The heat in the room was not working. Secondly, there was a hole in one of the interior doors, thirdly, you were told that the garbage in the room must be removed by you, not by the maid, bed was hard and uncomfortable, and because the reception desk was not always manned, there was a possibility of you leaving stored luggage there and not being able to get it back

Restful time difficult much better options nearby

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable it could not be used as a bed. The furnisings are not sensible for the room, no wardrobe or shelves or storage ... the 1BR is ok for one but not three. Note ITS ON A VERY NOISY ROAD WITH NO AIRCONDITIONG SO IF HOT YIU CANT SLEEP IF YOU OPEN WINDOWS TO COOL!

Even though I called several times to clarify parts of my stay, there were still many issues and lack of good communication between employees which led to misunderstandings. The room also needed to be cleaned better, and maintained (the shower door was completely broken yet still there) and was missing toilet paper and toiletries when we arrived which was late in the evening. And the beds were uncomfortable

Apart from a clean bed and the room being have good radiators to dry wet clothes, it was awful, wouldn’t recommend or stay again. The bedroom and bathroom both smelt disgusting, floor was visibly and not mopped. There was no hair dryer or full size pillows on the bed.

The staff here was very friendly and it was a great location to catch the tram into the city. The room was comfortable and I could easily stay here for an extended stay. My only frustration was having to run back inside after getting my car out of the garage to return the fob. It makes sense but it would be nice to have a place to drop the fob upon exiting.

Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions.

I would say our stay was fine for 1 night although I think overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t the best, had to drive to get to a restaurant. There is no A/C or fans in the room and having the window open made it way to loud to sleep from all the street noise and the people drinking and making noise at the front of the building. Overall the hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night

Impossible to contact them … the phone # provided on their website and on Expedia is dead.We we’re told to call them to arrange check in .. impossible to do so we showed up … no one was there finally someone showed up at 5 pm. Paid for parking and we’re not told where to park had to return to desk to figure out parking . Breakfast was extra, 10 euros and terrible .. no hot food like other lovely buffets we’ve had in Germany. Poorly equipped kitchen. Also EXTREMELY loud on the street night and HOT , no AC. And a quick FYI we are VERY experienced travelers and know what to expect for the price. This place definitely was disappointing.

We arrived too late for checkin, but got in thanks to very helpful texts in English from the hotel. The apartment was very comfortable and great value: roomy, with everything you need to cook a basic meal. I loved having access to the pool.

I hated the hotel. No airconditioning, hotel didn't open until 5pm, no restaurant, terrible location. I left and went to another hotel and had to pay extra money but had a lovely room, airconditioning and right across from train station with lits of restaurants and lots to do.

I won't come back here

No ventilator nor Central cooling system. Windows don't have bugs nets. Since it was very hot, I had one of two choices, either open the window and enjoy the sound of the cars outside or sleep in an oven.
The bathroom makes 50% of the room, no curtain in the shower, so water runs on the floor.

5 day stay, no problems.

The room was very clean and felt like new. The kitchenette is compact but it has the basics you might need for a short stay so it was very useful. As soon as you check in, I recommend you talk to the staff about all the amenities the hotel offers so you can keep them in mind. Staff is very friendly and helpful so don't hesitate to talk to them. Lovely stay all together.
My only concern is with the shower. It works fine BUT it lacks something to put the soap and the shampoo at a decent height, so I hope you don't mind bending over to pick up the soap.

Let itself down a bit

So this was our second stop here, on the way home from the Alps. My previous good impression was slightly spoiled by the fact that we discovered that the old bedding from the sofa bed had just been bunged in a wardrobe, and hadn’t been replaced with clean. I suspect we were the first people to stay in the room who used the sofa bed since the previous weekend when we used it on the way to our holiday. When I told the receptionist that we had old bed sheets, she didn’t really believe me and sent the chambermaid to check for herself. Quite French I thought not to trust the word of the customer. Again the pool was a welcome refreshment but there were some students drinking there (from a glass bottle) that wasn’t exactly conducive to a family environment. (The property is a joint enterprise with a university residence)

The area is well served by restaurants and shops and we enjoyed a lovely Tunisian meal at Restaurant Arostide a short walk away.

