The room was large with a balcony that was in the sun, withouta large enough awning. There wasn't a fan in the room. When you take your key out of the power slot, the room loses all power, putting my husband's insulin at risk because even the fridge shuts off. It was an okay hotel. There wasn't breakfast service at all. The neighborhood seems very empty, but you can walk to most sights in 20 to 30 minutes. The hotel should publicize the nearest water taxi drop point too. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but I also wouldn't avoid it as long as the price is reasonable. An okay stay, very quiet for sleeping.

I was never able to stay in this hotel. I wanted to book the hotel for June 10 to June 12th, but made a mistake in my booking and booked it for May 10th to May 12th. I started to request them to change the dates a few seconds after I made the mistake, which was 3 months ahead of check-in through Expedia, but they had zero cooperation and support. It seemed like a thief who is happy to take advantage of a customer's mistake. Do not recommend this place at all, although I haven't been there, as the management behavior talks about other aspects.

We were supposed to check out at 11am. We had a big inconvenience and advice the hotel that we will get there by 2pm.

When We arrived, the receptionist starting to yell, that he will call the police on us, that he wants 50€, that we can’t get out stuff. We asked if that penalty is written It was terrifying and scary as he suggest we didn’t get to speak, let alone he refused that we pay. If you are a person of Colour please stay away from the his place, it was the most terrifying experience.

Прикольный отель. Очень рад что брал именно его.рядом от всех туристических мест и в тоже время возле него не ходят толпы туристов,что хорошо сказывается на хорошем сне ночью.рядом в 20 метрах не дорогой магазин. Вообщем рекомендую.

Nice little hotel with easy access to airport

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Our room was small but adequate for 3 people. It was kept very neat and clean. The simple breakfast was better than expected. The area is quiet and it is an easy walk to the airport boat. There is also a supermarket and affordable eating options nearby.

Loved the location of this quaint hotel as we had quick access to all the sites of Venice. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly and efficient. The room we had was great. We were a trio so were a little tight with a queen bed and a sofa bed but that was our choice, just know that the rooms may be a little smaller than North American rooms. A light continental breakfast is available in the morning. Staff were great in helping us confirm our water taxi reservation and pick up location.

Great stay here!

Lovely hotel, quiet location but close enough to walk to everywhere. Only 6 bedrooms (that I could see) which we liked. Comfortable room with a big bathroom and more toiletries than you'd expect from a small 3* hotel. Also a kettle with tea, coffee and a minibar. The room had lovely beams in the ceiling. Breakfast served til 10. The staff were helpful, would be happy to stay again.

A nice hotel but nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. In a good area with several very good restaurants around. No elevator so be aware you have to carry your bags up.
Biggest problem in Venice is getting on the right boat to get to the stop to your hotel.

Location was amazing, staff was super friendly and nice. King Bed was actually 2 singles joined together, but that was the same case all over Italy (even in another 4 star hotel in Rome). Shower had some mold on the side, but I didn't bother mentioning it to the staff, we were there for only 2 days, so I didn't want to waste time moving rooms, I thought I'd put up with it. Besides that it's not bad when it comes to cleanliness. breakfast was okay. It's a cute little hotel, decent, but nothing amazing.

Charming, small hotel in a quieter location

Delightful hotel (only 6 rooms?) which was furnished in a Venetian style. Tucked down an alley in a quieter part of the city but close to Fonademente Nove and Ca'Doro vaporettis stops and once you have your bearings, only a few minutes walk to anywhere.
Breakfast really lovely.
Nice rooms with all the usual conveniences (fridge and kettle) and a lovely touch of a welcome drink on arrival.
Air conditioning a bit noisy and either on or off (not control) - this was our only minor gripe.
Would definitely recommend.

Reception staff very welcoming and very helpful. Typical Venetian style . Quaint. Excellent location for st marks square and Rialto bridge. 5 mins walk from vaporetto stop.
Lovely freshly prepared breakfast with croissants/ pastries/toast/cereal and tea /coffee.
I loved the kettle in the room as I can't get enough tea!!! Which is topped up for you. It has a mini bar too.
Close to a supermarket if you want to get nibbles for the room.
Only thing is the double is 2 beds pushed together so you get the ridge in between but again this is quite typical for Europe. And you can here everything........ so any honeymooners beware!! I would recommend this little gem of a hotel for your stay in Venice

Typical Venetian small hotel. Only has 8 rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a quieter area of Venice but the Rialto bridge is only a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll away and St Mark's square is a 15 minute walk. The hotel is in a very pretty area of Venice populated by locals rather than tourists which is nice. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy and they are decorated in traditional Venetian style. There is tea & coffee in the room unusual in Italian hotels but a big plus for me. Will be staying here again when I am next in Venice.

