We had a great stay at Caneiros Luxury House & Suites. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and very friendly. The welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch and the breakfast surpassed my expectations. The menu is limited but the quality of the food was very good and the service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. I have recommended to friends who holiday in the area. This is a very nice hotel with staff who can't do enough for you. The made to order breakfast is delicious! Our suite was spacious and very nice with a huge terrace. A couple of little things would make it even better. The bed was too firm for our taste, so I would suggest a cushier mattress when the time comes to replace them. Maybe even a mattress topper in the meantime. Also the tub/shower bottom is very slippery when you're showering so some sort of anti slip material would be a good idea. Otherwise all good and I would definitely stay here again.

We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. Lovely hotel with a luxury feel to it. Great staff, friendly but attentive. Fantastic breakfast, waiter served and individually prepared. Quiet location but within close reach of probably the best beach of Ferragudo, which by chance has a beach bar and restaurant that has fantastic views of the sunset and serves great seafood dishes. We had a wonderful time!!

The staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful. On the downside it's about a 10 minute drive into Ferragudo but on the plus side lots of interesting places are within 30 minutes drive - e.g. Lagos, Alvor, Silves, Seven Hanging Valleys, etc. Plus, it's only a 5 minute walk to a superb secluded local beach.

An absolutely amazing stay I had here! From the moment we arrived, staff were so friendly and welcoming with a welcome drink and pasta de nata.. Spa was soo relaxing and calm. Room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly daily, breakfast was phenomenal and such fantastic service from all the ladies! Especially the lovely lady called Anna. Would definitely love to come back here, also beautiful local beach 5 minutes walk away, was such a fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic upscale property. Rooms are small but nice, including big beds and balconies. Great restaurant and bar, and just a quick stroll down the road to the beach. Only complaint is the staff appeared to lack objectivity in recommending restaurants, insisting theirs is the best and being a little too pushy in steering us away from other places. But overall we had a great stay.

But although the web site says you are allocated beach beds , we couldnt have beds as were all booked up , so it was pool or nothing , which didnt really matter as we only had a 2 night stay, but i would of been upset had i booked for a week or so

Good location, but very quiet. Whilst this was good to be able to relax it did feel a little deserted at times, and overlooked by staff. No music/atmosphere at pool. Cleaners were good in rooms however some things were neglected - the large planters which divided the balconies had been left to die off and had cigarette ends in for the entire stay. Good service at breakfast but no acknowledgement from reception staff when returning to the hotel.

The property was very new so facilities were of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful ensuring our stay was good. Our room had two loungers and separate table and chairs which made relaxing in privacy a great experience and quite unique. Breakfast whilst smalk was of excelent quality. We will return soon

Es gibt eine bis spät abends geöffnete Bar mit einer guten Auswahl hochwertiger und preisgünstiger Gerichte, die Küche hat bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Serviert wird wahlweise drinnen, auf der Terrasse oder bis 20:00 Uhr am Pool. Hotel und Personal sind super. Ruhig, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Wenn man nicht nur an den Strand gehen möchte, braucht man für Ausflüge, Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Das Personal war stets bemüht und freundlich . Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und die Dienstkräfte reinigen die Zimmer zwei mal taglich, was ich super finde. Der Pool Bereich ist besonders weil er mit einem infinity Pool ausgestattet ist und Aussicht in die schöne Landschaft hat. Zudem ist das gesamte Hotel inklusive Spa und Poolarea gepflegt und sauber.Es ist sehr praktisch das Caneiros Beach fussläufig vom Hotel liegt und man sich absolut sicher fühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung. Man sollte definitiv am Strandrestaurant des Hotels Essen gehen, dort haben sie eine frische und große Auswahl an Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Zudem kann man auf der Terrasse des Restaurants die Aussicht ins Meer genießen ;) vielen Dank an das Caneiros Hotel & suites team
