Would not stay here again. No free parking available outside as advertised so forced to pay for covered underground (small spaces, dark and dirty). The reception area smells bad and noises from Irish bar downstairs disturbed our sleep. The breakfast is not offered in the same location so rain or shine you must walk to breakfast location. Overall poor stay and poor value for money.

Room it’s nothing that I was expecting and what’s presented on the pictures it’s not mentioned about enormous stairs living it’s at one floor and bedroom to another floor , sheets been terrible with other people hair left on, kitchen not equipped fully staff tried unsuccessfully to give us a kettle for making coffee dishes are old and not very clean, bed it’s coming out from the closet and feet was broken, floor was flooded before probably and was filled with bumps, in bathroom they put hand wash instead of shower gel and no shampoo which it’s normal to have it in any hotel room, cover from the sofa was unwashed as it was having smell of cigarettes we found a bin bag in the bathroom full of cigarettes and garbage so staff was not clean proper before us we refuse the room as the staff didn’t help us with anything but the management didn’t bother to help us with another room and not even next day when apparently other rooms supposed to be available by their saying at the ground floor it’s a bar and all night people drink and make lots of noise and you cannot rest yourself by 2-3 a clock at night but the most important it’s that management didn’t do anything to help us and to make our stay comfortable and night staff it’s completely unprepared for the job I would never stay again there, answer from management was to pay us money back which it’s unfair because to get room somewhere else last minute it’s expensive but it will be profitable for them AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU CAN.

Highly recommend this fantastic value for money!

I was starting to feel that there were no honest descriptions of holiday accommodations on these hotel apps anymore but thankfully WellApartments not only lived up to their description but thoroughly surpassed it with flying colours. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation. If only there were more like this wonderful place!

Very spacious and easy parking. It was nice to be a little far from the center city since it was a very quiet neighborhood. There was free parking at the property so if you have a car, I think this is the perfect place to stay in when visiting Valencia

It would be nice to have parking for the hotel. The restaurants downstairs monopolized all parking. I had to park my rental in a roundabout on the grass. An ATM on the premises would have been nice and a coffee maker or instant coffee with cream and sugar packets would have been great. It was clean, comfortable, and great parking. We were able to drive to surrounding areas without the hassle of dealing with a paid parking structure. There was a grocery store next door and the little cooking area in the room was perfect for breakfast. Really helpful check in staff and the washer/dryer option in the basement was very good.

Paid more for the Duplex apartments.. but only given studio apartments.Apartments quiet reception quiet but not overly friendly staff . If they had given us correct rooms and friendly staff would have had better overall impression.Supermarket nearby walking distance. One studio had balcony one didn't.

The hotel was very clean and modern, the room was extremely spacious. I have two small criticisms, the wifi was really bad especially for a business hotel and the beds were not very comfortable. But it was extremely good value and pleasant surprise for the cost. It is also dog friendly which is why I chose it, my dog is bigger than the 10kg maximum advertised and they had no problem with him staying as long as we promised he was well behaved.

Great place to stay outside Valencia.

Very good value for money. Well equipped room with hob, fridge, sink etc. Minimum pots and pans but others available from reception. Quiet, modern, clean , balcony for evening meals but no views of Valencia or the surrounding area. In summary a business base not a holiday base but we will go back the next time we are on business in Valencia.

Quite nice, not convenient using public transport

I have stayed in Aparthotels in Brussels and, more recently, Dresden. The last one had several features which I assumed would also be at the one near Valencia. Sadly, this was not the case. The double bed (which was comfortable) was of the fold up behind closed doors type, and therefore the doors prevented me from having a bedside light to read in bed, or a proper bedside table. The kitchen had no coffee maker or kettle, and I had to ask for a pan in which to boil water. I had (fortunately) taken my own coffee filter and papers. The crockery and cutlery had not been properly washed, so I had to do that; there was no kitchen sink plug; and no tea towel. The sliding doors on to the balcony, which was lovely, had been damaged and I had to report that. The bathroom was beautiful but the shower head did not stay in the same position during showering, which meant that the clean towels were soaked.
The location was not really very convenient for me as I was using public transport. Although the bus service was good, and cheap (1,50€ to the centre of Valencia) there was only one bus per hour, and the last one back to the hotel from the city leaves at 20.40, arriving at about 21.10, so a proper evening out in the city is out of the question.
Having said all that, the staff were really lovely and very helpful.

apartment or hotel??

