Room was clean and quiet! A short walk from the water bus, very close to all the dining and shopping experience. The lady at check-in was super nice and helpful! The place is classy with a full touch of italian elegance. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed having coffee and tea available anytime in the main space. The hosts made excellent recommendations for dinner and other travel details. We recommend Ca Del Nobile to everyone visiting Venice!

The staff is really nice and helpful. But the room was just awful ! Everything was old and things did not function . The fan didn’t work , the tv apps didn’t work . The closet had crooked hangers. The bathroom had no shelf to put your things on and the shower had none either and it was the weirdest cubicle to stand in. I am shocked we paid as much as we paid for that room. How it has ever earned an 8.6 on Expedia is beyond me . If you value cleanliness and comfort please don’t go there . The one star is for the helpful staff who helped book a taxi to the train station . And I forgot to mention the place does NOT have laundry service : it’s not a hotel it’s run down apt units on the second floor of the bldng above a restaurant and the laundry service mentioned on website is a laundry business in the next connecting building . the room we had was just so noisy at night because the tenants upstairs had a kid who kept running back and forth and you could hear every foot step ( adult or kid) above you and from below you had the noise from the restaurant, both of which made sleeping difficult ! Just avoid this place.

Lovely property but bathroom a bit small nd could hear extractor from room next door which was on all night! View from window was into a tiny courtyard and pile of rubbish. But staff very welcoming, especially Petra who couldn't do enough to help and was so very pleasant and its people that makes places! Thank you Petra for making us so comfortable. Good location, very central. We were able to check in early and leave bags until we were ready for the airport. I would book again

This is a small no frills hotel set in a 15th century building just a 5 min walk from St Mark's Square ideal for the shops and sights the restaurant next door was excellent. There is a constant supply of tea coffee juice water & biscuits in the reception area. The rooms are spotless and are in keeping with the traditional building. Would definitely stay here again

This property was a palace built in the 15th century. It’s been retrofitted for modern use and is just lovely. The rooms have individual air conditioners that you control to the temp you prefer. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. It’s much larger than the usual European hotel room. The staff are very sweet and welcoming, they have coffee, juice and snacks 24/7 for guests in the lobby area, which also has a small library/reading room and breakfast nook. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, with lots of shopping and great restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely last minute reservation at this sweet hotel, original building from the 15th century! That gave me frisson! Clean, quiet, a/c, beautiful, very old wood beams in ceiling, tv, there's even a bidet in bathroom! Restaurant next door is fine. Convenient to San Marco Plaza and little shops. Bring eye cover if you like darkened room. Steps, no elevator, but the nice receptionist carried my bags up. Snacks and coffee in reception area all day. Loved it!

The location is good in terms of location, close to everything including San Marco Square. I would have given a better review but the AC wouldn't work consistently. After a long day of walking through the streets of Venice with the high humidity and heat it would have been nice to come to your room and cool off but unfortunately it would be even hotter inside than outside . The gentleman running the place tried his best to fix it but no luck. I had to get up several times throughout the evening to turn the AC back on cause it would just shut off for no reason.

If you're a bigger person, im 6'5 , the shower will be pretty tight just be for warned .

Other than the AC being the big issue our stay was pleasant. We felt safe and secure at this hotel

The property manager, a life-long resident of Venice, was very pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the \"living room\" space with lots of books and tourism info (as well as coffee, juice, and snacks). A Hidden Gem!

The folks operating this small hotel were so nice! The views out the windows aren't the best but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was well-situated for easy access to everything, and the proprietors have good suggestions for local restaurants. I would stay again!

Small and friendly in a great location

A warm and friendly welcome with some practical hints on where is good to eat and to avoid the crowds. Hotel is in a great location in centre of Venice and just 5 minutes walk from either St Marks or Rialto water taxis. The hotel is small (just 6-7 rooms) and the rooms are similarly compact but comfortable enough. We had 3 rooms and struggled a little with noise (thin doors) and the heat (no air conditioning working at that time). Would probably stay again.

