Great for a night stay prior to Ibiza. Staff was very helpful and arranged our very early transportation to the airport with no delay. Only complaint is a very strong, unpleasant order in our room. This was circumvented by opening the window for several hours.

Stay well clear of this Hotel

The check in was excellent. The two ladies on reception couldn’t have been more professional, our room was clean and spacious unfortunately it ended when we went into the restaurant. The staff were pleasant enough they suggested menu del dia, ok no probs but no other options, we ask for a bottle of vino, no offer of a wine menu, they just a brought a bottle of house wine. I have to say fortunately it was chilled and drinkable. We asked for ( butter) with the bread but they said they had none and brought us Oil and balsamic, again not a problem. Our main course was brought while we still eating our starters, not good practice then when we asked to put it on our room they said they only take cash at the table. Unbelievable. Breakfast was a total disaster, food was disgusting and every table in the restaurant was full of dirty plates and uneaten food. Never have we experienced a breakfast room like this. Mind you they only had one guy in the restaurant so there was no way he was gonna cope even if he wanted too which incidentally he didn’t. Would we stay here again, definitely not, and this was the first time ever we have felt totally let down by Hotels.Com

There were a few different things with this hotel that were pretty bad. group of about 15 kids were running around screaming until 1:30 am. it took calling the front desk 3 times for them to come up and ask the kids to stop. They were scramming and slamming the doors right next to us and the walls are thin so we could not sleep at all. The bed sheets and pillow cases are horrendous. I went and bought another pillow case because the one given was like paper. There were no napkins or utensils in the room for eating nor given by the hotel when asking. The breakfast was europen, which was fine for some but it has almost no full foods. The restaurant was not good as well. Only soap given by the hotel, no shampoo or conditioner. T

The staff are very friendly.
It was 37 degrees for our visit and they came to our room instantly to fix the AC.
Very helpful when my husband’s different hotel was very disappointing.

Wouldnt stay again

Had to be moved on arrival as the bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Communal corridor smelt bad, really really stale. Breakfast chocie was very limited and not good and the evening food was disgusting.

Staff were friendly but this does not make up for the overall bad experience. Would never stay again and this is most definately not a 4 star hotel ....perhaps a 2!

Overall very happy.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights while our 11 year old son was at a nearby soccer academy. We chose the hotel because of the location and we were not disappointed.
The Reception staff were helpful and we upgraded to a large suite after one night for an additional €40 per night.
Suite was really comfortable, but could be improved by including coffee pods for the coffee machine.
The addition of USB charging ports would be great if they would consider that too. We only had one plug converter with us, which our son used all the time, but we bought some in a nearby store.
Car parking €9 per day, but around the corner is a free car park, so we used that. There were always spaces.
Small supermarket and pharmacy, bar and cafe within steps of the hotel.
Heron City 4 minute drive, this was great fun and had very nice restaurants and fun activities for the family.

We ate dinner on only one evening in the hotel as we had a busy schedule. Dinner was good and inexpensive. Drinks were generous and inexpensive. Service staff were friendly and attentive.

Two improvements could be made. The pool area is a bit neglected and the addition of a retractable awning or shade would help with the sauna like heat. Im not an engineer so im not sure exactly what, but it could be improved.
A snack bar up there would be good too.

Breakfast... this needs a rethink. It just doesn't work. Every morning guests wandered around looking for plates, cutlery, juice, a coffee machine that worked.

I used to like this hotel. It has underground parking and a restaurant on-site. I used to stay there when traveling through on my way to/from the south of Spain.
However, this time there was a large group (of bodybuilders) who partied all night. That is not the sort of thing one wants to experience after a long drive and with the next long drive on the very next day.

The positive : this was a very affordable hotel with nice, professional staff.

The negative : it's in an industrial area. While the lobby was glitzy, the rooms were relatively shabby, and the facilities were very unimpressive.

I would have never guessed this was a four-star hotel. The beautiful common areas and the friendly staff do not make up for the 3-star rooms and facilities.

Exactly what I hoped for and ideal for my trip. A clean, comfortable and friendly space to spend the night. The service from reception and bar was particularly good. The food available was a little disappointing but given that I am vegetarian not entirely unexpected. Prices within the hotel were reasonable and free parking close by after unloading. Overall price very good for the quality. I didn't have time to explore the leisure facilities. There are limited other eating options within walking distance which only matters if the stay was several days. Would definitely use again.

Smart and Modern

This was our first time in this hotel and it certainly is a smart hotel. The room was large and well laid out, and very clean. The bed, however, was not the most comfortable we have slept in.

There was a wait of an hour or so for the restaurant to open, not even any coffee being served, so we walked to the Irish bar a few minutes away. We were glad we did, as when we returned and looked at the menu we found that it was really expensive and certainly not for us.

Breakfast is €5 for continental and €10 for the cooked option. We chose the continental but were asked to pay €20, which was eventually corrected when we pointed out that we had had only coffee, cereals and toast.

