The room was disgusting and not clean at all, stickiness of something on the floors, bugs, stains on the bed, hair in the tub drain, and the doors were all tore up and looked like a bear had been in trying to get out. They asked if we wanted smoking or nonsmoking, we don't smoke, so got nonsmoking but it smelled like a dirty ashtray. A piece of tissue was stuck in the peephole so you couldn't see outside. There was food left in the refrigerator so not even sure the room had been thoroughly cleaned (NOT) cleaned at all more like it. One half a roll of TP was provided and only 1 wash rag, 2 towels and no hand towel for drying your hands after washing them. DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE ONLINE LISTING AND WAY OVER PRICED!!!

This is a low end motel. Several sketchy people, possibly homele . . . sorry, domestically.challenged, were on the property. There was a very small container of shampoo but no soap or lotion. The condition of the room was very dated but clean and the outside of the hotel looked very rundown.

It was pet friendly and all but the room and the property wasn’t kept up to the standards. We stayed in room 102 and our key card didn’t wanna work as much. We had to keep tapping over a dozen times just to get the door to unlocked, the sink drain looked dirty, lack of amenities, no coffee maker, quarter roll of toilet paper with no extra roll. Had a kitchen but nothing to cook with, the shower looked gross especially the drain, bed were hard as a rock, and even saw a dead bug in the corner of the bathroom by the doorframe. I would not recommend going there

Room smelled like urine. The whole place is nasty and in ill repair. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice but that doesn’t make up for the poor repair conditions. The bed was nice and clean and comfortable. They do not serve breakfast and did not even have a coffee pot in the room but did bring one when we called and inquired about it.

The room was okay, the staff though...checking out early morning had to be at work at 5 am, couldn't access the lobby, had to ring the bell at the window well no one showed so I left the key card, try calling them to let them know..I called the number before I could speak the gentleman hung up, so I called back, he wouldn't answer, I tried again he rudely hung up in my face, gave it one more try this time I got the answering service so I left a message, let's just say I might pass on another visit.

The room was dirty. Sheets were stained and had hair on them. Clump of hair in the tub. TV wasn’t hooked up. Had to do it myself. No tissue at sink. Graffiti on door frame in bathroom and on the wall near the bedroom. Floor appeared to need vacuuming. I’m requesting a refund for the stay as I did not sleep due to the unsanitary conditions.

I booked my room online after driving 13 hours we arrive to check in my room had a bed with no sheets trash with a hole in the vent in the bathroom with a molded towel to hide it we got placed in another room with dog hair everywhere a used condom wrapper in my bathroom tub drain nothing has been cleaned or scrubbed after I was told it was I was completely grossed out mad that I spent my cash with no refund due to no manager being up front everything that listed to this property is a lie the pool was green hasn’t been cleaned in god knows when when I booked the pool stated it was open the fridge was gross the kitchen appliances had never been cleaned I found a used razor by the stove in kitchen !

The climate controls did not work at all. The second story wall way was crumbling and falling apart. There was a clump of hair I. The middle of the bed on top of the covers. There was hair throughout all the sheets. The toilet would not flush. The smoke alarm was dangling from its wires in the ceiling. And there was a huge hole over the sink where the roof leaks into the room. Also when I showed up to the room there was a bag of trash in from of the door.

Was charged a deposit fee when checking in even though I booked online. Told it would be refunded when I checked out which it wasn't for days. The room was nasty, one of the pillow cases looked like it had blood stain on it. Roaches were in the room. Non smoking room but had a nasty odor. The air conditioning didn't work right.

This place was no better than a crackhouse and should be razed. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I’m pretty sure the room next to mine was occupied full-time by husband wife a few young children and cooking meth. I strongly recommend that you remove this hotel from your list.

The room was cleanish other than the dead bugs of various types on the floor throughout the room, did not see any live bugs. There were no bed bugs.
The front desk clerk was very nice.
Got a “smoking” room but there was no ashtray in the room.
Only a half roll of toilet paper no back up roll. Corner of ceiling in bathroom above the shower was moldy and deteriorating, did not use the shower.
Needs updated, not Americas best value inn but not it’s worse either. I would probably stay there again if I had to. Property was quiet.
A $25 cash deposit is required at check in and then returned upon check out.

The room was nasty and stank terribly. There was mold on our shower curtain. As well as bugs crawling in our floor. The door to our room as well as the bathroom had both been broken in to, prior to our stay and lacked proper repair. Meh. Room for improvement.

The room had a strange smell. I used Febreze and it was tolerable. The lights in the bathroom didn't work at first. I found that the socket circuit breaker had tripped. The tubs drain was slow so that you would be standing in ankle deep water for most of the shower. I didn't expect much but more than what I received.

No smoking room and the bed cover had burn marks and the sheet. My wife would not walk on the carpet bare footed. We parked our car at another Motel down the street because we did not feel our car was safe there and walked back. The owners only parked there cars where the staff could see them people milling around outside. One looked like a lady of the night.

Well we have steady at this particular hotel in the past and we've never had an issue with it this go round again not an issue but it was 101° and we were looking forward to swimming because it was very very hot out and no swimming pool that was number one number two was no breakfast that was a big deal because we have two kids we needed to get on the road very early and we were hoping to get the breakfast and get it and go which they did not have and no ice maker which was kind of odd but for the most part it was a very clean establishment always great customer service which we appreciated she was very nice and very helpful so would we stay there again yes definitely

Worsr hotel ever. Expedia shouldn't even allow this property on their website. The 2nd floor balcony was rotting away and unsafe and they tried to put us in rooms right above the broken balcony. We insisted on changing rooms and the next set of rooms had dead bugs everywhere. We told them that we refused to stay there and they refuse to give me my money back. Tried going thru Expedia to get my money back and they were no help either.