The staff was very helpful and the inn is a cute and safe option for anyone visiting Venice. It is close to San Marco Square. A little tricky to find, but then again everything is. There are tiny streets weaving in and out so if you have a map you should be fine. Coffee and snacks are provided in the main room throughout the day. I believe there are six rooms total, so it is small yet cozy. Overall, I had a nice experience and recommend Ca' Del Nobile.

We received a very kind welcome and had no problem finding the place. Centrally located but not on a busy fairway so you get a chance to enter calmly. Coffee (nespresso) and biscuits are set out which is nice to have when you’ve just arrived. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a great location; about a 10 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and a 10 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. It seems to be an old home with what looks to be some of the original furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and they had help yourself coffee and tea all day. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We had to reserve a water taxi at 4 am and the gentleman at the desk arranged that for us and even walked me to the meeting location so I would be sure where to go. It wasn’t the time of year to switch their system from heat to A/C so the room was a bit hot at night even with the windows open. The hotel is not staffed during the night. The restaurant next door was very good.

The accommodations were easy to find with a map & GPS. Daniela, at the front desk during hours, was a wonderful representative with great directioms and advice.
The bedroom was smallish, but with a comfortable bed, clean and a nice central location.
There was some construction going on due to water damage from another property next door, but didn't start until 830am and was done by 5pm. The one window in the room looked into an exterior shaft that had scaffolding and construction material, minimal light source.
Im sure the construction will be done soon, and didn't affect my sleep, so all was well. All in all a good stay for the price. Would recommend to others in the further.

Cute little hotel, with all the basic necessities you need. It was clean, beds were comfy, and it was in a great location near San Marco square. The only things I would change is a larger shower where the latch closes perfectly, providing free bottled water, and more space to set our bags so we don’t have to use the desk or floor. We have come to Venice for the Biennale quite frequently but have never stayed in the same lodging more than once. That will now change as we absolutely loved Ca' de Nobile. We came in from the airport on Alilaguna to Rialto. San Marco stop also works but is a slightly longer trip from the airport. We then walked straight ahead as we came off the waterbus, crossed one bridge, then made one right turn, almost immediately passed the wonderful restaurant (Trattoria le Colonette) that occupies the same address as Ca' de Nobile, and pressed the button to the right of the door bearing the name on its glass panel. Lodgings are up one flight of stairs, and Daniele offered to help us, but it wasn't necessary. All rooms open from a central area that contains an espresso machine, hot water for tea, juice, cookies (biscuits), hard candies, and some other goodies. The room was spotless and had windows on both sides (as did at least one other that was open for cleaning). Despite being on a busy and safe street central to San Marco and other sights, the rooms were absolutely silent. There are no tubs in the bathrooms, but everything else worked perfectly, even the towel warming racks. We had control over our own heating (it was late November) and AC, and electrical outlets were well-placed. We will come back !!!

A hidden hotel gem

This hotel, like many in Venice is hidden away in the atreets of Venice. It is eeasy to reach from the water bus Rialto stop. The rooms are clean ans nicely decorated and the price reasonable.

It is located very near San Marco sqaure. It is a great location and a great place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the bed is so comfortable!

We enjoyed the authentic feel of the property with old wooden beams and its proximity to Rialto and San Marco Piazza. There is only one flight of stairs and all rooms are off the main lobby. We struggled a bit with the toilet to ensure it fully flushed but didn’t keep running. Room was a bit tight, but doable. They let us keep our luggage after checkout so we could continue to explore. Would stay again.

A great location surrounded by many bars and restaurants. A little tricky to find at first but once we got our bearings we realised just how centrally based we were.
A few complimentary drinks in our fridge on arrival - a nice touch. Always tea, coffee and juice available at reception as well as some speciality biscuits.
The gentleman we dealt with throughout was very welcoming and informative. Female cleaner not so approachable!
We were able to leave our bags in the reception area after checking out until we made our way to the bus terminal. Interesting to walk the streets but with a case, over numerous bridges, it's some workout!
Don't pay for the 5 stars pay for the experience.

We quickly fell in love with this hotel. It's extremely close to St. Mark's Square but in a side alley, which seemed to keep it quiet. The Rialto Bridge is about 4 or 5 minutes walk.
The room was spotlessly clean and full of character. The reception area has some space to sit and chat to other guests if you feel sociable. A great place for couples.
