I was really impressed with this hotel and with the price I got it for. The staff were always friendly and polite. The hotel is nicely remodeled and felt very fresh with the cool white and blue colors, the lobby seating area was nice and comfortable. The hotel room I thought was really nice and cute, again with the blue and white color scheme, the bed was wonderful-very comfy, great AC and lighting, and the bathroom was great too. Very convenient to have 7-11 right downstairs. The walk to the station is about 15-20 minutes, it can be a bit far if you plan to walk all day or were walking all day. I will stay here again next time!

It was a brand new hotel with a state of art technology. Everything is fully equipped with all the things you required. However the room was a little small and cramped when I booked a single bed room. Might not be suitable for kids to stay in. The room which was given to me had a bad smell coming from the air conditioning. It was fixed the day after when I informed the staff. However it came back again on my third day of stay. Might depends on your luck of the room condition.

宿泊自体は快適で、フロントの方々もとても親切なのですが、とにかく駅からが遠すぎてアクセスが悪かったので本当に後悔しました。
チェックイン・チェックアウトはフロントにある機械で行うのですが動きがめちゃくちゃ遅く、人間がやったほうがぜんぜん早いレベル。機械のせいでスムーズにチェックインできないのは本末転倒というか残念。

真的是很差的經驗，我訂的是三人房，但酒店只是將二人房硬加上一張床，三張床幾乎連在一起，一個行李箱也難打開，何況我們是有三個行李箱，一些空間也沒有，絕對不可能是三人房，地點離車站又遠，拿到房的時候，真的有被騙的感覺，我一定不會再入住，也不會介紹朋友入住！

ホテルに入るとフロントは綺麗でアロマの香りも良く、非常に好印象でした。それゆえ残念なのが室内。室内の臭い自体は問題ないかもしれないが、エアコンからカビ臭い臭いが吹き出て、終日仕事をしていて気持ち悪くなりました。また、これは好みかもしれませんが、シャワーの形状がイマイチで水のあたる面積が非常に狭い。もう少しワイドなヘッドならよかった。

新しいホテルで、清潔感は非常に高いです。宿泊も合理的なシステムで、設備も十分です。接客も親切ですし、必要十分です。ただし、問題は立地。宿泊当日は、猛暑日で、梅田から当初は歩こうと考えていましたが、スーツケースを持ちながらは無理と判断。大阪駅のレンタサイクル（最初の1時間200円）で移動しました。（スーツケースを預けた後に、すぐでかける予定だったのですぐに大阪駅に戻って返却。あと福島駅のほうが少し近いかもしれません。）
ホテルにはセブンイレブンが１Fに併設されており便利です。
大阪（伊丹）空港行きの大丸ビルのバス停へは、タクシーで5-10分以内、700円弱ですぐです。

Room was good. It was well-designed so that even if the room was small, I could still have enough space to do what I needed. Breakfast was served with adequate variety of food and the quality was good. The hotel was close to Fukushima station but was a bit far from Umeda station (I needed to go there to take a bus). My booking did not allow free cancellation. I didn't notice it when I made the booking and that was a major reason why I stayed in this hotel. However, I was happy with my stay.

어매니티 칫솔 너무 좋아서 하루만 쓰기 아깝더라고요. 보통 어두운 호텔도 많은데, 여기는 룸이 밝아서 너무 좋았어요.
공항에서 버스타고 하비스 오사카에서 내리면 도보7-10분 정도고요. 후쿠시마역5분. 오사카역 10분거리. 위치도 만족스러웠습니다.

内装がおしゃれで機能的。ベッドのマットレスがとてもよかったです。クローゼットにプラズマクラスター？脱臭機能がついていることも素晴らしいと思いました。ルームウェアも着心地がよかったしお風呂も広々としていてリラックスでき、ぜひまた宿泊したいと思いました。

가성비가 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 우메다역에서는 걸어서 조금 걸어야하지만(여름이었으면 좀 짜증났을 정도..) 그래도 이정도 가성비에 혼자 머물 호텔로는 최고인 것 같습니다.