A rather disappointing stay. I asked for the quietest room possible, and was given a room facing a busy highway. I’m very glad that I travel with slippers, because the floor was pretty much covered with dirt. Hair and I don’t know what in the corners and throughout. Stains on the bed coverings. The microwave had crumbs from something in it, so had obviously not been cleaned. I couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was out, and rusted. It almost looked like I had been put in a room that hadn’t been used much, so wasn’t even cleaned. I had to check out early, so I can’t rate the breakfast, but there wasn’t even coffee available in the lobby, and no coffee maker in the room.

Owners harrassed my family and made racially disrespectful statements. Overcharged pet fee on purpose. Firxed a service of room against our wants and didnt even change bedding. Bathroom ceiling covered in mold. Bathtub rusted all around drain. Toilet seal was busted and seat broken. No hot water at all first day. Then no hot water in sink at all. Rooms being raided by police over drrugs and people arrested then allowed back to property next day. People walking around with guns in waistbands with gun free drug free signs posted. This place is a nightmare.

When I arrived I stood in office for a good 10 minutes before the manager came in and checked me in. He was outside standing beside a truck. The room was filthy. Drywall tape peeling up on the wall. It reeked of smoke and there was animal hair and trash on floor. I don’t think the sheets were even changed from previous stays. This is a bad thing in light of covid. I am a critical care nurse and felt with a little effort it could have at least been cleaned. I had been driving for 10 hrs and very tired. Loud thumping music was playing in next room. The place was very run down. Motel 6 was like a luxury hotel compared to this place.

The website for this motel was misleading. There was no pool, no breakfast and no vending machine, no ice machine. I now understand why it was so cheap. Covid has been here, is still here but don't keep using it as an excuse for not taking better care of your motel. Will not stay here again.

The price was right and I really do like a \"kitchen\" & big fridge. But not a single dish or utensil is provided. I also liked the linoleum floors. Beyond that, the place is just dingy in every way. There was a 2 foot ribbon of fly-paper hanging prominently by the door. The 3 chairs would not be taken for free off the curbside. Or perhaps that's where they came from. Things like an ironing board.....w/ no cover OR iron. Unbelievably, the shower had NO anti slip pad. Just so stupid and easily fixed.

It's noisy, right next to I-40. The majority of the clientele appeared to be heavy equipment and road workers - lots of big trucks loaded up w/ gear.. that sort of thing. I encountered no bugs, which I had seen in some previous reviews. Plenty of food & stores nearby and downtown Yukon is just a couple of miles down the road. If you are travelling cheap, there aren't many places cheaper than this.

Nasty place to stay. I would advise to spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. First, there was no remote for TV. There was also roach motels behind the bed and toliet which told me there are bugs. No breakfast period, not even a covid bag breakfast. Beds were uncomfortable and people next to us were arguing at 430 in the morning with a small child running around at 5 am. Did not get any rest.

Old hotel in a safe location and a good value

This is a \"best value\" hotel. It is located in a safe spot - a new Comfort Suites is next door, and across from that is a new Motel 6. The hotel is old, but the people really were extremely nice. I had an issue with my lock, but the staff were very helpful and immediate with their response. I recommend it.

This is not a good place to stay. The room was disgusting. There were cigarette burns and mystery stains all over the sheets. The tv was stuck on Spanish news. The refrigerator had a giant wet rust spot on the inside. No coffee pot. The floor felt like it was giving way in some spots (upstairs room). The bathroom smelled like straight piss I mean this place was awful guys. It cost me $78 and the worst part was all the bed bugs. Please don’t stay there.

The service people were friendly. The place was filthy. I stepped on a cockroach on my third night there. I kicked it out of the way and it guts were on the floor for the next three days. I did not stay the last two nights (out of 7) because it was so dirty. This place had no amenities other than a hair dryer. No ironing board or iron, few lights so that I could not work at the desk (no lights at the desk). I could go on...

The first night i was so tires i did not care. The next morning i go to get breakfast that was avertised including in the lobby they had a sign CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FROM 6AM TIL 9AM ( IT COULD OF BEEN 10AM.) I GO AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS TOLD LET HOUSEKEEPING GET FINISHED AND THEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO SWITCH ROOMS I ENDED UP WAITING TIL 4PM. Superintendent for hotel renovation company

This hotel should not be able to rent rooms out. I am in the hospitality business. I've never seen a hotel room in the condition of the 3 rooms I and my crew almost stayed in.
We immediately vacated the rooms and went somewhere else. Everything from big ugly bugs to just filthy walls and floors. Best way I can describe it is I wouldn't let my dog stay in this place it's that bad.

The young woman at front desk was real polite and very bubbly. She helped us find a room that was perfect & welcomed us back. The room wasn't the prettiest, but it was clean & had a kitchen. The bed was comfy & the room was quiet.

Nightmare in Yukon Oklahoma City

First of all the room had a 1-inch crack underneath the door 30 degree temperatures no blanket on the bed all I had was a thin bed cover where to take a shower first I got scalded and then froze and never touch the handles that was uncomfortable really bad room I would never stay here again

I had stayed in this same hotel about a month ago and it was ok. I guess I must have gotten the best room they had on that trip. On this trip the first room we went to STUNK and was just torn up and dirty. So we told the desk clerk and the next room they gave us had a door lock that didn't work and had mouse dropping on the bed ! I got them to cancel my payment and went to another hotel.

The front desk person was very helpful and accommodating. When I could not get the TV to work she came herself and fixed it. Also very friendly and inviting and the cost was reasonable.
