Very centrally located in Venice. Close to Rialto but also a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to texts prior to check-in and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.

Check in process was all digital and poor. Didn’t get key access to the apartment, had to re- request for access to apartment to be reactivated. Was Not allowed to enter the lobby area in the building and wait, Had to wait outside until check in time. Didn’t get the canal view- this was the only reason I booked this apartment. The apartment was nice and unfortunately that was the only positive.

Very centrally located however the apartment could use some maintenance as some of the fixtures were hanging off the wall, eg kitchen tap and bathroom fixtures. It was unfortunate to discover that there was no hot water (it was lukewarm at best) which made it very difficult to shower the kids. Also, electronic access to the room was frustrating as it required connection to the internet to get in and out of the apartment which as times would drop out. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy.

This is an appartament hotel, rooms are big and beautiful. Area is safe and many option for shopping and eating. Yoy can arrive by water taxi or water public transport. I suggest it, it it only 15 euros besides 90 or 120 euros for the water taxi.

Huge apartment in the heart of Venice.

Apartment was stunning and inside of the building was beautiful. Location was close to the Rialto bridge. Building was a little hard to find at first. Be prepared to drag your luggage from the water taxi station at the bridge when arriving but that’s the case with Venice in general. I would definitely stay there again.

not only was this property absolutely beautiful, the hosts went above and beyond. it was in a perfect area, in the city and it made everything very walkable. there were many dining options near the bnb. the building was beautiful inside and out and smelt amazing. the room was spotless and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, it is exactly as pictured but even better! we will definitely be staying at Be Mate Ponte di Rialto on our next visit to Venice.

Beautiful property with very large modern rooms. It has everything we needed and was right in the middle of Venice so very close to return during the day for a break. Even though it is in the middle of things, it was very quiet and felt very secluded. Our lounge and kitchen overlooked the canal which was very nice if spending some time in the room. Would definitely stay again. Only criticism was that I did not receive the check in information so I had to message when we had landed. I may have just been impatient though and it would have come through in time.

The property was a very good size with well proportioned rooms and ample kitchen diner, with a huge dining table.

It was perfectly located to explore Venice as it was so central, which was very useful as we had our three young children with us, so if any of them got tired or needed to use the toilet, we could get back from pretty much anywhere really quickly.

The staff both in person and online were helpful and accommodating, providing local knowledge and assisting with things like booking a water taxi.

All in all, it was the perfect base for us and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom/ 2 bath in a beautifully renovated (totally reconstructed, actually), several hundred year old building. Our space was amazing. Many Venice attractions and restaurants are close by. Small issue, we did get locked out of the room for less than an hour; the hotel had recently switched to digital locks and staff is not 24/7.

I recently stayed here with my family of five, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto and not far from San Marco Square, making it easy to explore numerous shops and dining options nearby. The place felt more like an apartment complex, which suited us perfectly! We met other tourists staying in the same complex, including another family of five who checked in on the same day as us.

Our room was clean and well-equipped, although the sliding door for the outside bathroom was slightly off its hinges. Nonetheless, the kids loved their time here, and we would definitely choose to stay again. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free, and the proximity to the train station made it convenient; it took us about 20 minutes to get back to the station via Line 2.

I booked the property based on reviews and pictures and it definitely did not disappoint. This is a great choice for tamiles. Even it may seem pricey, you get so much space and convenience. The property us centrally located to all the major tourist attractions. In addition, it has everything you will need for a pleasant stay: brand new, clean apartment, comfortable, beautiful rooms, a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Walk to the Rialto Mercado and buy food to cook at the apartment! We didn’t want to leave Venice because of the apartment! Definitely hit recommend it and hope we can come back in the future!

Amazing! Can’t fault it, read the reviews and it more than lived up to them. The building and apartment were beautiful. I miss sitting with my morning coffee watching the gondolas drift past below the window. The position is ideal, easy to walk to the main tourist attractions and transport links. The apartment was very spacious and renovated. Loved the view of the gondolas and canal off the balcony. It could use a good cleaning as their was a lot of areas not dusted in the bedrooms and you could hear everything from people directly above us, so others may want ear plugs or to use white noise at bedtime.

It was like staying in the lap of luxury. Be Mate is truly luxurious in every way. The 3 bedroom units are fit for a king and queen. 10-12 foot ceilings with grand main rooms. Beautiful washrooms and kitchen. The unit is equipped with everything for a wonderful vacation. From when you enter and see the grand stair case leading up to the apartments you know your in store for something special (there is a elevator as well).

Excellent location seconds away from Rialto Bridge and a short walk to San Marco Square. Restaurants, ice cream and everything else seconds away. The apartment is conveniently close to the Rialto ferry stop which makes going to and from the airport very easy with your luggage on the local ferry.

This was my second time to Venice and if I'm lucky enough to return again no questions asked Be Mate will be were I'm staying. Thanks for a great trip.

Beautifully decorated aparthotel right by the Rialto Bridge. Walkable to the main sights. Loads of restaurants and shopping around. 3 mins walk to get ferry to bus or train station. Just a lovely place!

has been very helpful and they all did a wonderful job! All your hard work has been recognized and greatly appreciated.

The team has an excellent communication and they make your stay truly memorable when in Venice. The response from them was prompt and the email instructions and confirmations were on point. They respond to your email and phone calls immediately and that I truly appreciate.

The location is amazing too. They booked the water taxi for us so we just need to step inside their private water taxi entrance. Thank you, Marianna and Andrea.

I would highly recommend Be Mate Ponte di Rialto when in Venice. The staff, the location, the huge and clean rooms, the excellent communication to make sure you are taken care of are the things I will remember from our Venice vacation. I would choose Be Mate Ponte di Rialto if I would see Venice again.

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay with Be Mate. We were so impressed with how beautiful and thoughtful they were with our apartment unit. It’s so comfortable and homey! The location is also perfect, right off Realto station and just a few minute walk to St Mark’s.
