When we arrived i got ournroom key amd went to the room. As soon as i opened the door all you could smell was weed. Everything was dirty. The sheets were stained yellow including the pillow cases there were also pubic haors kn tje sheets and the blanket was stained as well. I went down to the office to ask to be switched rooms. I was then told that i had to pay an additional $100 dollars for a different room. I refused to pay additional money as there was no difference. No upgrade nothing more than 1 beds. The gentleman at the desk finally gavee a key.for a new room and we went in. The rokm was a little cleaner. Floors were duct taped nothing appeared to have beem wiped down and dusty. But the sheets were clean. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel.

One the cleanest and it’s comfortable for the most part. Also didn’t smell like an ashtray for it being a smoking room. The only complaints was the floors were dirty like turned the bottom of my socks brown especially in the bathroom which kinda grossed me out.

This place was terrible. There was no breakfast. The lobby was small and unclean. And there was no restroom in the lobby. The rooms were dirty. The linens were brown instead of white. I refused to sleep on their beds but the people at the front desk refused to refund my money. Never again.

I booked the jacuzzi room and was given a standard king but it was so late, I didn’t even bother having it fixed. Sign behind desk says breakfast until 10- that’s incorrect. It’s until 9:30. The lady did grab us a couple muffins from the back which was nice.

My husband and two sons went to the hotel for a race weekend, and the boys were terrified. There were men sitting in the hall across from their room staring at them, and they wouldn't move when asked. The music was blaring, and the men would not give them space. They asked to be moved to a different room, and that room's lock wasn't working. My son was able to open the door without having a key. They asked for a refund and switched to another hotel.

The shower did not work properly.
During our stay they had a carpet cleaning company come in and clean the carpet. That should have been done prior to our arrival or after we checked out. We did not like our stay here and we will not be returning.

We stayed here a few years ago. It was a good stay, and clean and quiet. But this visit was a real disappointment. The breakfast was non existent after the floor above us emptied out the occupants that ate all the breakfast and it wasn't replenished. I felt that it was too expensive for what we were offered. The sheets looked dirty and used. They never changed our sheets and we stayed 3 nights. Very disappointed. Won't stay there again and I cannot refer anyone else to stay there.

The traffic noise goes all night since it’s along a major road. The lock for the door is one turn of the deadbolt and nothing else. The extra piece that is usually higher up to latch and catch a ball so you can’t open the door the whole way is not there. Missing that is bad enough but when your door opens to the outside as there is no inside hall then anyone could try to access your room.

And upon father investigation, the bedsheets were dirty. I actually wind up, not even staying the night. I just grabbed my things and I left.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bath was really nice. The only complaints which are very minor is that we had the room next to the highway, and there was a bit of traffic noise. Just pointing that out in case anyone is sensitive to outside noises, but it didn't bother me in the least. Otherwise, it seemed like the heater in the room wouldn't let it get too warm, but it wasn't really cold either. We had it on max but it was no more than 70 degrees. It was early November so I don't know whether it would properly heat the room in the dead of winter or not. Other than that, the concrete walkway to the second level was cracked and not very attractive. Maybe they should resurface that soon. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would stay there again.

Front desk staff was very helpful with an early check-in for a scheduled wedding. Proximity to venue very good. Room door had a 1 to 1-1/2 inch gap from the latch to the floor and a 1/2 inch gap on the bottom. The door was clearly not in the frame properly. The cold air poured in all night, and we stuffed it with a towel as good as possible. It also made us anxious about security and safety. The next morning at check-out, the Mgr. said they were aware of it, and it was going to be fixed. They were fully booked, and we just lucked out on that room. Otherwise, the room was clean, although old, but refurbished. Nice bathroom. Priced fairly.

The rooms were nice, although the towels seemed a little dodgy. There are two parking lots here and you can't go between them without getting onto a busy highway, making two U-turns and coming back. Made getting to my room with the amount of stuff I had to drag up the steps extremely inconvenient. There was also no sign indicating what to do if you're checking in late, I had to call the hotel to get the guy to come open the door.

The room itself is old though they tried to remodel it. The staff was helpful but hard to understand. It smelled musty and like old cigarettes. We had to buy a candle the first night just to relieve our noses of the smell. The beds were not as comfortable and the sheets had stains and burn holes in the blankets. We ended up leaving and travelling back home instead of staying the second night.

Smelled Horrible, Rundown, Not Safe.

Place was gross. Exterior was run down, chunks of plaster missing, on second level balcony there was a massive pile of tools and materials that have probably been piled there forever. The room as soon as we entered smelled like 10 people were just in it smoking up a storm. We had to leave the door open for a few hours hoping it’d air out a little. The smell was so bad it was turning my stomach. Things were sticky, bed sheets had stains. No elevator which is fine but stairs were narrow and really steep. Place didn’t feel the safest either. I would never stay there again nor would I reccomend it.

The owner was very nice to us. However, our first night there was terrible, we heard everything going on upstairs and it kept us up all night after driving 9 hours! Disappointing that there's no coffee pot in room. Room could definitely use an update. Sheets and bedspread had burn holes in it.. they definitely need to invest in new bedding for the rooms. Overall, not too horrible for the price and a place to stay while in Pittsburgh

The heater was hard to get to work. Room was very cold. When i asked the front desk how to get the heater to work, I was told that it was 'good' room and i should just keep turning the controls. All of the markings on the controls had been rubbed off, i assume during cleaning. I received a call from the front desk about heavy foot traffic in my room. I was alone and not walking back and forth. Because my credit card was not taken during my afternoon check-in, the front desk person made me come down late at night to present the needed card. In my pajamas!

When i made the reservation the hotel was advertised as pet friendly. After being on the road all day and we were extremely tired we arrived at the hotel and were told that if we wanted the room we would have to pay an additional $50.00 for our two dogs.. In my opinion the owners of this hotel should be more worried about the infestation of roaches than collecting such an outrageous fees. Pictures of the roaches that we found the next morning when we woke up,are available for verification.

The manager and family were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and even though it is on a busy road you cannot hear the traffic. There is coffee 24/7 in the office and free breakfast in the mornings. I will stay here again.
