Found it to be very over priced for what you got. It was nice enough but the basic room was 600 a night and had little to no natural light, was rather small, and a poor selection of mini bar options. Breakfast is not included and is €65 per person.

I really don't want to share too much, don't want to get the word out! But this hotel is beautifully and sophisticatedly designed, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere had a modern, chic, yet old world charm. It's truly a one of a kind experience.

Room was dark almost like a cave. Room power was not properly sufficient to charge iPhone and iPad. Could not get room cooler than 21c even though set at 18c.

Front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were outstanding and very responsive. The property was extremely clean and I a great location on the Grand Canal.

WORLD TRAVELER HERE THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I EVER BEEN TO.

The room and hotel is so Beautiful and romantic. It was super clean and new. Services was amazing, the restaurant was very good and the views was great. We loved the bar it was a pit on the higher end but well worth it. If we decided to come back to Venice this is the only place to stay.

We had high hopes for our anniversary trip. It had been years since I had visited Venice and I was very excited about this hotel reservation that was a surprise for my wife. After arriving at the hotel at 10 pm we quickly left the room to walk around and have Dinner. The next morning we left the room at 6 am for a full day tour. When we returned that afternoon to get ready for an event, my wife noticed that the purse she was planning on wearing for the event was missing. After looking through her things in the closet she realized that a total of 4 items were gone. One of the items was an expensive purse handed down from her grandmother. The total of the 4 items was great. At this same time, two men opened the door to the room unannounced and when they realized we were in the room, they quickly turned around and left (no explanation, no apology for the intrusion) The Hotel staff acted as if they were there to help but in reality they were just waiting for us to leave Venice so that they could claim that \"no evidence was found in camera recordings\". No effort to fix the situation has been made and communication has become more and more dismissive since we returned from our trip. No effort has been made and it is obvious that there is no intention to even attempt to help us with the loss. Very disappointed in this (((5 star))) hotel experience. Would definitely not stay here again, and would like to warn others to lower their expectations of customer service and satisfaction.

Always felt like strangers in the hotel, service was to cold, didn’t meet our expectations. Room’s air conditioner was not functioning on the very first night, had to move to another room. Hotel’s concierge welcomed us by whatsapp, nonetheless, didn’t write to follow up after air conditioning episode. Hope service improves for future visitors.

This place is not just a hotel it is an experience! Just amazing. The ambiance was just beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The perfect experience right from the gentleman helping with the luggage off the water taxi, the check-in process(she was so nice), the room was beautiful, the food was delicious, the bar was fun(the bartender loves his job), the location...right on the grand canal and right near the bridge and tons to see and do, the ease of booking excursions with the front desk and turn down service. Loved it all. Our favorite spot was sitting at the table right next to the water with an afternoon Aperol spritz and watching the world go by.

The owners have gone to great length to crest not just a hotel along the Canal, but an art piece, with designed elements to make your stay a memorable and curated experience. If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a life experience while in one of the most incredible cities in the world, then this is absolutely not to be missed. If the designer John Varvatos were to create a hotel, he could only dream of this. Bravo!
