We booked a Deluxe Room (208) and it was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. From our room at night faint music from the restaurants on the canal could be heard, but this all stopped by 11pm, so was no bother to us at all. I can’t say how this might differ in the height of summer, but this time of year (end of Feb) when Venice is less busy the central location of the hotel was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety on offer that was regularly topped up. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, and I would definitely recommend it.

A fantastic stay at a great hotel!

We stayed 4 nights during Carnivale. Every staff member was sweet, accommodating and made us feel like family. The location is spectacular and the balcony overlooking the Rialto bridge is a huge bonus. The rooms are sized as expected for Venice, and the water pressure and temperature was way better than expected.

I read reviews about noisy rooms. As a customer you need to make a choice: a view with noise, or a back room thats perfectly quiet but no view 😉 . Also the breakfast was completely in line with most hotels for continental breakfast and i appreciated the convenience along with great coffee.

We will stay here again ❤️

Carolina, the front desk manager, was an absolute delight. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness made us feel right at home. Her infectious enthusiasm and personalized interactions made our time with her feel like a truly special experience.

On our first evening, Carolina went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with a list of locally hidden restaurants and a popular spot for the locals. She even went out of her way to help me find a local hairstylist to touch up my hair after all the recent rain. Carolina contacted two salons and set up an appointment for me that same day. I ended up going to Aldo Coppola, which turned out to be a fantastic choice.

Carolina’s recommendations for restaurants were also top-notch. She suggested so many great places to eat that I’ll definitely be booking my stay here again!

PSA: for a phenomenal view of the Grand Canal, request room 301 or 302 on the 3rd floor.

The room was nice enough. But it was really expensive for a canal/bridge view. Sure, you could see the bridge if you leaned all the way outside of the window. There was a common room that was right next to us that gor VERY noisy at night. Staff was good. Breakfast was great.

This is a perfect place to stay in Venice. Short walk to all major spots you want to see. The view from the room is amazing. Silva and Carolina were excellent, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included. Hotel has an elevator, and an easy walk up. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable, view of grand canal and Rialto Bridge was gorgeous. Staff and breakfast all top notch. Loved having the lounge area next to our room on 3rd floor with the little balcony we could go out on and watch the bustle of activity. Only complaint was the bathroom was a bit tight, but I think that’s expected in Italy. Great recommendations from staff on restaurants and shops for authentic Venetian food and items. Perfect location for our first trip to this beautiful city. Another surprise about Venice is how clean everything is. Especially compared to big cities in the USA. Did I mention the delicious breakfast buffet? Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel!

Nice location but far to reach from the pier, all the vapor to and boats were on strike when we arrived in the island so we have to carry our luggages to the hotel which took us about 45 minutes crossing bridges and cobblestone streets, otherwise it must be a good spot in summer

The staff like Carolina and Cecilia were exemplary! Were extremely Helpful and insightful! Both helpful and arranged transportation to airport. Carolina helped in securing additional coverlet for me in middle of the night.
Was noisy from restaurant directly below us, music going loudly until 2230. AC was not functioning properly on last night but we made do! The location couldn’t have been better so it was worth it! We had balcony room viewing the Grand canal and Rialto, was fantastic view!

I was a bit nervous about this stay because of the complaints about noise, cleanliness and service from the staff. My stay was great. Staff were polite, room was clean although a bit worn - I think the dark colors make the room look dirtier than it actually is. There were no noise issues for me but I was at the back of the hotel in 308 and heard no noise even though they were blasting music at the front of the hotel, so if you get rooms closer to the grand canal, it could be an issue. Otherwise, it was an uneventful stay - just the way I like it.

We stayed two nights in a room facing the canal. I enjoyed being able to look at the canal and all the activities happening. Music at restaurants below started at 7 nightly and ended at 11. It was on the noisy side but not awful. Room was small as was bathroom. A little older. Not sure it was worth what I paid; however staff was great. And it was a very convenient location to lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was good.

The hotel can be described as shabby chic. Our room was very large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had terrible lighting and the shower tray was extremely slippery.
All this was made up by the good position for exploring Venice and the first class and very helpful front of house staff.

The hotel is located new the Rialto Bridge. Many of the tourist sites were easily reachable by water taxi or walking. Their breakfast was European style but a great start to the day. The staff was fantastic. They suggested restaurants, arranged for any special transportation we required, and were able to answer any questions we came up with. We would definitely stay there again.

Carolina is AMAZING!!! After realizing on a train to Rome that my husband left his backpack with critical medications & medical device on a water taxi in Venice, we reached out to the hotel to see if they could assist with this medical emergency. And Carolina was the miracle we needed, going above and beyond the call of duty—coordinating with the water taxi, personally picking up the pack, and dropping it off to a courier who delivered it 1 hour before our cruise left in Rome. She is a miracle worker and WE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO YOU for all your efforts to return this much needed luggage to us in a timely manner. Thank you so much again. You literally saved our vacation.

Unfortunately, our deluxe Canalview room was also located directly above a restaurant which offered live music until rather late at night every night. The bed was also unfortunately very, very uncomfortable as we felt the mattress springs push pushing into our backs each night.

Hotel room was a little tired & lacked hangers, storage for clothes. And being so close to the bridge was a little noisy on the evening but very peaceful after 11pm.

Property was very outdated and needs some serious up keeping. The beds were really short and hard. I’m 5’7 and my feet would stick out. For the amount of money they charge you would expect nicer rooms. The only good things were the staff, they were all very nice, and the location was very good too.

Simply the Best!!

This hotel was amazing!!! It was soooo clean! The views of the canal were simply the best!!! The location was unbelievable, you can see the Rialto bridge from my window!! They had a free breakfast every morning that was like a 5 star restaurant!!

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were always friendly, attentive and ready to help, which really made us feel welcome. Our room (303) was on the smaller side but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. It had a street view rather than the canal, which actually turned out to be a great advantage since it was quiet and peaceful at night.
Breakfast was a nice surprise, good quality pastries, fresh coffee and enough variety to start the day. Overall, it’s a cosy hotel with excellent service, ideal for a short stay in Venice.

Great location and staff really friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Clean and comfortable, our room was a little compact but served its purpose. Only thing lacking is their is no bar where you can stay and have a drink although plenty outside. Photo below is from the Rialto bridge and hotel is on the right hand side were the flags are on the second floor.

The hotel itself was fine; however; the check in staff lied to my face and made up a law to charge us an extra 70 euro (130 aud).

later i checked this law about children staying in the bedroom was false. however the hotel would not refund the additional charge.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and shops. We took a private taxi boat (150€-160€) from the train station that dropped us off a few steps away from the hotel (about a minute walk). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good too.

The only downside was the size of the rooms are very small is practically just enough room for the bed and early in the morning it can be quite noisy.
