Lovely clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent location in the centre of Brugge. Good selection for breakfast. Had a lovely stay, would recommend to anyone. Shower takes a minute to warm, once it does it's excellent, good temperature and good water pressure. Couldn't ask for more, excellent.

The hotel itself felt cosy and stylish, and it was such a nice place to come back to after a busy day out. It had that calm boutique feel rather than feeling busy or impersonal. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better base for our trip and would happily stay here again. Only downside they didn't do food with room service

Rooms are not convenient. Open bathrooms, poor lighting, and unusable sofa beds. The photos on Expedia are not accurate and the rooms are not as nice as the photos make it seem. The faniiy residence in particular is not something i would ever stay at if i had a choice.

If you’re looking for a next level stay in Bruges this is the spot… I upgraded to one of the mansion rooms and it was absolutely well worth it so much space beautiful amenities within the room, the bathroom the king size bed. Even the drinks in the room with excellent value you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off at €3 - all of the staff are amazing, treat yourself to breakfast. It is incredible and if you have time sit by the fire and get a cocktail and relax. Central, you can walk around Bruges so easily - I stayed here for six days and next time I come to bruges, I’ll be staying here again… thank you to all the staff who made my stay absolutely wonderful

The picture of the room on Expedia didn’t match the suite. Furthermore the room was very hot even though we turned on the AC. There was a rooftop balcony linked to the room that had artificial grass as floor which is not hygienic nor handy considering it rains so much in Brugge. Therefore I wasn’t able to enjoy this area neither.

This hotel was the best part of our trip! The room was so big with lots of space for us to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows! We booked a baby bed in advance, and it was in great condition, clean and came with bedding which our toddler loved. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the space outside and in the lobby to hangout and eat and have a drink. The water and snacks in the lobby were a nice treat.

A gem in Bruges!

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in general. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was spectacular. There was one thing that made our stay less enjoyable: staircase was the only way to get to our room with two kids. The family room is on a residential building attached to the hotel. The good side is that you have more privacy and very easy to get in and out without having to bump into other guests. The staircase is steep and somewhat narrow so for us, tired parents with messed up knees was not great. I guess you just need to be aware of that if you have mobility issues.
Besides that, great location near supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to maintain attractions of the city.
The front desk service was great and we highly recommend the hotel.

Overall, an excellent experience. The staff was especially helpful and gracious. I could foresee a problem with noise intruding into some of the rooms that overlook the patio area; given the cold season, however, such issues did not occur. The TV never did work, despite the staff changing batteries in the remote. This was not a major inconvenience, but could be annoying for some. Finally, the €35 was definitely overpriced. However, despite these concerns, our stay was a pleasure.

We arrived by taxi to a very warm welcome from the reception staff
All was in order my reservation was found quickly which I was slightly nervous about as I had book this trip in June but all my fears faded away Thankyou Hotels.Com great service
We were shown to a seat and all the necessary information relayed to us in perfect English
We were given a map and the young lady highlighted all the tourist sights and where the hotel was
That done She escorted us to our room and again explained how everything worked ect
The room was excellent clean tidy in great decorative condition bathroom very clean and stylish what’s more the room was warm the whole hotel was at a very comfortable temp
We noticed virtually no noise from outside and as we were overlooking a busy shopping road was very nice at night the lack of noise was amazing
We decided to have the hotel breakfast which was great plenty of choice both continental and full English and bubbles to go with breakfast nice touch
Our experience both with Hotels .com and our hotel of choice was excellent a perfect location for all the attractions and a thoroughly enjoyable trip
I cannot recommend this hotel more highly

Beautiful, luxurious, comfortable place with excellent, friendly, professional staff, terrific food (which is particularly important since my wife and I found the food in Ghent rather poor), great amenities like a sauna and pool, nice bed, very nice room, and centrally located.

I’m conflicted about this stay, but overall- I was disappointed, considering the price of our stay.

Pros:
-Staff was lovely; all of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly
-Convenient location (although I don’t know if there’s a hotel in the main area of Brugge that wouldn’t be convenient.. it’s a small town)

Cons:
-Room was incredibly small and there was no privacy regarding the bathroom. The toilet had its own room, but everything else was out in the open. This meant the entire room got muggy and damp, even with a warm shower.

The hotel location is good, there is no minibar at the room (if it matters to you, for me it does, there was no option to buy water) when i asked for water in the morning (to but it) the only option the offered was to buy the whole breakfast to get it. They only left one towel for our room and took a lomg time to get another one. There is a strong smell at the halls of the hotel. Im surprised this hotel had so many good reviews since ours was a really bad experience.

This is a stylish and charming hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and there was parking nearby. It is very close to the Market Square but on a quiet back street.The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind and we had a delightful stay. Will go again! The perfect place to celebrate a birthday.

This is a great property in the center of Bruges but hidden enough to have quiet time once you get to your room. It’s within 3 min walk to the central market and in between the two main shopping streets in Bruges. This is definitely a highly recommended hotel for your next stay in Bruges.

My only displeasure is the lack of communication of additional purchasing. Was unaware that every bottle of water was 4 euros because in some hotels those are included. Also, did not know the breakfast was not included but that could have been on me.

All in all, thank you for a great stay and if I am ever back in Bruges, I will stay again.

The property was a very old building that had been renovated. While the bed was lovely and was comfortable the bathroom was so tiny when you sat on the toilet your face was almost touching the wall. There was no space for toiletries.

The positives were friendly helpful staff, large room and comfortable bed.

I was disappointed as we read so many good reviews.

The negatives, I’ve never wanted an accessible room, so not sure why we were booked into such a room. The bathroom is very poorly designed, nowhere for bathroom amenities, not even shelf in the shower for shower gel etc. No hooks for towels.

Room is not very noise proof so we didn’t have very peaceful sleep.

We were given a room that was accessible through the service entrance. The hotel and lobby was what attracted us to the property.. and as no time was the location of the room told to us.. pleas make sure if where the room is located before you book here.. also please note that both nights there was a lot of noise and it is difficult to sleep..

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff - amazing, the ambiance - superb, the rooms - lovely, the location - perfect.

I traveled with a few friends after a work event and this was the perfect, relaxing hotel we were looking for.

It’s very close to everything by foot. Also, they have an amazing cafe selection with fresh infused water, coffee, treats.

Honestly, a must stay if you’re heading to Bruges.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so nice and accommodating. We loved talking with the staff member who helped us carry our bags to our room. Everyone was so friendly. Eating olives and drinking beer in the lobby was also a nice night cap. Our room was cozy and very comfortable and clean. We Loved the view of the clock tower! Would stay here again for sure. Would 100% stay here again if travelling to Bruges. It’s clean, modern and we had a great night sleep in such a comfortable bed!
We had booked a Sablon room and felt it was lovely so I’m sure the upgraded rooms and fabulous! Tea and coffee included as well as lovely toiletries.

Bruges is an amazing place and this hotel is in exactly the right place to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was warm comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
All the staff were very helpful and could provide any details you required about the city.
The entrance to the hotel is off the side street and you feel like your are going in through the back door, but this is correct. The reception is very warm and comfortable as it is also the bar area.
I do plan on another visit to the city and would stay in this hotel again without hesitation.