One final irritation, the curtains in the living room don’t meet in the middle, bit of a pain when you’re using it as a second bedroom!

A new place, good night stop enroute the Alps.

This was a quick stay enroute to a skiing holiday. The check in instructions were a bit contradictory and you have to make special arrangements if not arriving before 7pm, as reception is not 24/7. Also we requested a baby cot, and indeed got one but these are apparently on a First come first served basis, and we got the last one of the 3 they have. Would have been nice to know in advance as we could easily have packed our own. Similarly the on-site parking is height limited at around 2.0m (don’t quote me on that) and our SUV with roof box didn’t fit. There is parking on street but you have to be lucky to get a space. There is a small grocery store, a couple of bakeries, and a few restaurants immediately nearby, and a tram line into town. The pool was nice to splash about after a long journey. We didn’t take the breakfast as it was overpriced at 10Euros per person, including children so self-sourced from the bakery. Room was very keen, and tidy, all brand new. Note they don’t supply sheets/blankets for the infant cots either!

Hotel has a great location close to tram station which will bring you to the center of Strasbourg.
Parking which was advertised on the hotel site as free was €8 per night.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and tidy.
Room however had no proper curtains and they would not join together, resulting in a 60cm gap in the center. As a result room was bright from street lights all night.
Room also has a metal window sill and as it was raining it sounded like somebody playing the drums all night

It was not as close as I would have liked, but the laundry room was confusing and no vents so it was very hot. The breakfast was ok.... not worth 10 euros, especially as they charge an infant who eats as an adult.

This was a very handy stopover for us on our way through from Italy to Calais. The apartment itself was very new and we'll equipped. More information could have been available upfront with regards to how to check in out of normal hours.

We were missing a shower curtain which meant that the whole bathroom got flooded when using the shower, not too much of an issue for a single night stay though.

L’hôtel m’a donné une chambre ne correspondant pas à la réservation. Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre d’étudiant avec un lit simple. Le sol de cette chambre était plein de poussière.
J’ai demandé dès le lendemain un changement de chambre en montrant mon mail de confirmation avec la chambre que j’étais censé avoir.
Ils ne m’ont proposé une solution que pour la dernière nuit.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, und die Atmosphäre war einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame Frau San an der Rezeption, die stets engagiert war und uns bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Seite stand.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht funktionierte, was den Aufenthalt etwas kühl machte. Dennoch war das Personal sehr bemüht, uns zu helfen, und das hat den Gesamteindruck positiv beeinflusst.

Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel empfehlen, vor allem wegen des hervorragenden Services!

Il est quand-même malheureux de devoir attendre 7h15 pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour les clients commerçants le boulot à 8h. Petit déj à la fronde en 15mn te retrouvant en pleine heures d'influences routière. De plus, le prix du petit déjeuner est très cher pour avoir des mini pains congelés et passer au four.

Extrêmement déçue. Séjour qui aurait pu très bien se passer dans cet apparthotel. A l'arrivée ventilateur dysfonctionnel, il ne tourne pas. Petit ventilateur tour sous 40 degré. Pas de climatisation alors que c'est un 3 étoiles et construit depuis 6 ans. 6 ans et les murs sont déjà sales et non renovés. Voir photos. Ensuite placard à saladier et casseroles il y avait un cafard. Je suis descendu à la réception celle-ci m'a immédiatement changé de chambre sauf qu'arrivé dans la nouvelle chambre pas de couette, pas d'oreillers, pas de ventilateur. J'ai du retourner chercher ce qu'il manquait dans l'ancienne chambre car aucun équipement n'était disponible. Ce qui veut dire équipement insuffisant pour le nombre de chambre présentes dans l'hôtel et qu'elles sont préparées sur le tas avec les équipements disponibles. Puis le frigo on avait beau changer la température il continuait à produire du givre et congelait la nourriture, cela était sûrement dû au fait que le congélateur présent dans le frigo est complètement gelé avec d'énormes plaques de givre. Qui plus est la piscine le sol n'a pas été nettoyer une seule fois sur notre séjour de 4 nuits. La piscine est mal entretenu, vraiment different des photos. Lorsque j'ai demandé un geste suite au cafard d'une part puis pour la suite, on m'a proposé de nous offrir le petit déjeuner or ma mère étant diabétique ce n'était pas l'idéal sachant que nous ne comptions pas déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Checkin was not okay. First of all the entrance of the hotel is not looking okay (broken glass and a forced door). After asking for a parking place the lady told me there was no place, after telling that my car is full with luggage she gave me the key for the parking garage. Which was totally empty!
When we entered the room it was missing a baby bed for our 1 year old son. After telling this the only answer was that I had to tell this in the morning upon arrival (I’ve booked two months in advance!) and she was not making any moves to help or support. We’ve left the hotel and booked another hotel with a baby bed. After telling this there was even no movement from the staff to keep us in or even ask what they can do to keep us satisfied. Don’t go to this hotel!

