When I got to the hotel on Friday, i was told i couldn't check in until 3. The time was about 1:30. This caught me off guard since I frequently check into hotels early. I really wanted to clean up after traveling all day. So I went to the event I was in town for, and checked in later that evening. The room was OK, I had 2 beds which was good since the sheet on one bed had yellowish stains on it. I checked the other bed, and slept there. The coffe was good. But I'll not stay there again.

Estacionamiento suficiente, ningun problema par entrar ni salir, el desayuno es basico huevo, salchicha, waffle, el problema es que no ponen suficiente, y si no te levantas temprano no alcanzas nada.
La limpieza es basica, solamente tienden la cama, no realizan limpieza profunda. Es un hotel que sirve para llegar a dormir, no tanto vacacionar.

During our stay room had no hot water for shower. After notifying mgmt nothing was done about and a change in rooms was not offered so we had 2 days of cold showers. Free breakfast was disgusting, in room coffee maker was not restocked, air conditioning was noisy and rattled all throughout our stay, and lastly WiFi for both TV and guest use was not connecting. Even though our room was priced at $70 night it was not even up to the industry standards for that price range. Plus they charged a $100 deposit. I believe I should have charged them $100 deposit and deducted from everything that didn’t work!

The property is pet friendly on the first two floors. Our third floor shower had inadequate water pressure & after coming back from being gone for 4 hours, the room smelled like mildew. The location needs repairs to tiles, missing pieces of trim, bad caulking, scratches to finishing, & but the breakfast looked good. Eggs looked fluffy & everything was well stocked.

Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room…

I called the property before checking in and inquired about an early check-in which they said was fine since they had a room available. I did not have a physical ID because I had just had my passport stolen at the airport which I expressed to the manager on duty. When arriving to the property, I was asked for a $200 deposit in cash which I had to uber to the ATM and back. Upon checkout, I was only given $100 back and the different manager on duty stated that they had upgraded me to a room that was $100 more expensive which I was never informed of. I ended up paying over $240 for the room which I was not even in overnight as it was only used in between travel. Rude employees that were not helpful in answering my questions and tricked me in to an upgrade which I did not need and was not informed until I was checking out.

I didn't have high expectations due to the cost but there are bare minimum services/ detailsthat hotels need to provide. The room smells horrible like urine, we slept with disgust and mistrust of cleanliness. We asked for a crib and it was brought to the room and left there by just knocking the door. The mattress was ripped off but even worse the sheet they brough with it were dirty with hair on them. Just disgusting and very disrespectful. Customer service by front desk and people that work there is how can I say it; not any customer service at all. Their presentation is not professional, they barely talk to you and don't greed you.
They almost kicked us out of the room by 11:30am by calling to the room several times.
This was a just OK experience to the say the least

It was a terrible experience. There were signs that made me think that the bed sheets were not washed and/or changed. There was even a questionable pile of hair all over the bedsheets. Plus, the toilet would did not look like it was cleaned.

We needed a hotel that had room for a truck and trailer. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and ample room to park a truck and trailer. The hotel was also surprisingly clean and updated. Breakfast was average but adequate. Rooms we clean. Only problem was the water pressure was severely lacking.
Overall a good stay with a location right of the major roads.

Staff is helpful, but for one…they close everything for breakfast at exactly 9am yes 9am sharp. Not one minute after, they are super limited with options. A few old oranges and apples? No thank you! Along with frozen egg patties … by far worse experience. They need to be more considerate about that, if not they shouldn’t offer and charge for breakfast buffet lol

Room was decent, could have been a little cleaner. The bed was extremely uncomfortable but it was just one night so it sufficed. My biggest issue was the front desk agent. He was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Had an attitude when I asked him to add my boyfriend’s name to the room (I checked in alone). Then when my boyfriend went to get a key, all my boyfriend said was the room number and he threw the key across the counter at him, didn’t even ask for his ID. He could have been any random person and to give a key without verifying who they are is extremely dangerous.

