Basic hotel not too far from city center.

Basic hotel not too far from city center. A little noisy as it is right next to the highway but it is clean, has friendly staff, free parking and bites to eat if needed. Shower, air conditioning, small tv, no refrigerator in room. Decent WiFi connection. For the price, I would consider staying here again.

Location a bit of a problem

We chose the hotel to be near the airport for an early flight. It was a good plan except that for the two days prior to our departure we needed to go back and forth to the downtown area. Many taxis did not know the hotel existed and two of them got lost bringing us back or picking us up. This involved additional costs and having to argue with them not to pay. It didn't help that the hotel had changed its name and wasn't well marked on GPSs.

Nice hotel and nice staff

A sincere welcome upon arrival. Really nice receptionist. Explained how to quickly get to a nearby shopping and provided map as well. Room and bathroom really clean. Free coffee, tea, milk or hot chocolate available at reception 24h. Continental breakfast only at reception area but tasty, specially the pastries. Overall a good night sleep.

The room smelt like smoke all day and night, there were marks on the walls and the toilets were not clean.
The shower head was loose and kept pointing to the room, so was impossible to have a decent shower.
On a positive note, coffee was free and the breakfast was decent.

For an airport \"crash pad\" it's fantastic

When you book a cheap, small 2-star within minutes of the airport, you don't expect much, but the Sidorme is exceptionally clean, modern, and supremely comfortable, with warm, friendly staff and everything you need to get a good night's sleep. They don't have a restaurant, but will make you a pizza or sandwich from behind the front desk, and they aren't bad at all. Best of all? Super clean room and four minutes from the airport.

Great Modern Hotel with Positive Staff!

By far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi is readily available, and breakfast had a lot of variety. I would have liked to stay longer.

The initial drive to the place was ok. It's in an industrial area and is very noisy.
The room was clean.
There could have been a blanket and extra pillows in the room.
The staff at the reception is nice and friendly. If I had the choice I would not stay here again

Great price, Great service, Very good choice.

Great deal on a good hotel with great service. Coffee free all day long. Not too far from metro to downtown Valencia. And FREE parking, there is NO parking Valencia only very expensive parking that will cost about 24 Euros for 24 hours. Area is safe, but is office and light industrial, so not much around.

Unfortunately, the hotel address did not show up on our Sat Nav and it took hours to find as every local person asked told us a different way! Staff were helpful and kind, hotel basic but adequate for a short stay over. Provided everything you would expect for a low budget hotel. Only advice full address needs to be amended to allow guests to find it! Thanks

Great Value Hotel

Hotel Sidorme boasts a multilingual and very helpful staff, free parking, clean facilities, and free high-quality coffees, teas, cappuccino, and hot chocolate drinks. Although the bed was slightly less than comfortable and the water temperature in the shower was irregular, the facilities were exactly what we needed for our stay in Valencia. The hotel is conveniently located near VLC airport, as well as Herron City for many great dining and entertainment experiences, although I recommend having a car for this hotel - it is too far to walk to anything, and public transport is lacking in this area.

This is a great hotel for a one night stop in Valencia if you have a car. An amazing rate, combined with free parking and Internet, made it perfect for a budget traveler. It is a newer building. It is clean and comfortable. There is coffee in the lobby. The location is not good for seeing the sights. You will need transportation into the city.

It was a good option for us. Very good located, very close to Burriana Street (lost of good restaurants there), excellent breakfast included in the rate. Just a little problem that the wireless signal reached just until the door of our room. However everything was really good with this hotel.

Tough to find but not a bad budget hotel

Positives... 5 minutes to airport, free wifi worked very well, friendly staff, air conditioning in room, free parking, generally well presented modern looking hotel Negatives... bed was rock hard, towels were very small, breakfast was minimal and not re-stocked often enough, hotel was very hard to find initially. DO NOT use the hotel post code to try and find it, instead look for signs to Parc Emprasarrial (industrial park). Once there you will more than likely be able to see the sign on top of the hotel, if not there is also a Carrefour supermarket on the park where you could possibly get directions. Overall good value, but 4 nights on those beds were not pleasant.

