Everything about the service was very good. Staff were fantastic.
The room had some small flaws; bedroom door scrapped across the floor and the door frame mounding was falling off and shower stall leaked over the bathroom floor.
Location was far from the center of town, but with a car rental, this was a GREAT location. We had easy access to main roads. Metro station was near by.
We felt like we had a local experience in this neighborhood and liked it a lot.

Great staffing of hotel. Very friendly and helpful. But I feel a 4 stars rating is overrated. Great showering system. But shower curtain is very flimsy and short so the entire bathroom floor is inundated after every shower. The flushing mechanism of the toilet takes the biscuit. It’s weak and nonsubstantial. Maybe in just our room? Rm134. There are ample parking spaces around the hotel. So guests could save 10euros each day. Breakfast was substantial so this is great. There is no port or watery features around. So don’t be misled by its name.

Nice basic hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. However the level of noise from outside was quite bad. Even with the wooden shutters drawn. There was a bit of a draught from the window. Decent double glazing may help. The restaurant food was average and it was difficult to get the attention of waiting staff at times. Opening time was 20.30 but there were people sat at tables much earlier than that hogging the best tables. So bring ear plugs and get into the restaurant early would be my advice

Check in was excellent, check out not.
Upon check in I was requested my credit card in case of any extras. When checking out the lady ask again my credit card, I told her to use the one in the system, she said it too late not, she will need a card again. I was very surprised, I have to pay with cash for the minibar.

The room was a good standard with a fab shower and comfortable bed, although 2 singles create the double. The hotel was clean, however there was someone smoking in their room illegally and after mentioning this to reception nothing seemed to have been done about it. The smell started just in the corridor but started to impeach into our room.

Budget, dated, depressing but clean

Not in the best area of Valencia - found the hotel very tired. Staff seemed friendly, however upon going to the room, we decided to leave after an hour and move to another hotel as the room was incredibly depressing and cramped. The reviews and photos enticed us to the hotel but it really felt like student accommodation. The room smelt of drains and weed and had a strange layout. Was clean though and basic, however not of 4 star standard. I would say it was like a Travelodge or Ibis budget. Notified the hotel and they refused to refund me for the unused nights which was disappointing. For the same money, we booked a fantastic apartment in the centre of Valencia which I couldn't fault.

Very friendly staff, the location is not great if u plan to visit the city very often, dinner options are very limited, but the food in the hotel is not bad. There is not carpet in the hallways which makes the rooms a little noisy, I would say is not a bad relationships price vs quality, but I guess it wasn’t ideal for the type of vacation that I was looking at.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. When one of our party asked for a poached egg at breakfast, he was presented with two soft boiled eggs, which were fine, and, we assumed, were due to our poor Spanish. We did ask at Reception what would have been the correct word and left it at that. However, the following morning he was presented with two perfectly poached eggs a few minutes after entering the dining room! Excellent service all round.

Close to airport a bit old but okay hard to take bags from lobby to elevator and then s the floor more stairs to take up 6 more steps hard on us old folks parking in street was not to bad to find Good value but need some Reno’s shower temp to high burned my wife as the shower hose moved by pressure very dengerous for young ones

Close to Exhibition Centre

The hotel was fine for our purpose - one-night stay en-route to another location. It's quite a distance from the centre of Valencia in a housing/apartment area, but close to the exhibition centre (Feria). The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical for Spain - quite a cold meats and cheeses, plus some \"warm\" bacon and local sausages. The bar is off the lobby and is ok, but not cosy. The parking garage beneath the hotel is a bonus, as it's difficult to find an on-street parking place, but is chargeable for hotel visitors and guests.

There didn't seem to be too many alternative restaurants in the area, but a 10 minute walk, or a taxi into the city will find more opportunities.

A great place to stay

The hotel was clean and tidy, not quite the area we thought it would be but we found a great restaurant, so great, we went two evenings running. The restaurant was only 10 minutes walk away and called Casa Quitin. The hotel had everything we needed, in fact, we could have done with some extra days there.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a great supermarket just down the street. The only real improvement I can suggest is a more comfortable chair for the desk. I needed to work a bit in the evenings, and the chair is neither a comfortable lounging chair nor a good desk chair. This is not a significant point, and would stay again without question. I was there for 8 nights while attending a conference at the university nearby.

We visited in August and came to hotel around 5pm on Thursday and was starving wanted to get a bite to eat we couldn't find anything open, had to drive about 14 minutes to the center of Valencia to eat. Was kind of disappointed but other than that the hotel is very nice and clean.

