Fabulous staff, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Tram stop is right outside the hotel for a quick 10 minute ride to old town where all the Christmas markets are. Wonderful breakfast buffet and convenient luggage storage if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I had the simplest room, which was more than adequate for my 2 night stay.
Theres easy access underground parking, good continental breakfast and a tram stop bang outside which is 15min to the city centre.
For the price, you wont find better. The young man with long hair working reception/bar was extremely helpful.

Ibis Hotels are very basic/3 times & never again.
The check-in was warm & friendly. The female clerk was very helpful with directions to the shopping mall & the river boat the next morning. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little on the too firm side. The restaurant had a limited menu, so we ate elsewhere. The breakfast buffet was included, which was a surprise, & would have been excellent, had they put the hot scrambled eggs & sausage with the rest of the food instead of on a desk near the check-in or if a sign directed us there. We needed to iron clothes for the river cruise, & while they did provide an iron upon request, they did not have an ironing board.Gee, how much would that cost. Most hotels have one in every room.

Overall nice convenient location. Parking is available follow the signs and don’t park in the residence parking since it is shared with the hotel parking. Parking spots are available, but are small if you have a big vehicle and can easily scratch up the car. Breakfast was good especially the croissant. Property is very close to the train station and it was a smooth ride to the city of Strasbourg. Overall the hotel was great and we recommend a stay here.

séjour assez décevant on nous demande le pass sanitaire pour aller manger le port du maque dans l hotel la distansiation mais a coté de sa pas de gel hydroalcolique a l étage 3 etage ou notre chambre est situé ascenceur dimanche matin sale et au petit dejieuner nettoyage de 6 table par une personne a toute vitesse avec le méme chiffon sans metre de désinfectant suer la table....... de plus parking payant a part vendredi soir et samedi matin a l accueil (personne sympathique) le reste du personnel fait l impression qu on est de trop pour rester poli..............

very early in morning terrible noise when staff member cut up cardboard boxes and deposited garbage into the dumpster. My window was right above it, activity should be done later, i. e. 8 or 9 AM. Superb location by tram stop - ten minutes to the centre of town. Easy to find and directly on route from UK to Switzerland or Southern Germany, very useful for our one night stop en route. Good, secure parking. Friendly staff and good price when booked early through Expedia (bar a bit expensive...). Only downside is that some rooms face on to a busy and noisy street (Avenue du Rhin) - and the elevator broke whilst we were there...

Very comfortable stay although the poor guy on duty was a bit of a one man band who had to be receptionist, waiter, barman etc etc which got a bit hairy when a coach party arrived! Definitely go for the hotel underground parking - trying to find on street parking in the area is a nightmare.

Un hôtel qui nous rajeunit : on retourne dans les années 90 avec une connexion internet tellement lamentable que c'est quasiment inutilisable. Puisqu'il n'y avait pas moyen de faire quoi que ce soit, j'allume la télé : pas de signal pour la majorité des chaînes (il n'y avait que les chaînes de Canal qui fonctionnaient). Quant à la climatisation, elle rappelle le moment où ça n'existait pas. Je suis allé dans un Ibis Styles bien mieux situé à Strasbourg il y a quelques années, c'était mille fois mieux. Il n'y avait que le personnel pour sauver cet hôtel.

Schone kamer en goed ontbijt voor Franse begrippen. Parkeren in de afgesloten parkeergarage voor 8 Euro per dag. Slecht 2,5 km gelegen van het centrum en tramhaltes voor het hotel. Overigens zijn wij gelopen naar het centrum dit was goed te doen.
