Be wary though that even though the property states it’s air conditioned, you are not able to use the air conditioning - they take the remotes away when they don’t believe it is hot enough to require air con.
We also had the canal view room, it’s very pretty but it’s also where the garbage boats dock to collect rubbish in the area so from about 6.30am - it becomes quite loud.

My husband and I recently traveled to Venice and were lucky to find and stay in this gem. It was situated directly on a canal which was a beautiful. Location was excellent. Very close to several dining options and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had wonderful and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, dining table, couch, refrigerator and washing machine - inclusive of laundry detergent. A huge convenience. It was also very quiet and felt safe. The front desk agent was very helpful in arranging for a water taxi when it was time for us to depart which was awesome. Important to know that there is no elevator, so prepare yourself for some cardio, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend.

The hosts made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, separate living room area, separate bedroom, like an apartment rather than a hotel. Canal view was limited - we had to literally stick our heads out the bathroom window to see a canal. But I suppose that’s how Venice is. At any rate, it was a perfect spot for us, close to the best gelato shop in town!

A tad hard to find but we got there. The unit is very large. Coffee provided. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Large bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of everything. So close to the water buses. I’d absolutely stay there again.

What an absolute GEM of a place to stay in Venice. We ended our Mediterranean cruise with a 3 night stay in Venice, and fortunately chose Ca’ Foscolo. A few minute from Ponte de Rialto, essentially the centre of Venice for water taxis and travel, we mostly walked everywhere to explore the city. A remarkable old structure approximately 500 years old, the inside was historic and beautiful with modern comforts. Nearby grocery and the kitchenette was very convenient for buying some local produce for snacks. The space was very large and comfortably fit our family of 4. Communication was fantastic and everything was incredibly well organized for us. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean in a great location, convenient to both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The staff was enormously helpful with the checkin process and with instructions to get to the property from the airport. They were always responsive with questions and made the stay very pleasurable.
Nothing bad about the property, just in regards to Venice in general: getting your luggage around Venice with the bridges can be quite difficult, and getting luggage up multiple flights of stairs when property does not have an elevator can be painful! So if you are bringing a lot of luggage, choosing a property that has a dock for water taxi, or is easily accessible to a ferry dock would be advisable.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The staff was SUUPER NICE. There are plenty of GREAT restaurants nearby, as well as main attractions like the Piazza San Marco, Rialto bridge and others. At times I felt so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in the apartment instead of exploring the town. It is super quiet in the evening. Basically, if we ever go back to Venice I will stay here again. The ONLY minor issues is that there were no elevators or \"nice\" views from our apartment, but that didnt bother us. Other than that SUPER highly recommended!
Tips: Please make sure you read the check-in instructions, the receptionist is there until around 2pm, which for us was not an issue because we arrived around noon, and they let us check in ahead of time which was great. We arrived from Milan by train, and took the water taxi right outside of the train station which cost us $90 euros. The water taxi dropped us right in front of the apartment entrance.
However, if you want to save some money, take the vaporetto (public boat) to the Realto station outside of the train station. Once you arrive at the Rialto stop, it is about a 10 minute easy walk. Google Maps will take you there, I honestly wish I would have done that (they provided GREAT INSTRUCTIONS). If you take the vaporetto, you need to go through 2 small bridges with stairs before you get to the apartment, but they are not that bad. I think the vaporetto from the train station to the Rialto bridge is about $9 euros per person.

We arrived from Milan by train, and took the water taxi right outside of the train station which cost us $90 euros. The water taxi dropped us right in front of the apartment entrance.
However, if you want to save some money, take the vaporetto (public boat) to the Realto station outside of the train station. Once you arrive at the Rialto stop, it is about a 10 minute easy walk. Google Maps will take you there, I honestly wish I would have done that (they provided GREAT INSTRUCTIONS). If you take the vaporetto, you need to go through 2 small bridges with stairs before you get to the apartment, but they are not that bad. I think the vaporetto from the train station to the Rialto bridge is about $9 euros per person.

This place does not have elevator so you would need to drag your luggage upstairs. However, our overall experience have been wonderful and memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Was ok. The front desk closes at 2pm? Little early. Check out is at 10am which is early as well. There’s no common restroom if you need it after you check out. So we went to walk since our train was until 6pm left the luggage there when we came back for the luggage No one to ask talk or at least a bathroom to use since everybody knows in Europe is a little difficult the bathroom thing. Rooms are ok breakfast needs lots of improvement Feels more like a apartment than a regular hotel. So pretty much help yourself for everything. So check in is pretty much on you since like I mentioned they close at 2pm. We arrive around 3pm and nobody to welcome you.

Good value in a great location in Venice
Great value for money in an excellent location. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and we loved the black-out shutters. Negatives were the mosquitoes (we were surprised to see them in November; it was so cold!) and there were no mosquito screens so we were all bitten if we wanted any air flow. It was also a hike to the top floor which was fine for us traveling only with carryons but we wouldn’t have wanted to drag large luggage up there. Also if you plan to take a private water taxi, there is a place for one to stop right at the door. We took one from the train station and the driver dropped us somewhere else and told us to walk. The hotel suggested a private taxi as a way to reach them and when we told them we had to walk they said it was probably high tide so the taxi couldn’t make it to their door. We checked the tides and it was low. We should have just caught a water bus for a fraction of the price. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This is a great property in an amazing location! It was an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s. The property manager provided us with all of the information we needed in advance of our stay, including registering for Venice’s new tourist program. We were even upgraded to a bigger suite upon arrival that had great AC (which we appreciated to get relief from the summer heat/humidity). The only thing we did not love is that the room was up several flights of stairs and there was no elevator. This made getting our luggage up a challenge. Overall, a great stay in Venice!
