Probably one of the best hotels in Venice. Being an H10 member, our experience was even better. The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is classy. The breakfast was very good as well, with a buffet in addition to two hot meals. The location along the Gran Canal in the center of the city was very convenient. making any walk around the city easy. But this comes with the fact that you have to deal with the busy crowd. Our favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop terrace, as this has a bar serving drinks and food, plenty of tables, heating lamps, an awesome and unique view of the Gran Canal and the Ponto Di Rialto bridge. The only rooftop terrace along the Gran Canal that I am aware of. Although the prices at the bar are a little high, I think the view makes up for it.

We had an excellent stay while in Venice. Located right on the canal, we arrived by boat and also took a water taxi
(Really a Water Limo) from there to Murano. The hotel was clean, nicely appointed and served an excellent breakfast. All that said, best and most memorable part of our stay was the staff — helpful, friendly and always courteous. We highly recommend the H10 and will definitely consider no others the next time we’re in Venice!

Location was great, next to Rialto line to get to and from airport.

This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip and our first time in Venice, so choosing the right hotel was very important.
The first negative was check-in. I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary as i had on the booking. Now i was trying my luck to see if an upgrade or a drink was offered and simply got told there is nothing they can do and can i give them my card for deposit. Very functional, zero interest. Very cold. Breakfast is not worth the money. The area is too small for the number of guests, and we had to wait 25 mins to be seated, queue past reception area, and awful service with guests having to sort who was next themselves. I have been fortunate to stay in 100s of hotels around the world with my work, I have never had to wait so long to be seated for food before.
Once seated, the food was not kept refreshed, with no plates for pastries, no spoons for yoghurt, and various items missing. Milk for coffee never arrived either. The staff were clearly doing their best, but it was a shambles. We (and many others) complained and got a refund, but this also took repeated complaints as nobody was logging our issues. Just didn't seem to be bothered and certainly not being proactive.
Didn't eat there in the evenings as I was put off breakfast. Check out mo better. I asked for a water taxi to airport, their price was higher than i found online yet same service, whn i asked why they said just how it is. I booked elsewhere. Never got any recognition it was our 30th anniversary

It’s wonderfully located near Rialto bridge and the grand canal, and it’s very close to the vaporetto, the gondolas, and the aliluana line going to the airport! The hotel is very clean, service is excellent, and the breakfast is superb! I can’t say enough, I’m sooo glad we stayed in this hotel! The partial ocean view in room 303 has a great view and it’s across the bar with overlooking view of Rialto bridge and the grand canal. Staying in this hotel makes our stay in Venice more magical ♥️🥰😍

Great location. Beautiful room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is <1mile from restaurants, St Mark's, Doge Palace, and ferry to Murano/Burano.

Windows open all the way, so you can get fresh air very easily.

Rooftop bar is a must do at night. Great views. Drinks are a little pricey, but not outrageous.

Travel tip, get off water taxi at San Silvestro, not Rialto. Hotel is on the San Silvestro side.

Clean rooms, umbrella was provided as this time of the year Oct/Nov; is fairly wet, spacious. The staff was very accomodating and helpful (Lisa) specifally. She was recommending good restaurants to go and the most importantly was my request to move to a quiter room in higher floor was fullfiled given we were light sleepers.

This hotel was amazing. Victor helped us check in, and made this fast trip amazing. Gave us a map with iconic sites to visit, food recommendations, he even helped us plan our transportation back to the train station. Victor was the highlight of this trip and helped us enjoy our day in Venice. The roof top had amazing drinks. The room was elegant and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel. You have a view to the iconic Rialto bridge from the hotel’s roof top, walking distance from the fish market, and next to the shopping area.

Lovely stay at the H10 hotel! Beautiful, small hotel in a convenient location, 2 minutes away from the Rialto. Easy access, the water taxi dropped us off in front of the hotel, and the vaporetto is just a few minutes away (no bridge to cross). Hector was very welcoming and gave us some good tips, the room was quite small but practical, very quiet and immaculate. Excellent bed and bedding, good breakfast, everything was perfect really.

Beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal right next to Rialto bridge. Central to dining, shopping and water taxis. The hotel itself is lovely and our room had an amazing view of the canal. The AC was nice and cold which was great because Venice was pretty muggy in late August. The staff went the extra mile to be courteous and helpful, even arranging our water taxi back to the airport and providing a glass of champagne upon arrival. The hotel also gave some great dining recommendations!

Streets were busy, but our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable - especially our mattress which was great for my bad back. We had an incredible time at H10! Our room was cozy, the bed and lines were very comfortable! Most importantly the AC was incredible and cold!!! The staff were impeccable the area is really nice and walkable. Do yourself a favor and take a water taxi from the airport, the ferry takes longer is hot and drops you on the other side of the Rialto bridge with a lot of stairs. The water taxi is worth it. Have fun enjoy the best place in earth!