Our stay at La Quinta was only one night and my friend and I were in the accessible rooms due to the fact that we both have some physical limitations. While the room with the bed was very comfy and was very nice in good conditions the bathrooms had a little necessary upkeep needed. One bathroom had a towel bar that was coming off the wall and if anybody grabbed onto it easily, it could’ve been ripped off. They’re also were marks on the wall that did not look like every day dirt it looked like it could be something else that I won’t mention… The bathroom definitely could’ve used more thorough cleaning as they look like on one of the walls. It looked like something white with splashed and it was never wiped off and then it was painted poorly and just wasn’t as fresh as I would’ve hoped.

Review / Formal Complaint – La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio North Stone Oak
(Reservation made through Expedia)
Our experience was extremely disappointing and reflects an unacceptable level of service that does not meet the minimum standards expected from a property listed on Expedia.
We booked a room for five guests. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the third floor with only two double beds, which realistically accommodates four people, not five. While I acknowledge that I did not carefully verify the absence of a sofa bed, the room was advertised as suitable for five guests. In order to accommodate our family, we were forced to pay for an upgrade, which was already frustrating.
The situation worsened immediately upon entering the room. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel clearly advertising itself as 100% non-smoking. In addition, the room had several serious issues:
The bathroom door would not lock properly.
The television did not work.
The in-room phone was not connected, making it impossible to contact the front desk.
There was an obvious lack of staff, with what appeared to be only two or three employees managing the entire hotel.
Basic amenities were also severely lacking:
No complimentary bottled water was provided.
A room booked for five guests had only three towels.
There was no soap in the bathroom.
The hand towels were dirty.
The bed sheets had a strong, unpleasant odor, which is completely unacceptable fr

Bathroom door can't be locked, bathroom can niose was too much, water pressure in bathroom tub was too slow, water was very soft, can't remove soap even for a min, ac temperature was too be done 65 to feel like 72 at home. Both queen bed feel like double bed, and little wobbly, i saw separate sofa as well in the room while booking but there was no sofa when we entered, we were so tired and didn't bothered to notify at front desk and since we were there for one night stayed and left at checkout.

When we first arrived we noticed a nasty smell walking in. As we were checking in, we asked to be on the 1st fl. They did not have a room avaliable. We were offered a room on the 2nd fl., we accepted. The moment we got off the elevator we could hear multiple chihuahuas barking loudly & obnoxiously. We went to our room but they were so loud we decided we wouldn't be able to stay on the same floor. The room given to us also had a foul smell. Man at the front desk gave us a room on the 3rd fl, room did not smell & was ok. Reservation made was for a room to sleep 5. Unfortunately this room only had 2 beds & no sofa sleeper. I went back to ask for a different room. Again. Was told there were no rooms available but Expedia& La Quinta showed availability. The manager tried to gaslight me saying a "sleeps 5" only meant it available for me to put a baby with 4 other people. They were not interested in trying to accommodate us. When i asked to cancel they offered me a larger room for double the price. I ended up going to buy an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on. The towels in the room were old & dingy looking. Wifi in the hotel did not work at all. Had to hotspot to watch tv. There was also an alcoholic fam there that made the area feel unsafe. At one point 1 of the drunks was in his car naked. Breakfast was horrible. There was no where to sit. There were only 3 tiny trays of food out. & they never bothered to keep up with the demand. Entire food area was very dirty.

Room definitely felt neglected. Poorly cleaned, needs repairs (door damage due to type of security lock, missing lock button on bathroom door, poorly painted walls, rusty equipment (luggage stool & clothes butler stand), poor water flow, dirty shower). We had a roach in the room and what looked like roach or bed bug poos on linens, breakfast was highly limited and just gross, door key was deactivated before 11 am and it was a noisy area at night due to dogs left alone in room barking, traffic and construction.am, locking me out of room. poo

Front desk was rude from the start. Ask to speak to manager and he just said get away from counter. Always traveling and never expertise type of behavior. Towards me and another guest trying to check in. Front desk should be polite and professional. And also keep one set of standards for everyone. Not charge 25 deposit to those who check in before 2pm and 100 after 3pm.
