The hotel was at the back of a shopping carpark and was hard to get to. The place was basic and tired. The plus side was it was a short bus ride to the main station.

Ok very basic budget room in an isolated area which was ideal for our purpose-overnight stay between train journeys. Check in was a little worrying as it was fairly late and the automated system didn't recognise any of our details (and the process not really clear)fortunately other guests were able to help and eventually a team member was able to find our booking.

Overall stay was acceptable taking in mind we stayed one night, travelling by car. We did not have high expectation focusing on lower price. However room was pretty worned out and might be cleaned better. As well we were woke up by strong noise in the mid of night. Though it was short so remained night was more or less ok.

We stopped over for one night because it was too late to pick up hire car from Avignon TGV. For this purpose it was fine but I wouldn’t stay more than a night with family.

Even though the room was pretty clean and the bed sheets were white, the 'non-smoking' room smelled like a bar in the nineties and the bedside table had cigarette burn marks all over it.

Our train was delayed arriving and I was frustrated to learn that the lobby had long since closed before I got there. Fortunately, there was an automated check-in. Unfortunately, it did not have my reservation and I needed to create another.
It is walkable from the train-station. But most of the way there are no sidewalks and no street lights.

Helpful and friendly staffs.
I saw some negative comments about the staffs' attitude but i met 2 of them. They are nice and helpful. Room is good for that price. Not so inconvinient as seen from the previous comments. Receptionist will gives info about the public transport as well! Ask them for help!

Not a pleasant experience
This hotel is located in an unpleasant industrial area which is not very nice. A car is required to go anywhere. Though I requested a non smoking room the one I was given smelled badly of smoke and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The room is basic but clean. To use the toilet your feet were resting in the shower.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour être proche de la gare TGV car nous partions tôt le lendemain matin.
L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle, proche d'un centre commercial et à moins de 5 min de la gare en voiture. Le parking est très mal fait et peu de places, de gros véhicules typer camionnette dépassaient de leur emplacement dés l'entrée du parking, néanmoins il est clos le soir. Il s'agit d'un hôtel sur deux étages sans ascenseur, la chambre est très petite, le lavabo est séparé de la douche. La douche (très petite) et avec le toilette, la porte ne s'ouvre pas entièrement car le lit est trop proche, la porte était fendue et le rideau de douche vous colle quand vous vous douchez ce qui est très désagréable. Le sol en lino de la chambre est plein de traces, de trous, de tâches douteuses, il y avait une toile d'araignée juste au dessus de la porte d'entrée. Le seul point positif c'était la climatisation qui était déjà en marche quand nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre car il faisait très chaud et lourd. La seule petite fenêtre donne sur la coursive extérieure qui est proche donc attention lorsque vous ouvrez le rideau, les autres clients vous voient très facilement (ce qui fut notre cas).Lors de notre départ, personne à l'accueil donc nous avons déposé la carte dans une petite boite. Je ne pense pas y revenir.

Accueil parfait. Les chambres sont plus spacieuses qu'ailleurs et il y a une douche et des toilettes dans une pièce et un lavabo dans une autre. Environnement calme. Petit déjeuner correct.

Mauvaise expérience. Première et dernière fois que nous y allons. Problème avec le guichet automatique pour récupérer notre clé à 14h. Nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 17h pour attendre le personnel. Mauvaise odeur en rentrant dans la chambre. Odeur de tabac. Sol sale, poussiéreux et non lavé. J'ai pris une photo de l'état de la serviette pour montrer la propreté du sol. Je ne recommande pas !!!

Отель в 1 км от жд вокзала Avignon TGV,по навигатору дойти легко.Проживала в отеле 6 ночей,заселили без проблем,номер соответствовал заявленному,были все удобства,ежедневная смена полотенец,проблем с горячей водой не было.Завтраки за доп.плату,я не брала. В отеле было тихо и спокойно.Район отеля промышленный,но спокойный.Если не хочется переплачивать за отель,можно смело выбирать этот вариант проживания.До города Авиньон ходит автобус(рядом с отелем остановка) или электричка от жд вокзала.Рядом с отелем большой супермаркет.Рекомендую для тех,кому отель нужен для того,чтобы переночевать и привести себя в порядок.

En primer lugar llegamos a la hora acordada en la reserva y no había nadie para recibirnos, tuvimos que esperar en la calle a altas temperaturas hasta que una señora de la limpieza nos facilitó una habitación para guardar las maletas cuando reservamos tres habitaciones. Aparte de este recibimiento los cuartos de baño tenían uno un hormiguero, otro perdía agua por detrás del retrete y en el tercero goteaba el lavabo. Hicimos la reserva con secador en los baños y no nos lo facilitaron porque sólo tenían uno y se lo dieron a otro cliente. A pesar de todo esto no recibimos disculpa ninguna.