We had a peep at the swimming pool and gym - excellent for those who would enjoy those facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport, and we stayed when we had an overnight layover in Valencia. The night manager was extremely helpful in checking us in quickly, in ordering us a cab, and making sure we were awake for our early flight. I would recommend this as a good airport hotel should you have to stay near VLC

The hotel was nice, had spacious rooms and was very clean. The furnishings were all either new or excellently maintained. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. The surrounding area is an industrial zone, so the perfect hotel if your travelling for business to one of the nearby companies - the traffic to and from the center during peak hours is horrible.

Disappointing, the staff attitude and the service we received was poor. The location of the hotel is only ok if you are travelling north or south and just want to sleep somewhere for the night, it is on what looks like an industrial estate, half finished at that, there are no facilities around the hotel.

Mas Camarena - staying for business

Even though I booked and paid in advance on Hotels.com, I was charged for the room on check in. After I checked my records, I took this up with reception who then refunded the charge. Ultimately not an issue, but didn't make a good first impression on me. Hotel was clean and modern. Dinner was good at the restaurant, with big portion sizes. I was here for business at the nearby science park. Would stay or recommend this hotel for business but might not be the ideal location for tourists. I didn't use the pool or gym so can't comment here. Overall, a pleasant hotel.

Although the hotel is very nice,i would not recommend it as family friendly.More for business stays,as it`s in a business area.Once we got used to the bus,were able to get into the city,with the buses both there & back very reliable.We got a taxi one evening to nearby Heron city but waited over an hour at the taxi rank,to return and ended up walking back to the hotel,as no taxi came to the rank.

The hotel itself is nice. Friendly staff and solid facilities. However, the location is awful. It's about 10-12 KM away from the city center. If you have a car, this is a good hotel for you. If you don't. have fun spending 20 euros on a taxi every time you want to get to downtown.

The Hotel was pleasant, but we arrived on aSunday Evening so the Restaurant was closed for dinner.
The room was clean and adequately furnished with easy access to Wi-Fi.
As it was a stop-over on the road between the South of Spain and the Channel Tunnel, its location near the Autovia was a major benefit.

Los recepcionistas muy amables y el personal en general muy bien. Pero los colchones eran muy duros. Eche de menos una cafetera y una habitación más moderna. La piscina muy turbia y la ducha era un tubo pelado. Vamos que no tenía mucha gracia la decoración. A mí gusto no podría calificarlo de hotel 4 estrellas, sino de 3.
Está bien el hotel si antes de ir supiera que es de una estrella menos.

Nous aurions préféré une douche à l’italienne plutôt qu’une baignoire.

Muy gusto por el precio que piden

En 1r lugar cuando queríamos entrar en la habitación por 1r vez no pudimos abrir la puerta, ya que la tarjeta no funcionaba, bajamos a bajo a decirlo y nos dijeron que era culpa nuestra que la habíamos desactivado con el contacto con el mobil, sinceramente no ser como se desactiva sola un tarjeta en 1 minuto,pero bueno..Solo en entrar a la habitación no dimos cuenta que el secador de pelo no funcionaba, se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción pero no nos dio ninguna solución.
Por último la habitación contaba con una nevera y nos dimos cuenta que no enfriaba, estuvimos mirando y se ve que estaba desenchufada de la corriente, no se el motivo pero esta mal por parte del hotel desenchufar la nevera para que no gaste
Suerte que solo estuvimos 1 dia de paso, porque 1 semana no se aguanta más evasivas

Estuve alojado con mi familia un par de días en julio. No se trata de un hotel familiar y está ubicado en un polígono empresarial. Las habitaciones son amplias con saloncito extra y todo muy limpio. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la cubierta que está muy bien para nadar un poco y refrescarse pero poco más. El gran pero es el restaurante. El bufé de desayuno es bastante desangelado y para cenar directamente no hay, hay que elegir un primero, segundo y postre de un menú del día que no varía nunca aunque la variedad de platos es generosa. La situación es en Paterna por lo que queda un poco alejado de Valencia, pero estás a 30 minutos como mucho de todo. En general es un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

Boas condições para uma visita de dias a Paterna e Valência.
A disposição de veículo para assegurar deslocações será conveniente.
Bom quarto, necessitando apenas de uma correção do desnível entre o fundo da banheira e o chão do WC, que julgo ser comum aos outros quartos e torna a saída do banho um pouco perigosa.
O pequeno-almoço é diversificado, mas pode ser melhorado, bem como a disposição e arrumação da sala.

Is afgelegen, moet echt zoeken naar eten. Geen variatie in ontbijt en ook is de restaurant beperkt open. En zeer prijzig!

Op de kamer geen waterkoker om iets warm te drinken. De hotel zij dat de strand is 10 minuten ervan, dat klopt niet! Met de taxi is het 25 tot 30 minuten. De badkamers moet beter schoongemaakt worden.