Perhaps our understanding of an apartment hotel, based on experiences in several other countries, does not match that of Spain. it wasn't really equipped for an extended stay but was functional once we had adjusted expectations. 3 of us but 2 plates, cups etc. Surprised that we expected more cutlery and crockery. Only two pans. no kitchen towels, wash cloths not replaced. Only 2 chairs around dining table and deck table. Cutlery was not clean on arrival and one( of the 2) cups was cracked and chipped. No coffee maker or kettle which seems pretty standard these days, even in the cheapest hotels.
Very noisy and very very very noisy when weekend music on in the pub underneath the building. Of course, we had a small child so perhaps this is not a problem if you can participate!!
For a couple of days it would have been fine( but then you may as well stay in a proper hotel)
So disappointing but functional

This was a great stopover hotel. It wasn't close to any sightseeing, but that's not what we needed. The studio with small kitchen was perfect and it was close to a grocery and some restaurants. It was one of the best deals yet.

GREAT PLACE

These apartments are apart from the hotel so I didn't go to the hotel and did not have breakfast (included) as I left early in the morning.
I booked this place only because it is close to the airport and I had an early morning flight but it turned out I liked very much.
My room was huge and with a kitchen. The place is brandnew and as clean as a Swiss clinic. The lobby is ok but the apartments are well designed, minimalistic with wood floor except the bathroom which is all white. Nice shower.
The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful.
There is a club with tennis courts and a garden with a small lake just in front and also a stable with horses. The surrounding is warehouses and olives trees. There is an Argentinian restaurant nearby, in front of the hotel entrance.
Room service is available. The airport is 10 minutes away by taxi.
Valencia center is 20 minutes away. As there are many nice hotel in Valencia this is not the ideal place to stay if you want to be in the center or at the beach but if you want a place closer to the airport or if your business is nearby I definately recommend this place because is also very quiet and clean.

Grosse Zimmer, mit kleine Kűche. Leider Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Nachbar hat während des Frűhstűck seine Hunde alein ins Zimmer bellen lassen und unsere Katze hat dadurch angst gehabt. Dumme Leute gibts....Hotel ist fűr dieses nicht schuldig. Preis/Leistung stimmt und werden wie wieder hier Ůbernächten.

Une bonne adresse!, c'est la 2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, l'accueil est agréable surtout par la dame qui parle Français, elle est adorable et toujours souriante, que je remercie infiniment.
Il y a le nécessaire dans la petite kitchenette, la chambre est propre mais la literie est inconfortable, très mauvaise :(
L'hôtel est loin du centre ville de Valence, une voiture est indispensable pour tous les déplacements.

Del alojamiento está en una zona muy buena. Tiene cerca supermercados 🏬y gasolineras ⛽️ . Tiene un paseo con palmeras🌴 muy bonito, y en el mismo apartamento tiene un bar que está genial para tomar una copa 🍸con los tuyos y además hay un restaurante al lado Lucas que se come de lujo👌
Las instalaciones son muy amplias, y está todo súper limpio ✨.

It was an OK stay, the room is very spacious, though has an old setting but we just slept there so it didn't really matter. We asked for a cleaning and put the request using the note on the door handle however there was no cleaning done. If you are a family I think it provides all the basic needs you will have at a good price.

The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient.

Très bon accueil de la personne qui parle francais,
Dans l’ensemble hôtel correct mais accessible uniquement en voiture, très mal desservi, A éviter si non véhiculé.
Duplex spacieux, sauf que nous étions obligé de mettre le matelas à même le sol car les pieds du lit étaient tordus, le lit bouge dans tous les sens.
Présence d'un resto en bas de l'hotel, du coup énormément de bruit jusqu'à 2 voir 3h du matin ( impossible de dormir avant)

El alojamiento tiene deficit de mantenimiento. Se notan que esta muy usado. Debajo tiene una cerveceria bastante buena y concurrida de noche, pero cuando a la una de la madrugada cierran y la limpian el ruido de movimiento de las mesas y de lis barriles es ensordecedor, al menos en la habitacion del primer piso wue estábamos.

