A nice place with nice staff but not full of \"Western Comforts\" ie; stiff beds and long and lumpy pillows, shuttles to airport and/or day tours, coffee machine in room, shampoo, etc. The property is right next to busy highway, but noise levels are ok. Right next door is a nice resort with restaurant open to the public which is a bonus.

Sounded a great idea to book dinner bed & Breakfast, as this hotel is not near any facilities However the menu looked superb, BUT nope u can only have a small selection, 2 choices per course. We felt so s sorry for our waiter, he asked the chef for a change, allergy to fish, difficult there is a pre wedding reception. Asked just a plate of cold meats NO, We heard the chef shouting & screaming. The restaurant was empty. We had a bottle of superb wine. Food finally served, a for average. Did not appreciate being called the 2 FAT Americans. What would they know. Surprised to hear after we heard this to speak French!! Well breakfast saved the stay & the JMAZING Maria was superb. Would suggest bearing in mind how reasonable the main menu is, Chef do better for dinner.

Good Accomodation in Betera
Pleasant hotel ideally located just off the main road leading into and close to Betera, Valencia. It provides good value for money with friendly and helpful staff. Anyone not familiar with the location of the hotel may find it hard to find. It needs signs from the main highway and clearly marking the car park.

Overall we were very happy with this hotel! It was clean, the service was excellent and the rooms were a good size (as compared to other European hotels we've stayed). We also had a great balcony! The downsides: the towels were stained (probably old mascara?) and had holes, the soap wasn't replenished (we had to ask the cleaning staff for soap twice), and the workout room lacked sufficient equipment, meaning my husband had to get a day pass to a local gym.

I have no major complaints about this place, although there are a few things that could be improved.
On arrival the sign for the hotel isn't very visible during daylight, we struggled to find it, also there is no indication about where to park the car (further down the road if driving towards the main motorway).
The room could benefit from a lick of paint, specially in the bathroom, also the door to the balcony is difficult to close and the window's door like shutters knock things down that are in the closest night table (they could have traditional wooden shutters that can be opened and closed right in top of the windows instead).
The room didn't have a services directory and important phones, an neither had some basic stationery.
It also has the problem that the cleaning personnel disable the master switch after cleaning the room, so if one leaves something charging it won;t be charged by the time one gets back to the room.
I would not discourage anybody from staying, it is a perfectly fine place, specially in comparison with other establishment in the area which, how to put it politely, cather to some more adventurous guests.
I hope they try to up the ante a bit, they could really make this place much better with little more effort.

OK for the price, but old and dated
Hotel is located in a very nice country type area. Not too far from the city if you have have a car. However the hotel is dated, like really rally dated. Its clean but honestly I would compare it to a 2 star motel here in North America.
The biggest grief we had was the washroom, specifically the shower, I can get a better shower if was spitting water up in the air. For some reason the water pressure in the rooms is horrible!

Excellent Stopover
We stopped on our way from Madrid To Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable and large for a European hotel. The bed was just right! Not too hard and not too soft. We got a good nights rest. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive despite having to work a wedding reception at the same time. I recommend this hotel.

Def not worth the 4 stars
The only good thing about the hotel was the restaurant. The beds were rock hard and you can feel the springs through them. Only the smoking rooms have balconies, of which in them are only twin beds. The shower water pressure goes on and off - which changes the water temp from moderate to extreme in seconds. The cafe food wasn't cooked and gave me a tummy bug. The hair dryer didn't work. The bathroom floor wasn't mopped and had previous guests hair on the floor. The only nice thing was the restaurant food.

The hotel was great. But the night we stayed there was a wedding they start 9:00pm or later and went until 3:00. The noise level was terrible, I did not get any sleep all night and had to be gone by 8:00. Otherwise is was a beautiful place not 4 stat but clean comfortable and very pleasant. I would stay again but I would ask first if they were having any type of event.

We have spent 3 weeks driving around France nd Spain and I have o say that we have been delighted with all the accommodation apart from this one! The oom was over reception and all night we could ear th front doors opening and closing. Not usually a problem bu they desperately need maintaining as they sound like an elephant groaning. The room was hot nd taffy and the bed was hard as chipboard! We dint hang around for breakfast!

We have a dog so chose this hotel because it is situated out of town in open space and they were happy to accept our rather large Golden Retreiver without additional cost. This hotel was absolutely fine, clean , beds comfy and other than a noisy toilet system somewhere around did not really experience any of the noise that other guests have mentioned. The hotel itself is a good drive away from the centre of the city so the location would not suit everyone. We had a superb lunch, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I would stay here again. Excellent location, not much in the surrounding area but convenient to get to Valencia and the surrounding area. Food was fantastic. My only criticism is that the room smelt of cigarette smoke.

We stayed for a week and found the experience very satisfying. Nice room (facing the back - very convenient cause there were road works at the front), the swimming pool was up and running, some of the staff were really nice (bar/restaurant), and it wasn't too busy during the week. We had a 'really' nice dinner in their restaurant (La Sal).

Un buen hotel con una relación calidad precio inmejorable, un excelente servicio (yo valoro un check in rápido y sin pedirte tarjeta de crédito de garantía). No hice uso del buffet del desayuno porque aquí sí que tienes la opción de tomarte un café y una tostada si no quieres otra cosa. Habitaciones limpias, amplias y confortables ¿qué más se puede pedir?

Buena experiencia sobre todo por la oportunidad de poder estar con mis perritas. El único punto a mejorar quizás el adecuar las habitaciones de perros un poco más para reducir ruidos sobre todo de oírse unos a otros y ladrar. Por ej, no había puerta para separsr el dormitorio de la entrada por lo que en cuanto pasaba alguien por el pasillo u otro perro lógicamente lo oían rápido y ladraban. Es una mejora no costosa y muy útil para todos. Por lo demás genial

Nice friendly and willing staff but lacking in guidance and experience. It's understandable that they were understaffing to cut costs in corona virus times, but breakfast service was chaotic and slow. Maintenance were asked 3 times to fix the fridge. Swimming pool was not cleaned and rubbish not collected.
Despite this, it's a lovely cosy hotel with pretty gardens and conveniently located if you have a car.
