****This hotel DOES NOT offer a shuttle van to and from the airport as advertised on the Orbitz website which is one main reason I chose it. However it is easy to take a taxi, around €9-10.

The first room offered was leaking water. We changed rooms and the air conditioner did not work. The elevators were dirty and sketchy. The breakfast area was understaffed and the coffee machines did not work properly most of the time in both days. It is unfortunate, because it is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential but it is not being maintained properly.

The aptly named AZZ valencia is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Spain and on Expedia. Room condition horrible, staff obnoxious (especially the imbecilic dining manager on duty Saturday night who refused me a table (nobody was there) because he had “too many reservations”. Everything in my room from toilet to door to furniture horribly work. Expedia do NOT let the mgmt make some stupid platitude “we are sorry your stay was not to your liking”. KICK THIS HOTEL OFF YOUR PLATFORM. It’s not an 8.4 rating by ANY standard. It’s a repositioned office building with cheap tatty furniture bad location and bad staff.

We stayed at the AZZ Valencia Congress Hotel & Spa while visiting for the Hyrox event, and sadly our experience was very disappointing. There was no tea or coffee station in the room, meaning we had to go all the way down to the lobby just to buy drinks. They weren’t complimentary either — £2.50 for a tiny paper cup of coffee to then carry back to the room. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room never felt cool or comfortable. The bathroom toiletries (hand wash, shower gel, conditioner) were almost empty when we arrived and were never replenished during our stay.

After the event, we came back hoping to have a celebratory drink, but were left waiting at the bar for about 10 minutes with no service. The reception staff saw us but didn’t offer any help, and when we asked, we were told the bar doesn’t open until 7 PM. Throughout our stay, the reception team weren’t particularly friendly, which made the experience even less enjoyable.

On Saturday night, there was a birthday party with a DJ outside, and the music was so loud it echoed through the building, making it impossible to relax or even hear the TV. Then early Monday morning, we were woken up by cleaners slamming doors, dragging furniture, and talking loudly in the corridor.

Overall, poor service, lack of comfort, and no attention to detail. Definitely not what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Would not stay again or recommend.

La habitación está bien y el personal es agradable.

A pesar de que haya spa en el hotel, no está incluido y se paga aparte. La zona no tiene nada alrededor, el metro está bastante lejos y los horarios del transporte público son poco frecuentes.

Ideal si tienes eventos en la feria y te mueves en taxi. El gimnasio tiene lo básico y está abierto 24h. Otra cosa positiva es el lobby, que tiene un espacio agradable si necesitas trabajar unas horas.

The rooms were lovely and again very spacious.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and the main reason we booked there was because it said it was a 2 minutes drive to the Fira when it fact it was more like 8 so was a solid 40 minutes walk.

Nevertheless though it was a great weekend in a lovely hotel

The hotel was severely understaffed. On the first night, I had to go down to the front desk two times just to get a towel. The next day, after housekeeping cleaned our room, they forgot to replace the towels entirely. When I called to ask for some, they told me I’d have to come to the lobby to get them myself! Absolutely the worst room service experience I’ve ever had.

Says there is a bar and restaurant. However bar is only open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm and restaurant is only open from 8:00 am to 10 am for breakfast and 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner. As there are no places near by to eat this is very inconvenient the same with the spa and pool features. Can only be accessed after 5:00 pm. The hotel itself is quite nice but lacks in the overall on what was expected

The breakfast is very repetitive and could do with some variety. There is NO ENGLISH TEA, I repeat, NO ENGLISH TEA… this is not a drill. I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t serve standard tea. Also, there is no complimentary drinks in the room AT ALL! This is unheard of since 40 years ago and should be a basic requirement within a 4 star hotel.

This was one of our worst experience of a stay in a 4 star hotel. The room, the lift, the garage..... nearly everything zwas dirty, dusty, many old stuff (shower 🚿).... so that we felt more than uncomfortable. The beer in the \"fridge\" was warm and undrinkable. Coming out from the lift the people of the reception had no word to say \"hello\" or something similar. So we didn't felt welcome. The lady at the breakfast reception had been friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

The hotel in general was nice and clean with ample seating area in the lobby. It is inconveniently located quite a ways outside of València in an industrial area of town. There are VERY limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is the worst part about it because the hotel’s restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet only) and then closed all day until 8:30pm. We arrived at 2:00pm and had nowhere to eat after a long day of travel until 8:30pm as the few restaurants in the area were all closed.
The spa services were only a pool/sauna/jacuzzi circuit…… no actual spa treatments available.
Our room was very nice but the floors were filthy and literally covered in long hair from previous guests, it was everywhere!
The restaurant, when it was open, had a good dinner menu and a mediocre breakfast buffet for the price.
The staff for the most part were pleasant and helpful.
Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t go back next time I’m in València.

I drove to the hotel and it was super easy to find. The room was huge and well appointed. They provided everything you may need for the stay. I was given a room for a person with disabilities although I am not disabled. Weird, but not a deal breaker for me. It is close to many local stores and just under 5 miles away for the city center.

Decent but not a typical 4 star hotel

We were there for the soccer camp related events and stay there for a week. Overall it was nice... Most of the staff members except for one was nice to us and patient that we do not speak Spanish... Breakfast was very nice although it was repetitive after a few days, their dinner menu is all so good but not before kids. One of the issue is taking not have any option for lunch.

We got Junior suite so it was nice decent size room. But there was definitely some plumbing issues where I think water would not go without easily. Also their lights are very sensitive. Everything is on timer & the hallway lights turns off in 1 sec.... Too quick.,..

Lastly, they're elevator or having some issues where it makes a big clunk sound between 3rd & 4th floor...