I've stopped in a great many budget hotels but can say this is one of the better ones. Clean, modern and excellent value. Very helpful staff, free coffee! good service and within easy reach of the airport. Great value at 22 gbp per night, definitely recommended.

NEAR VALENCIA AIRPORT - CONVENIENT

We stayed here as we stayed at a Sidorme in Granada and liked the hotel. We stayed at this location as we were flying out of Valencia the next morning, so it was convenient to the airport for us. It was not easy to locate on the Tom Tom (GPS), due to the Industrial area it was located in. We arrived quite late that night. Hotel reception guy wasn't that friendly, probably cause he was the night shift, he was also cleaning the coffee machine. The room was clean as was the Sidorme we stayed in, in Granada. We definitely found that the bathroom was smelly, this was not nice, so we kept the bathroom door closed. It was like a sewer smell or something. Also, the bathroom had been modernised, but for some reason the tap was old and rusty. Not sure why they changed everything and not the taps or shower curtain. We decided not to have their breakfast in the morning as we would get something in the airport. It was a great price and clean, the downside was the smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.

Cool and Modern, but very Disappointed

This hotel is located in the middle of n where. The nearest restaurant and metro stop is ten minutes walk. Which is bad if you didnt have to jump over a traffic guard rail to a busy, semi-dangerous roundabout without any sidewalks.

It's kind of close to the airport but not by metro; you have to get an expensive taxi.

My shower was broken and the 24 hour free coffee was not free 24 hours.

The look of the hotel was impressive. I really like the modern design of the hotel room. The free wifi was nice. The room and bed was very comfortable.

If you are traveling by car and want to be a short drive to valencia's airport - then this is a nice, cheap hotel. If you want to see the city and don't have a car - spend the extra euros for a hotel closer to town or closer to a metro stop. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Es un hotel muy basico, pero con todo lo imprescindible. Las habitaciones son amplias, y esta todo muy limpio. Tiene algun pequeno inconveniente, como el acceso, que es algo enrevesado, o que el espacio para la ropa no es muy grande, o que en el bano no hay demasiada intimidad, pero son cosas para nosotros perfectamente asumibles, que quedan compensadas con el precio. Repetiriamos sin duda.

Soy cliente habitual del hotel. Mi última estancia contratamos una habitación doble con cama de matrimonio y cuando llegamos nos encontramos además una cama supletoria que no habíamos pedido. Esto hacia que no se pudiera usar el armario y la ventana. Reclamamos en recepción y antes de comprobar nada, nos dice la recepcionista que es lo que habíamos contratado que fue nuestro el error. Aprovecho para comentar que el desayuno es muy deficiente y cada vez que voy empeora un poco.

Hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Les + : l'accueil très aimable et agréable, la taille de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux, le café et le thé à volonté dans le hall 24h/24, la propreté, la bonne insonorisation et l'aspect général de l'hôtel et des chambres.
Les - : Le quartier sans aucune âme (on est dans une zone mi-industrielle, mi-bureaux) et le parking gratuit au nombre de places insuffisant en cas d'affluence (mais on peut se garer en amont de l'hôtel près de l'hôtel 5* voisin du Sidorme, sans difficulté et sans insécurité malgré le quartier désert).

Hemos reservado una habitacion para dos dias,y no habia manera de dormir por las noches ni por las mañanas.la primera noche nos acostamos a las 3 de la mañana,porque el vecino de enfrente eran gente muy fiestera y tenian musica muy alta y pegaban cada chillido que daba gusto dormir con una niña pequeña.y por la mañana,igual...a las 8 de la mañana otra vez lo mismo. No se,que condiciones tendra el hotel sobre estas cosas,pero me fui de ahi insatisfecha por la calidad y comodidad.