All the employees very attentive and ready to pleased you. If you need something just ask and they will find the way to give you what you are searching for. Night or day time they are there for the guest. I am very happy with this hotel choice. Was there for two weeks and it was great. They are also pet friendly and that, for some of us, is very important.

Area looked a little run down when we arrived but it was perfectly safe. Took taxis everywhere which were great value. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff had made a little elephant out of towels for the children and left a small bag of sweets for them. Excellent value for money. Would have benefitted from tea making facilities in the room.

Very close to a supermarket and some bars.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and always greeted you and took the time to talk to you, even when they were in the middle of the job. The hotel staff were also very good with children and organised a water balloon fight by the pool - many adults joined in! The restaurant food was very tasty and reasonably priced and the hotel staff were helpful in organising taxis to the city centre, the beach and the airport.

Bad start but good stay

We had a good stay. With one important exception: we were allowed in our room only 4 hours after arriving! We had to spend 4 hours in town just wandering on a Sunday, just to go back and... get the same answer that our room is not available. And 10 seconds later it became available all of a sudden - that is just unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Other people were allowed to check-in before us (and even after us) - so definitely not a room issue!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay (my sister and myself) - staff very helpful and spoke good English. Metro quite a walk and not sure about returning after dark - we took a taxi which cost us 17 euros. Also no free parking, it cost us a further 13 euros. Had we not intended to visit Ikea on the way home it would have been much better to take the train from Xeraco (safe parking there) and book a city centre hotel.

Friendly staff but-- don't let the bed bugs bite

I was pleasantly pleased that I was able to check in at noon instead of the listed time of 4 PM and the majority of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. HOWEVER it MUST be noted that at the end of my two night stay I was greeted with the sight of a live earwig among my sheets. I was horrified to think that it might have been there the entire time despite having my room \"cleaned\" the day before. Needless to say, I was glad my stay was only two nights.

Nice hotel -- dead neighborhood

We stayed here in a pinch, needing a night's rest on our way back to Barcelona in the car. Hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast buffet was great. The \"family room\" was a bit cramped, however, and with our party of 5 we were stuffed in there pretty tight with minimal room for bags. Also, while the hotel itself is nice, there is literally nothing close by. It's all residential. Expect to take the train or a taxi to see the sights. FYI.

Okay for a short stay.

We picked this hotel as it was very reasonable and thought that it was very close to the airport.
The rooms were quite basic but clean within walking distance to the metro station. Overall an okay hotel for a very reasonable rate. The area of the hotel is not very good and the drive to the airport is more like 20 minutes with some confusing highway maneuvering.
It was an okay choice for an overnight stay. Next time I would pick a better location unless you need to visit the fair grounds which are within walking distance.

Absolutely lovely hotel ,Was OK to find very clean and very friendly, Dinner was not good but breakfast was OK and worth 8e each and kids 1/2 price,The Hotel was a 4* but for the area witch was the Bronx of Valencia and bit of a druggies place in the town.I would use the hotel again as we was only interested in using it as we was going to the oceanographic place that was advertised as 5 minutes away but is actually 15minutes away overall I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Best suited to couples, but anyone could stay!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the hotel, especially as I managed to book it at such a low price. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to help where possible. One staff member (whom I can't remember the name of, unfortunately) was very fluent in English, which helped us a lot!

I would definitely stay again as it was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and pleasant.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Breakfast is not included and expensive, although a good breakfast (though eggs often had too much salt). Dinners are also somewhat expensive. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. And there is a supermarket just around the corner for budget travellers.

Personeel met name Noelia en Erika zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Restaurant is ok en ook het ontbijt is goed met voldoende variatie. Het enige minpunt is dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn en de lift ook.

Faltal, encima de engañarme con la habitacion, reserve la XL que tiene dos estancias y me dan una L con cama supletoria, al llegar no dicen ni pio, tube que bajar al verla y me dicen que ha habido un problema y me han tenido que dar eso, no me dan mas explicación. Les digo que me devuelvan el dinero de la diferencia, no pueden x que lo he cogido x Hoteles.com y me dan el correo de la encargada para que les pida un descuento cuando vuelva. Y que me dejan el parking gratis por la molestia.
Vamos una vergüenza de hotel, no me ha gustado nado el trato y de 4 estrellas nada, los colchones super duros y las almohadas muy bajas...vamos que no voy a volver mas.
A si que si vais, cuidadito que nos engañen con las habitaciónes.
