Hotel is fairly clean. The room is a quite small. The wear and tear in the room is showing.
This hotel do not let you checkin until 6PM. Also watch out for extra fees that this hotel will add for checkout after 9AM, which is extremely early compared to other hotels.
Consider the price and lthe hotel limited hours of usage when booking this hotel.

It's great if you are transiting, but I think check in from 6pm otherwise $18 per hour for early check is too much. Also, I had to change plans because my flight was impacted by the recent issues in the middle east. I tried to contact them and they never got back to me

We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller.

For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over.

The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

A really good hotel at the Airport suitable for early flights. The Jewel, shops, nice restaurants are all in walking distance. Room is very small but was sufficient for our needs. Missed not having coffee in the room but that’s not so important anyway.

The only critic that I would like to make is that the air conditionning is controled to be between 21 and 24 degrees. Being 2 people in such an enclosed space, it would be nice to be able to set the thermostat at a few degrees lower

Location to Jewel mall and the cleanliness of the room was great. Gave it a 4/5 star rating as it would have been good to have breakfast included, especially for those travelers that do not have time to enjoy the mall.

Was good walking distance to T2, but if you are carrying luggage, be sure to allot more than the 5-10mins they advertise. Better to give yourself 30-45mins to navigate the luggage through to the check-in counters as there are areas where luggage carts are not allowed.

Overall, great place to stay before the flight leaves! Beautiful mall and a great place for all the last minute shopping.

Very basic and small room, only one towel provided.
Unreasonably early checkout time at 9 a.m. after I arrived on a normal after midnight landing.
I tested this hotel on Changi, but it is in a different terminal and transferring from T4 to T1 made arrival at the hotel even later.
I made a mistake and will not use this hotel again.

This is a great hotel that is literally 20 seconds from the waterfall in the jewel! Loads of good options for food within a 1 to 2 minute walk. Rooms are small but what do you expect for a hotel inside the airport? Room had a double bed and a private bathroom, and was spotlessly clean.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in my room, but there is a coffee machine in the hallway.

Very small for two if you are not used to small spaces. Double bed comfortable but only one side of the bed is accessible. Missed a floor mat in front of shower. Floor soaking wet after shower. Maybe more suitable for younger travellers.

Worst experience. The room was set to heating upon arrival. Spent 5-8 mins drenched in sweat trying to lower the temperature via the instructions on the thermostat. Rang reception. The rooms are centrally controlled. So you can not adjust the temperature yourself even though there are instructions on the wall near the door. It took another 10 mins for the room to cool down. That the temperature would be set to heating in a windowless room in the tropics if mind boggling. On top of the price for a 6pm check in, check in at another hotel. This was awful. Staff didnt seem to care as of this was just how this place rolls.

I am a frequent guest at Yotel Changi and may I say, the receptionists were always warm, friendly, welcoming (no matter what time of the day! Even at 2am) and the services I have received to date have always been genuinely accommodating. The staff were very attentive, and would go above & beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a mishap at the airport and was unfortunately unable to walk unaided after (this was in May 2025) and the staff provided such good care and understanding of my situation, I could not stop raving about it to others. Well done Yotel. Thank you for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for easy access & convenience while transitting at the airport.

The room we stayed at was very clean, a little dated but clean. The amenities were good considering the price. Room was on the small side but this is a Yotel, you still get all the essentials covered. Check in and check out was easy. And the location is very convenient, right in the Jewel. Can’t complain. It’s a little small for long term stays but for an overnight stay it’s decent.

Hi I booked our stay there because we were catching the first flight to Haneda . Landed in SG at 10.45pm from NZ. We checked in around midnight and were given a room where the ceiling of the bathroom was soft and had a hole and was gushing water . I’ve videoed it . Went to the reception and the guy with glasses first said there weren’t any rooms available and we had to bear with it. Then when when we showed the video he said we might have another room -he sent us to the floor above which thankfully had no leaks. Pls be advised that they overcharged me from what I booked - over 400$$ when it was meant to be in the 200s. Never will we stay here again. Rooms were very poor especially when they advertised it as a family room with bunk beds great for 4 people. Poor staff, poor hospitality, very expensive - we checked out at 5 am ish. DO NOT STAY HERE- it’s a rip-off!!!!

We had a very good time. Our room was clean and it was cozy. It is a tight space but the room has all the amenieties you'd need. You are definitely paying for the location, but if you like shopping and exploring ot is worth it. I would totally stay here again. Easy way to elevate a layover.

Sufficient for some sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear doors opening and closing. I even thought it was my door opening when a neighbor would open theirs. It may wake up light sleepers.

Clean enough. The shower floods the bathroom due to the halfway glass opening design.

Overall, okay enough. Pricey for what you get and I would look elsewhere for more comfort and better sleep.

6pm check in and 9am checkout was a bit of a shock and not so easy to work with but staff were good and we did get to checking at 5pm and they held our bags until check-in. Coffee and water machines throughout, massage chairs just inside and cute little coffee room which looks out to the vortex fountain and shopping mall. Power for charging phones etc was extremely slow. Rooms are very small, offering little opportunity for baggage storage, 2 average sized hand luggage wheelie cases at the mist fits into the rooms and you'll be tripping over them the whole time. Room service did not occur in our room even though we were out for over 8 hours one day during our stay. Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Needs some maintenance though a/c control panel in our room didn't work, carpets looking like they've seen better days. Ok but I'd have preferred to spend more and stay at a conventional hotel.

So convenient for transitting and you can have a private room to rest and freshen up for your next leg of your journey. Provided essentials like shower gel and toothbrush and toothpaste.
Enjoy the birds eye view of the Jewel and take a lift to the basement for cheap eateries and even the cinema to pass time.

Easy for our 2 night layover. Hard to find your room as it is a maze. Kept finding lost souls in the hallways yearning to get out. Could really use better signage to navigate back to lobby (unless that's not allowed for emergency exit reasons which were very clearly marked).

Extremely small rooms. So much luggage we could access the bathroom and front door without moving things back and forth.

Air con control was broken so they said they had to control from their desk but we kept having to call to adjust. No water pressure really.

Free coffee machines in the hallways were nice to have.

Obviously tons of food options in the Jewel and lots of public transportation since it's the airport.
