The hotel was a great surprise for us.
We decided to stay in the hotel for the last night in this hotel as it is very close to the airport but we were surprised with its convenient location. Plenty of available free parking slots (so we didn’t have to pay for parking like what we paid for other more popular hotels.
We stayed in 4 twin bed room which was huge (never seen this size in any other hotel), this was like a suite or studio. The bathroom was also spacious. Everything was neat and clean. Receptionists were very pleasant. Very affordable (much cheaper yet higher quality than more popular hotels).

We arrived earlier for our check in, staff was very friendly and tried to take us, but the room was not ready, they had a luggage storage, which was very convenient.
The area seems safe, room was large, matressess were confortable, towels clean.
Good wifi, light room, safe in closet and mini bar.
Public bus runs up to midnight, stops right across from entrance of hotel, and it goes into downtown, making it easy to commute to the

The location is pretty far from the city center but only about a 3 minute walk away from the metro which will take you right to the center. The room we stayed in was nice, it had a mini fridge and a television that was a good size. We had problems with the facilities though. The water was out of service twice during our week long stay. One from 11am-5pm and another day from 9am-5pm. No toilet usage, no shower, no sink. That was very inconvenient and they were not sorry at all. When we went to ask what was happening the first time, the front desk agent simply pointed to a sign on the desk saying the water would not be in service until after 5pm. After the first water outage, our sink water smelled like sewer and the cold water was not working. When we told the front desk agent, he said there was not much he could do until Monday (it was Saturday) and we were leaving Monday. He said he could have our rooms switched and proceeded to do nothing about it. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff was very friendly.

A bit dissapointing

The staff honestly were very friendly however they informed me on the day I was checking out that there would be no water from 11-17.00 and this was at 10.30am on the day😂 I honestly think it’s a bit ridiculous the fact I paid for a hotel and then had water restrictions in Spain, with it being 32 degrees… Actual hotel is okay, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bath sink unblocked.

Great spacious room with 4 beds for the family.. Extremely clean room with great facilities / in room equipment. Quiet location which is about 15 mins drive out of the centre / historical district of València, which wasn't an issue for us as we had a hire car for our trip.
Would recommend the hotel.

Location is a bit far from center of town but has an easy access to subway with 35 to 50 min to town depending on subway schedule

There is restaurant in the opposite street which is a convenience but also gets noise at night somedays

Friendly and helpful staff. Two lifts. Clean all over..Large bedroom with private bathroom and tv. Less than ten minutes walk to a metro station; overall journey from VLC airport was about 50 minutes via two metro lines. Nearby cafes and bars. Very close to Valencia exhibition centre, if you are interested in the events there.

The hotel facilities are poor, the rooms are kind of empty, lack decorations and bathroom smells of mold. The reception staff is friendly and the cleaning stuff do their job.
Just outside the hotel is a bus station and also a bar that serves good food, but gets noisy at evening! Good location overall!

The young lady who checked us in when we arrive was very helpful. The man on the reception on the night of 23rd Sept was quite rude, no willingness to help us. The breakfast was okay, but what put us off when we finished our foods we took one banana and one apple to our surprised he told us off, we are not allowed to take any fruits. The room is okay but at night it’s noisy outside and you can hear other room chatting, moving cheers, banging door and found it so difficult to sleep😢. No kettle or coffee or tea inside the room. Also very limited soap.

The room was big and clean, the room service was also good. But it was all very basic, so bring your own shampoo and soap.
The area also is very quiet so to see Valencia you must hire a car or take transport every day.

The place is clean but the the room was falling apart. The window sill had worn past the trim and down to the particle board and the carpet had cigarette burns.
They put us on the same floor as a group of Italian teenagers who were playing soccer in the hallway at midnight. The telephone was not working for us to call down to the desk.

We had our flight cancelled at 2300hrs and needed somewhere to stay. Found this at a very reasonable price with 4 beds in one room . As we had to be up at6am to get our new flight back to the Uk suited our needs. Must say the bedroom was spotless and beds comfortable.

The place is outdated and old. There is a bar across the road that you can hear really late at night and other guests in the hallways. The beds were not comfortable. I wouldn’t go back. Staff at front desk are very nice.

The cost of the night is good. There is one good restaurant/bar named Las Palmeras is very nice. We had breakfast and dinner there, it was amazing food for value money.
The hotel is not bad, it was not in good condition, but it had good heating system, the shower and beds are good as well.

We were very pleasantly surprised as we had gotten our room at a good price. The lobby and bedrooms very lovely, large and airy. If I could ask for something more, it would be extra pillows and a bigger TV... Not that we watched it much.
Fantastic location for getting to football stadium, city centre and beach. Used the metro, which cost very little when we bought a ten trip ticket for €8.60 and visited everything we wanted to see.
The BIOPARK is an absolute must and only a short metro ride from the hotel, as are the silk museum, huge indoor market and beautiful churches!

The largely residential area around the hotel was a bit odd with dilapidated buildings in some areas. It is some distance away from the beach and the old part of the city (1/2 hour). Yet the hotel was very charming. The service was excellent. The food at the restaurant was very reasonable and good. I would stay there again.

was a one night stay as we had to catch a 5am flight from Valencia.
Réception very friendly and extremely helpful with ordering taxi's for the early morning drive to airport. Rooms very spaceous for 4 persons with airco and large bathroom. Easy and fast connection to city center with metro hardly 100m away fm hotel entrance.

NO parking, excessive charge for pets.

Great location, with easy access both into and out of the city. However, two things made our stay less enjoyable.
Firstly, we booked this hotel due to the free parking. When we arrived, we were told that there is NO parking, and that we had to park on the street nearby.
Secondly, we booked due to the hotel being pet friendly. When we arrived, they relocated us to a room that had no covers for the bedding, and the bathroom was not cleaned. There were also some structural 'repairs' made from toilet paper in the walls, and it was clear that this part of the hotel was cleaned less often.
We gladly pay extra for having a dog with us, if this is reflected in extra effort on the part of the hotel to accommodate us - it is hard to justify a daily charge, if there is less effort made to provide a clean comfortable room.

My visit was for a conference. The hotel was so far from the city. The bathroom was in bad shape and the beds were not comfortable at all. Bad breakfast for the price and very noisy neighborhood. It was cheap though and close to bus and subway stations.

Great base to start off from

4 days in Valencia for the MotoGP. Great base to start off from. Metro station is about 300metres from the front door. Go out the front door, turn right, keep walking for about 200 metres and you will see the metro just on around the corner. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room serviced everyday. Very comfortable room, clean and tidy throughout.

I would never choose to stay there

The beds were single beds. That is not what I booked. My husband and I had to push two beds together to be able to sleep next to each other. The staff was flat out rude. The showers were not very clean. It was not an enjoyable stay.

Overall this way a very good hotel. the only knock that I have is that my location was a bit far from the main plaza in which I had wanted to stay but that´s more my fault than theirs obviously. they had very friendly staff and I would stay there again. Travelling from the hotel is easy as the city bus has a stop right outside of the doors. The room was very clean with sufficient toilettries. As i said, this was not a bad stay at all.

The hotel's front office staff were friendly and helpful. This is the only saving grace for this hotel otherwise stay far away from here. Although, the toilet had a sanitized sign, it was actually filthy dirty. The bowl was unscrubbed and hair in it, too! Luckily, I had brought some Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned it myself. Yuck! Can't trust the housekeeping to do it. The bedsheets had holes in them, as well. Pretty low budget place. Not worth the $ we paid for our single night stay. It definitely is NOT a 3 star hotel. I'd give it 1/2 star.
