The staff were superb and so helpful with booking taxis, helping with lost luggage etc. The location was fantastic.
However we do not really feel we got the experience we booked. The apartments listed were all very high spec, and whilst ours was nice and mostly newly equipt, we were not with the other apartments meaning we had no fancy extras such as the amazing speakers, showers, courtyard, breakfast croissant availability etc.
We would book this apartment again, but feel we were missold to a certain extent.

Absolutely lovely property! The owners were phenomenal, highly communicative, catered to our needs/requests, ensured our comfort, and went above and beyond our expectations. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP.

Residenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quiet area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is center of all attractions and walking distance to St Mark and Rialto bridge. It is center but the place is quiet. The AC just need to upgrade and need services. Eventhough it is working but i felt it is not cold enough. The place is clean and modern.
The only thing i dislike is the key to entrance to the property. It is a little challenge to open the doors. Otherwise it is nice place.

The people were so helpful and the room was large and had everything we needed, incredible location with easy transport from the train station to the Rialto stop, then a short walk to the hotel without any stairs. If we go to Venice again, will definitely rebook

The property is very nice and clean and the staff was lovely. Unfortunately, the room was right next to a restaurant so there was noise late at night and in the early mornings when they were prepping before they would open. Also, at the bottom of the stairs to the place the hotel has rooms where they store the linens so you constantly hear the door slamming all hours of the day. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well so it was hot at night.

The property is well cared for and extremely comfortable. Valentina was awesome. She helped us get in a bit early as we had an overnight flight in and were beat. She helped us find places we were interested in and helped us navigate as we had a wheelchair with us so trips with less bridges to navigate was easier. I can't recommend this place and Valentina

We stayed in Room 21 for 3 nights and it was a great base for exploring Venice. The property is minutes away from St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge but feels secluded and peaceful. The apartment itself is great - very spacious and well-equipped, including stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-bar fridge. The mattress was on the firm side though. The bathroom was also very spacious with double sinks and a large rain shower.
The reception is only staffed during the day and the front entrance is locked after hours, but we contacted the property by email to inform them that we were arriving late at night, and they were happy to provide us with a digital key (via an app) to access the property and pick up the room key from the reception desk. The two women who were at the reception on different days were both very kind and happily attended to all our requests, including to borrow plug adapters and to have a later check-out (since no one was booked in our room the following day).

Amazing apartment in a great location. V clean and tidy. Valentina was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Highly recommended. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that mosquitoes were too abundant but not sure they could have done anything about that.

We had a fantastic stay in Venice, enhanced by the beautiful apartment and in particular, by the reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, welcoming, full of local knowledge of restaurants and the top places to visit, and the icing on the cake was the gift of croissants from a local bakery on two of the mornings we were there which were very much appreciated! I couldn’t recommend these apartments more highly!

Once we got in the room, it was nothing like the pictures showed. The room was supposed to have a bed and a sleeper couch which I pointed out to the girl who helped us. However, she said that was the only room left. My friend is 6’3 and roll up bed that they brought in was smaller than him so he was uncomfortable all night. I, on the other hand, had a great bed but the sewer smell in the room was so awful and kept me up all night. I had to open the window to be able to get some shut eye. I messaged the hotel but no one got back to me. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid to be cold all night in a room that smelled like sewer and gave me the worst headache.

Fantastic apartment, we didn’t use them but there were cooking facilities available in the apartment, bottled water supplied each day, croissants delivered warm to the apartment on the first day. Wonderful location away from crowds but close to all the action. You can tell a lot of time, love and effort went into rennovations with top class facilities and decor. Paola and team were always there to help any nothing was too much trouble. Not cheap but value for money by Venice standards with lots of space to kick back and relax. I booked this property, paid in advance and got moved to other apartment in the area which was not the same standard. I got no reimbursement in price difference. They claimed that the AC was not working. They lied that it was the same facility but it wasn’t. It was a separate building under different management.

Modern and stylish apartments 7 mins walk away from San Marco area. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. Grocery store is literally a 2 min walk, beautiful area with a lot of restaurants nearby. San Marco, Gondola ride, Rialto, ferry terminal - everything was 5-10 min walk from the apartment.

This was the perfect stay with my teenage kids. Large one bedroom suite, super clean and modern, large high end bathroom, quiet, stocked minibar and Illy coffee machine, everything walkable and two other highlights: they washed three bags of laundry the same day for € 9.- each and recommended an Osteria where we had the best lunch one can wish for. We didn’t mind that there was no view from our room. Highly recommended.

Venice is always a challenge given its limited geography, but Residenza Ducati solves this wonderfully with great staff and very beautifully executed construction. We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. It exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, Paola, the service manager, was excellent and exceedingly helpful. Not only did she surprise us with a delivery of pastries one morning, she provided good suggestions for restaurants and site seeing, and made last minute reservations for us. I'd definitely come back when next in Venice, and would highly recommend this hotel!