Local to all main tourist areas.

Less than 10 mins from the main tourist areas and will give you plenty of opportunity to see other areas when walking, yes, you will get lost, but it is all part of the fun, take your map at all times !
Local supermarket is only 50 meters from the hotel,, so you can get wine, beers or water for the room.
If you want to miss the queues, then you have to get up early and you will have no problem, St Marks square etc. take your walking shoes and enjoy, what a fab experience and should be on every-ones bucket list.
Really not necessary to pay for the private speedboat taxi, as the public taxi is ideal from the airport.
If you want to do the Grand Canal, suggest you get 24 or 48 hour ticket, you can jump on and off the water taxi where and when you want, you see so much more and saves your legs.

Small, stylish hotel in a quieter part of Venice

We (my husband, daughter and I) had a very pleasant 5 night stay at this small but very well run hotel. The room was small also but quite stylish and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was no trouble in receiving a second pillow when requested. The bathroom was relatively spacious and clean. The rooms are well insulated so there is little noise from other rooms although it had a view over the back alleyway. The breakfast area was quite small and intimate, the breakfast adequate with a fairly good choice. Staff were very helpful indeed offering advice on where to eat and booking seats for us at the excellent Vivaldi Concert. The kind member of staff tried to meet my exacting demands over breakfast tea. The hotel were happy to look after our cases on the last day as we had an evening flight.

The breakfast could have been a little better. We had to keep asking for things as they kept running out. And was told to boil the kettle in our room to make tea. And we had a room for three. And the put you up was really uncomfortable. These are the only points I think need to be addressed. But was really pleased with the hotel .

Great location easy to get to major sites.

Very easy to find and get to. Just a short distance to the Rialto Bridge and not far from St Marks Square. We walked to the Ghetto too all within range of the Apostoli Palace. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Would recommend the hotel.

Apostoli Palace - excellent lodging

Very nice hotel situated in a quieter part of Venice (Cannaregio). Andreas at front desk is very helpful as is the lovely \"breakfast\" lady. Hotel has an antiquated yet quaint feel (old carpets/furniture) and is a bit tricky to find at first but it is a short walk (10 mins) to the action and has a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Room included a fridge, TV, tea/coffee and hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast is elaborate and included in price (meats/breads/cereals/cakes/yoghurt/juices/coffee). Rooms are clean and quiet and WIFI is free (decent connection). Neighbourhood is deserted at night but area doesn't feel unsafe.

Quite difficult to find (it was dark!) we got lost even with written instructions, fortunately had 'roamed' the area on Google earth so my husband recognised a couple of land marks and we found the hotel from them.
Quiet location but excellent for all areas if walking or using water transport in Venice.
Would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel was difficult to find but in a nice, quiet location that was very easy to get around on foot or with the water taxis. It took about 30 min to walk from the train station - would recommend taking the water taxi if you have a lot of luggage.

Hotel was in good shape. Room was large, bed was comfortable, and bathroom even had a bathtub. However, the bathroom smelled TERRIBLE like sewage. It was obvious the hotel was aware of this because they kept trying to cover it up with air fresheners.

The staff was not very friendly (minus the one man who was working the day we checked out). There were signs warning you not eat lunch or picnics in the common area or in your room or you would be fined. This was not what we were intending to do, but it made us feel like we were being watched the whole time. We had a do not disturb sign on our door one morning and the room was still entered and all of our stuff was moved around.

When booking on hotels.com, I picked free cancellation and to pay at the hotel. A few days after booking I checked my credit card and it had been charged for 1 night already by the hotel. I contacted the hotel to see why this was done and they said it was their policy to guarantee the room. This is not what is advertised on the hotels.com website. When I look back, I should have cancelled the reservation at this point.

Hotel was within walking distance of the water taxi from the airport. The directions on the website were spot on and it couldnt have been easier. Gentlemen who checked us in was friendly, had a great sense of humour, and even carried my bag up for me. all the rooms were named after apostles, and very nice decorated. Room was clean, not very roomy, (but what place in europe really is?!), and had a refridgerator. Cute Cute Cute breakfast area with more than enough to get you started on your day. Perfect location to walk to everywhere you wanted to go. When i return this will be the first place i check for availability.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here, I guess it was the manager on the front desk, but either way, he was very helpful and friendly with all aspects of the stay. Gave a free map of the city, which was very helpful.
