The place reeked from the hallway to our room! It was cleanish, if you don't look to closely. Even though the whole reason we booked this place was so we could have a kitchen with supplies, none were provided. The brochure in our room said they were complementary and available on request, when we went down to the front desk, just to get some soap to wash dishes, she tried to sell it to us! She wanted $2 for a little ketchup sized packet of soap, what a scam!

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Elevator and halls on 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The last day we were there they must have sprayed the hall and elevator because it now had a floral smell. We had a square table in our room to eat at, but NO chairs. Insulation between floors is horrible. People in the room above ours were up very late clomping around like a herd of elephants.No hair dryer in the room, I had to go to the front desk to get one. Shower curtain had a moldy strip going down the center of it. Shower head leaked, spilling water all over the floor.

When we checked into the room there was full trash bag in the bathroom, a used bar of soap on the shower ledge, bottles of water and a watermelon in the fridge, a phone charger was left plugged into an outlet and someone’s personal cup/dishes left on counter along with coffee/creamer and stuff in the cabinet.
The beds were made and new soap/towels in the bath. When the front desk was made aware he came to the room to check. He said the room was “cleaned” then opened the freezer and it was disgusting, dirt or mild covered the inside and it had an odor!! He again said the room was “cleaned” and suggested we help ourselves to items left behind. He didn’t offer another room or a refund of any kind. I asked to verify no one was coming back to the room and they had for sure checked out as we had dinner reservations and had a schedule to keep. This morning when I checked out a different front desk person was there and said she was called about the room Saturday and offered an apology but nothing else. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again!!!

There was road construction in front of the hotel so you had to exit the parking lot and drive down over a mile to turn around to go the other way...not the hotel's fault but was a bit inconvenience. Staff was courteous but the person checking me in didn't know how to look for a room on the same floor or closer to my companions, there were no cooking utensils at all in the room I had (not even a plate or cutlery) and the phone in my room was just for decoration since there wasn't a phone cord attached.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew. I would never recommend this place. She said that breakfast was between six and nine, but they didn’t even have water at the hotel. It was just coffee and a muffin and granola bar very disappointed and there were prostitutes out front.

It was definitely not a family hotel. There was a woman outside that was clearly mentally ill or on drugs. She was walking around in slippers screaming why God why. The grass was overgrown in front of the main lobby, I was afraid a rat might jump out. Our room was ok but it smelled like mildew. Just the overall feel seemed like a city mission

Served its purpose, wouldn't stay again.

This hotel served its purpose being used as an extra place for family to sleep and shower at a reasonable price for a week. Very dated and the hall smelled like weed and funk but the room didn't smell and was clean enough. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot smoking and getting high in their cars too and this is not a bad neighborhood. I know because I live nearby.
Wouldn't choose this again, even for the price.

There was no one at the front. We were on camera. The elevator smelled like throw up. There was no coffee pot, flatware, glasses. & kitchen products. The lights in the hallway was like the shining. The toliet was dirty with something. The person in the room above did not get the memo quite hours (all night long). I had to get fork from the front desk and they were dirty.I could go on

Does not meet expectations for extended stay hotel

I booked this stay as a last minute opening; the PGA tournament was in town and everything else was either sold out or priced 4-5 times normal rates.

The positives are the hotel is very clean and I felt safe inside and outside of the hotel. Those are the only positives.

I booked this extended stay with the intention of cooking dinner and breakfast in the full kitchen to save money by not eating out. I have stay in many extended stays with kitchens all over the US; this is the first that had absolutely zero cookware, utensils, plates, or cups in the room. I had to request items at the front desk and wait 5 minutes for the front desk attendant to “give me what they had” - one plate, one mug, a fork and butter knife, and a serving spoon so large I could not possibly eat off of it. No pots or pans were available. This did not in anyway meet the bare minimum of what is expected in a room with a full kitchen.

The “grab and go” breakfast is in a corner next to the elevator, only one person can use it at a time and the line of people waiting blocks the elevator.

Extended stay hotels usually cater to business groups, but thete is absolutely no place for people to meet, sit down, talk, hangout in this hotel.

Another common feature of extended stay hotels is ice makers in the freezer than can produce a batch of ice in about 30 minutes. At this location, the only option for ice is plastic trays that will take several hours to freeze. No ice machines and a bottle of water cost $4.

The room description said queen size bed, it was a deluxe twin. The Tv remote had no back and when we tried to watch Tv, we couldnt turn up the tv. The remote button was broken and no volume button on tv. The hallway smelled like burnt rice and weed. I liked that i was immediately greeted when I walked into the lobby to check in. The woman behind the desk was cracking fun jokes and making my Fiancée and I feel welcome right away. Check in went flawlessly, and our room was waiting on us in a very clean state. Quite spacious for the small room that we had. Very nice bathroom and shower with a full mirror and almost therapeutic shower head. Plenty of towels had been provided. Comfortable bed, with 3 pillows. (Ask for more). My only complaint with the room was the TV was outdated and the channel guide system didnt work all that well.

Horrible place to stay- Avoid at all possible!!

It was awful!! Do not come here!!! I left early and they didn’t offer any refund. The springs in the bed was coming out of the bed and make loud noises, there were holes in the walls, the tub had stains in it- the hallway floor were disguising. The service was horrible~ staff were rude!! Stay away!!!! I wouldn’t put my dog in this place!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!! It didn’t have anything they say it did. The beautiful picture on the website were false. I lost money.

The hotel was as expected for how much it cost for a night. It could use some TLC in the lobby as well as the rooms. The flooring was peeling up in the kitchen area and the windows are stuck open. As a result, you can hear lots of car noise. The cleanliness is also questionable or subpar.

Our toilet would not flush. Maintenance left for the day and the desk clerk came to room advised us to fill back of toilet with buckets of water due to no other rooms available. The valve on toilet was adjusted and toilet filled but only one time and we were left to fill the back of toilet with cups of water. Desk staff was notified about issue at checkout and no apologies were issued staff was very passive about incident.

Reserved a King bed was told no Kings were available so had to take two twins. One twin frame was broken so had to use a drawer from night table to prop it up. In general, the room was very run down - carpet torn, bedding torn, tub chipped up, etc. On the positive, the staff really tried, they were pleasant and apologetic but there wasn’t a whole lot they could do.

I want to start off with the good aspects of the hotel. The staff I encountered were all beyond friendly as were the people that were staying there.

That being said the pricing for this place was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. The room was outdated as were most of the amenities in it. The walls were chipped and scratched, the doors were dirty as was the shower. The AC in the room was set at 58 which was very odd and very cold. The linens and towels were clean and the bed was fine. The hallways smell musty and of smoke despite the non smoking rules.

Overall it was fine for a quick overnight stay, but this location needs some serious updates for the prices people are paying…

To begin, the staff was A , and smooth check-in, The website pictures do not match the actual booked room. A coffee maker was available by request, but one not included in the room. The entire room was outdated. The beds were quite uncomfortable, cheap & flimsy bedding, flat bed pillows, no carpeting at all. Was quite disappointed in our overall accommodations, but thankfully we were there for only one night!!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms however were substandard. The windows were very hard to open and close, the paint on the walls were chipped in several areas, and there were dead bugs on the window sills that appeared to have been there for quite some time. So-called \"breakfast\" was a joke and they don't even have an ice machine. The only reason I stayed was the price and it's close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. To top it off on the morning of check-out they decided to shut off the water to do repairs, so not the best experience overall.