Hébergement médiocre, TV cassée, éponge de la kitchenette très sale. Salle de sport très sale également et peu équipée. Pas de personnel avant 8h15 le matin le samedi. J’ai été contrainte de laisser les clefs de ma chambre dans la boîte aux lettres. Très déçue de cet hébergement.

En ce qui me concerne plus jamais

Service minimum en termes d’accueil meme si le personnel est aimable. Le « paiement sur place » est prélevé a l’avance, sans avertir, pas de facture et impossible de les joindre pour déposer une réclamation.
La piscine pour laquelle j’avais réservé cet hébergement était fermée pour travaux.
Dans l’ensemble : une résidence pour étudiants, sans restauration a moins de 10 minutes a pied.
Meme en l’absence de tout problème il ne faut pas s’attendre a plus.

Hot pool

Very nice with an indirekte pool with hot water. Not very nice standard of cleaning in the room and lack of hair draier, kettel to make water for ciffee/the hot, lack of reading light at bed and table. Also lack of knife for cutting bred, vegetables and other. Yes, I asked for these things at the reception with no luck.

On nous aura pas deux fois !

Salle de bain qui sentait la cigarette. Linge de bain imprégné de l'odeur. La dame de l'accueil me propose en dédommagement les petits déj gratuits. Je trouve le geste super. Mais surprise ce matin ben yavait pas de petit déj et aucune explication..!!! La piscine est sale et au vue de la température chaude de la piscine cela doit être un bonheur pour les crobes.
Le début de nuit fut compliqué quand d'autres clients ont décidé de faire la fête et qu'on nous avons entendu des cris de bagarre..
Alors le personnel n'y est pour rien et c'est montré gentil.. Mais jamais je n'y retournerai.

Pas satisfaisant

Chambre dégueulasse, poils sur la cuvette des toilettes et lavabo de la salle de bain
Miette sur la table à manger, canapé taché, sol pas nettoyé alors que j’ai attendu 10 min avant d’entrer dans la chambre car la femme de ménage été censée la faire.
Après mettre plein à l’accueil le jeune homme était plus occupé à me draguer que de s’occuper de mon problème
Et pour conclure un remboursement était prévu avec l’agent d’accueil mais n’a pas eu lieu

Nous avons passé une nuit a l'hôtel nemea appart. Nous avions réserver un appartement pour quatre personnes mais finalement nous avons été séparé en deux car il y avait un problème.Mais, cela ne nous as pas plus déranger. Cependant avant d'arriver a l'hôtel nous étions un peu embêter car nous somme arrivé a Strasbourg a 10h du matin et une fois sur place nous ne pouvions pas accéder a notre chambre avant 17h. Or, nous avions besoin de nous changé car nous avions un mariage de prévue dans l'après-midi et nous n'avions pas d'endroit pour nous changer. Heureusement après avoir discuter avec les réceptionnistes nous avons réussi a entrer dans nos chambre le matin. Puis le lendemain nous avons pris le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel a 12 euros, un peu chère mais le petit déjeuner a volonté avec beaucoup de variété. Notre séjour c'est donc très bien passé, et le train D été vraiment a proximité.

La peor habitación de hotel en la que he estado. El sofá cama estaba curvado, el colchón viejo y con manchas. La única opción que nos dieron fue que llamáramos a Expedia para que nos hicieran un reembolso. Hay un extractor de aire en el salón que está continuamente haciendo ruido y no se puede parar, ni siquiera por la noche.

Für den Preis ist es super. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht so gut aber wie gesagt für den Preis ist das absolut okay. Der Pool ist nice.
