will definitely stay here again because of the amazing staff.

We stayed in a beach front room. Excellent views. Room was comfortable. A/C was only a fan one night but was fixed in the morning. Fortunately, it wasn't hot outside. When we arrived, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. You can tell housekeeping cut corners and wasn't thorough and we never got wash clothes unless we went to the front desk and asked. Weird. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we're comfortable. Parking is tight and they have an overflow lot a block away. Convenient to eateries, bars, and shopping. Tiny indoor pool (we didn't use). Less than 10 miles to Assateague Island. You can go up the coast and see Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach easily. Awesome sunrises!!

1 I have to paid for the parking. On top what I already paid for the room.
2 the room balcony light is on all night you can't turn it off, so you don't have privacy at night in the balcony. Wich kills the point of having room with balcony.

DISGUSTING!! Do NOT stay here! listing and photos are very misleading and makes it seem nicer than it is and like a good value, but trust me, as soon as you arrive, you will regret staying here. It is absolutely filthy. Mold on the ceilings, especially in the pool room, the entire place absolutely stinks. I cannot stress enough that this place smells horrible on every floor and in every room. When we left our clothes all smelled like the stink of the hotel, and we had to wash every little thing. We left early because we could not deal with the dirt anymore and we would rather just go home and end our vacation. Multiple times we ran out of towels or toilet paper because they absolutely do not give you enough and when we ask for these things, they would say they would bring them and then we would wait hours and hours waiting on it. Just horrible. They refused refund, and when they are called by hotels, customer service, they ignore the calls. Take it up with your bank.

Arrived a little early and we were still able to check in. Our room was clean and stalked with everything we would need. Had a fresh smell from the elevator to the room. We needed help with our TV and a young man was at our door within two minutes. Put a new tv in in less than 10 minutes. Very polite. We will definitely book again.

It’s a no smoking facility but yet the hall way of our room every single day smelled like weed so much so that it went into our room. You can’t vape or smoke anywhere without a $250 fine with a wavier you had to sign. Over all it was a good hotel to stay in.

This was an older building so it needs a refresh. The light in our room as well as the clock radio did not work. The heating/air conditioner when operating was extremely loud. The staff were responsive and helpful. Given the lower off season price I have no complaints. If I had paid full price during the summer months I would have voiced concerns.
