It’s a no smoking facility but yet the hall way of our room every single day smelled like weed so much so that it went into our room. You can’t vape or smoke anywhere without a $250 fine with a wavier you had to sign. Over all it was a good hotel to stay in.

This was an older building so it needs a refresh. The light in our room as well as the clock radio did not work. The heating/air conditioner when operating was extremely loud. The staff were responsive and helpful. Given the lower off season price I have no complaints. If I had paid full price during the summer months I would have voiced concerns.

Beautiful view of the beach and Ocean. We were told we have one of the \"penthouse\" units, but it was an average unit with the exception of a 75-inch TV. The room was dated but clean. Great location on the boardwalk on 10th street. Jacuzzi tub that was not clean, so we never used it.

Amazing view which was the reason for the stay, but the entire facility reeked of weed and vape. It was very uncomfortable stay sadly with such an amazing spot right on the ocean. Also parking was completely full with many vehicles not displaying passes and not being able to park at the place you are staying is very undesirable.

I’m not sure but I requested a queen bed room but I think it was standard, bed was next to the door which made us uncomfortable, you can hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom ceiling had mold looked like they tried to cover it up. The ac thermostat was loud and disturbing.

The room was actually dirty. We laid towels on the floor to walk on the tile. The encasement around the mattress was disgusting and looked like someone had wiped boogers all over it. We bring are own sheets to every hotel, thankfully bc the linens were gross.

I just moved back into this area, so I'm reluctant to give the motel a bad reference. I'm not familiar with costs and what should be provided in Ocean City. There were no amentities and or breakfast. The room was clean but pretty much all that was provided was the bed and bathroom. Maybe I expect to much. This is not the Ocean City that I remember from 25 years ago.

My room was nice with a partial view of the beach. It even had a fridge with an actual freezer! However, the television reception was terrible and the listed hotel amentities are misleading - i.e., there is NO on property restaurant/bar. There is a separately owned restaurant/bar on the boardwalk side of the hotel building, but like all the other restaurants on the boardwalk they are closed during the week during the off season which made finding a place to eat very difficult. I ended up checking out a day early and going home out of frustration and disappointment even though is cost me a night's stay. I come to OC to fish in the Fall and Spring (when the shore & surf fishing are best), but I may have to drive to Delaware or the Outer Banks of NC instead.

i have no complaints except that i was shocked that they charged $10 to park in the parking lot! I've stayed in other beach front hotels on the boardwalk and never been charged a fee for parking. Why isn't that included in the cost of the room?