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was okay. However, I was very disappointed with the SPA and gym. The SPA was mediocre at best… the pool, jacuzzy, and 3 of the 4 saunas were not hot at all, and some areas were not working at all. The SPA definitely needs a huge upgrade as guests around me had the same complaints. As to the gym… well there is no gym. There is one machine! The location is not preferred as it is not near much of anything. I stayed to be in nice hotel with good amenities. Well, for a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed.

Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. We had diner at the hotel as there was not many options around. Food was good. I recommend this hotel as long as you are OK with the location.

When I came down for breakfast, I was the only one who was asked what room I was from.
13 people walked in after me and no one else was asked. I am black woman so naturally I will stand out in Spain.
Yes there were groups but there were also individuals and families present.
The breakfast variety was a litttle limited in my opinion.
Nice property but maybe the customer service could have been better.
You will need to take a taxi into town or walk to Santa Rita Metro station which is 20mins away.

Booked this hotel to visit some friends in Valencia. I’m I glad we knew people there as we would never have found this hotel or been able to get around?!
Must be a business focused location as it’s not tourist friendly. Also found it strange that there were no blankets provided in this over air conditioned floor/room.
Also the restaurant was only open from 830-10pm. Disappointing stay and will look for something else next time.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Valencia, so you need a taxi to get to Valencia, but it is a short trip. The hotel was very comfortable, large room with amenities, very clean, and a nice restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. It is quiet and you can relax at the bar with a glass of cava or a beer.
Staff is very nice and helpful. They always called us a taxi, which was there at the time we needed it. There is parking, so if you are driving, it is a plus.

Very nice hotel near the airport. Dinner and drinks were great! Room was very clean, countertops and tabletop surfaces a bit worn, bathroom has an odd configuration, but the AC was cold and the room was clean.

Before I went to my room for the night, I asked the front desk about help for calling a cab in the morning to the airport (no shuttle service available) and was assured it was no problem. But when I got to the desk at 3:00AM the front desk told me they would have needed to book it the night before. They tried calling a cab but couldn’t get through. Only reason I got a cab to the airport was by using FREENOW cab booking service on my own. Front desk not very helpful with transport to the airport.

I had chosen this VIP access hotel because of more benefits of Expedia gold member ,Although I did not receive any room upgrade I got a noisy room on 1st floor next to the elevator and facing the two big cylinders and the background of its hotel sign. The rooms were very dusty and unkept, decor missing, carpets in hallway extremely stained. Room service was hit or miss depending on the day. The food was fresh on one day and clearly warmed up in the microwave three days later. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would never use it again.

Very outdated hotel. The lobby had dripping water from ceiling onto floor, a slipping hazard, that wasnt mopped up or flagged to let you know. The staff was friendly, but the condition of hotel canceled that out. Rooms had a strong musty smell and the linens had stains on them. Inconveniently located to everything. Had to taxi it everywhere.

Good location in proximity to highway. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Liked the sliding door to separate bedroom from entrance, gave more privacy and less hallway noise. I had dinner at the restaurant and sat for a long period of time before anyone acknowledged me. Gave me menu than didn’t get service, had to call someone over. Ordered dinner and waited a long time. Server finally showed up to ask if I wanted desert. I was still waiting for my dinner. Food was just ok. Service was slow Breakfast was very good. A lot of choices, served hot and cold items.large variety of pastries and breads. lobby bathrooms were set on light sensors, I went in the stall and the lights shut off automatically and left me in the dark. I was stuck in the stall because I couldn’t find the door latch in the pitch darkness. Scary episode!!

Choice of hotel was for convenience for nearby client. Hotel does not provide in room coffee making facilities but a kettle was provided on request as was iron and ironing board. Meals were excellent although evening meals did not start until 8.30pm. Rooms are very comfortable, have a good working desk and excellent wifi. Rooms are also very quiet. Staff were superb and helped when asked with a smile and were able arrange taxi service for daily trips to client. Spa was shut for renovation but hopefully it will be open when I next visit.

Enjoyed my stay. Overall, good services received.

I was on a two days course in Valencia. This was the first time in Valencia and therefore my first time stay in Hotel Valencia Congress.

I was in contact with the hotel staff, Gemma, if I remembered correctly her name, regarding hotel shuttle service from Bryce airport to the hotel. She was really helpful in arranging it for me although at the end my flight was delayed so at the end I did manage to use the service but I was very grateful for her help.

The checkin was smooth and efficient. The hotel was nice and the room was very clean and with toiletries provided. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel has a restaurant which I ate hamburger with my friend on the course. We both found the restaurant was nice and the food and the sevices were of a good standard.

Unfortunately, it was raining sovwe we’re not able to use the outdoor pool. Disappointingly, the hotel does have a spa which has an indoor pool but even for guests if the hotel, there is a charge of €20 to use the facilities. This was not specified on the website. Had I planned to have a spa day, it might have been fine but given the limited time I had during the two nights stay, I could not justify paying €20 for using the pool probably an hour at the evening after my course. I am not sure of the restrictive policy as it apparently applies even if I had booked a massage. I think the indoor pool should be free to use for guests in the hotel may be with restrictions on hours for use by children.

The hotel is very nice clean modern furniture nice breakfast friendly staff and the price is more than good. but the location is poor as nothing around and its far from city center the nearest metro station is located in 20min walking distance and u will pay about €20 for the Taxi to reach city centre.also the room service is starting on 8:30pm not 24hrs.

On the outskirts of Valencia, a very modern hotel with great amenities. Large room with the particularity of having the bathroom before the bedroom when you push the door. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price