La experiencia en general muy bien, trato muy bien.Las habitaciones son super grandes y muy cómodas.las única pega en las habitaciones es el baño.El suelo es muy resbaladizo. Te caes muy facilmente.Mi hijo de 4 años se cayó y se hizo daño en los dientes.

Está ubicado en muy buen sitio, pero desde mi humilde opinión necesita una reforma, ya que está algo descuidado, por otro lado si os toca habitación en la párate de la entrada el ruido de la gente que está de fiesta en la cervecería anexa al hotel es importante. Si mejora en estos aspectos seria excelente.

No está mal, pero bien tampoco

Habitaciones... enormes, pero sin mucho sentido.
En mi caso, he viajado sin acompañantes, pero las sillas de la mesa que sirve para las comidas eran de diferentes tipos (alguna de sala de reunión otra de la propia mesa).
A nivel de limpieza es mejorable, pero lo peor son los colchones, porque de las 3 opciones que tenía, no había ninguno en buen estado.
Seguramente repitiría, pero son detalles que deberían mejorar.

Olimme ohikulkumatkalla, joten pysähdyimme vain yhdeksi yöksi, mutta huoneistossa olisi hyvin voinut olla pitempäänkin. Lähistöltä pääsee bussilla Valenciaan. Ruokakauppa löytyy tien toiselta puolelta, aamiaiset sai tehtyä omassa keittiössä.

Esta en una zona tranquila, pero hay paso de vehiculos y se les oye, pero si estas agotado pasa desapercibido el ruido de los vehiculos.
Centro comercial y supers cerca pero se necesita coche estan a unos 8 minutos, al lado tiene un burguer king andando 2'. Tiene ascensor, utensilios muy escaso, falta algun que otro mueble como para dejar bolso, o mochila, pues el armario no tiene baldas, pero te apañas.

Esperienza molto positiva, abbiamo pagato poco, l appartamento è grande, accogliente, pulizia impeccabile, ed il tutto a 10 minuti in scooter dall aeroporto e 15 da valencia. Molto comodo il pub sotto l hotel e l'heron city a cinqur minuti. Lo rifarei

Estancia correcta.

La habitación muy correcta. La bañera un poco peligrosa, es muy alta. Pocas posibilidades, en los alrrededores para comer o cenar. Solo pasamos una noche, quizas con más día podríamos opinar más.

Apartamento como en las fotos, calidad precio muy bien, 15 minutos en coche a la playa más cercana, centro comercial a 5 minutos en coche. Recomendado.

Hemos estado 3 noches mi marido y yo y he de decir que nuestra estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. La habitación muy amplia, la cama bastante cómoda y el aire acondicionado va de miedo , enseguida se refresca todo. La cocina bien en general, un poco escasa en menaje y la nevera enfría bien. Por el módico precio de 5 euros/noche, nuestro coche durmió en el parking inferior del hotel, ahora en julio cuesta más encontrar para aparcar cerca del hotel. En apenas 20 min. en coche estas en el centro de Valencia y de la playa. El personal de recepción y del hotel son bastante amables y resolutivas.
Sin duda volveremos en breve pues la calidad/ precio , y tranquilidad del entorno nos da razones suficientes para no pensarnoslo dos veces. Hasta pronto.

Établissement spacieux mais très excentré.

Bel établissement mais trop loin de Valence. Nous n'avions pas de voiture alors obligé de prendre le bus, qui passait toutes les heures environ mais pas possible de rester le soir à Valence car le dernier bus passé à 20h45. Le métro est à 4km à pied de l'hôtel, trop loin également. Le mieux est de louer une voiture la bas. Nous avons pu nous rendre à la plage en prenant le bus et 2 lignes de métro ( 5 et 8 ) et la ligne de bus 131. Sinon calme, spacieux, assez propre dans l'ensemble, climatisation qui est essentielle la bas ( studio familial avec une kitchenette, salle de bain, coin TV, 1 lits double et 2 lits 1 place ). Personnel accueillant et agréable. Bar en dessous de l'hôtel, très sympa et nous ne l'entendons pas dans les chambres.
Bien dans l'ensemble mis à part le lieu de l'hôtel.
