I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for.

I loved everything besides the fact that all of the restaurants and dining halls closed early. There was no 24/7 dining besides room service which had a very limited menu and they CHARGED $10 for delivery to the room each order. Same thing with the bars, no late night bar they all close BEFORE midnight. For anyone who likes to take mid day naps to recharge then come back out later this would not be the place for you because everything is closed by 6/6:30pm. Outside of this everything else was really nice.

The staff is great, but you can tell they are under paid and over worked. The hotel needs major upkeep, ie peeling walls, holes in ceiling, dirty carpet, broken door handles that pinches your skin once it falls off. There was food poisoning with several guests vomiting from the cold bar at the buffet. The restaurants are nice. The menu is great with local cuisine. I was disappointed that they charged $159/day/guest during hurricane Melissa. I was already scheduled to leave a day before the hurricane officially began, but this shows this hotel has little humanity. I pray they allowed the locals to shelter there at no charge.

Worst resort I’ve ever been to. DO NOT BOOK HERE! The food was terrible, I stayed for 5 days & was surviving on the jerk chicken restaurant & beef patties during my whole stay. The whole resort is very outdated & unkept. I always try to research as much as I can before I book anything & for this resort in particular I saw many good reviews & that’s why I decided to book but it was a terrible idea. As soon as we got to the hotel we tried to contact Expedia to give us a refund for us to be able to book at a different resort but all they offered was a $50 dollar credit. I would never book here again. Worst experience ever to the point we didn’t want to leave the room. The whole resort smells bad, the staff is unsanitary, the buffet is very limited & the restaurants are horrible, I’m not a picky eater & the food was so bad. Around the beach area you had people smoking weed & even their own workers tried to sell you weed. This trip was not what I expected. I feel like I wasted my time & money. Very disappointed. We were limited on options & all we was offered was a $50 key cash credit that won’t be available until 3 days after our trips ends 0/10

Amazing resort. Friendly welcoming staff. The food was spot on and well seasoned unlike other resorts you can tell the buffet ensures true local flavors. The pillows were very soft and comfortable and hotel isnt but 15-20 min from the airport. No complaints wonderful stay.

There were times when NOTHING was available to eat or drink. The buffet had the same items the entire 7 days we were there, nothing different. Restaurants all closed and opened at the same time leaving nowhere in between.
Going to check out, ended up in the check in line because they are not marked and stood there over an hour almost missing our taxi to the airport. Hotel could use serious up grading, only one elevator to upper floors on each end. Making people check towels in and out at an all inclusive resort is really a pain, what are we going to do with them??????? Also, it's ALL INCLUSIVE, why do you need my room number for everything? And as far as the all inclusive, it is only all inclusive if you do not smoke! The Smoke Police as I came to call them for the last week complain NO MATTER WHERE YOU SMOKE, that it is a \"family resort\", well I didn't bring my family, and I do smoke, so where is my inclusion. Will not be going back here.... to many rules, regulations, and just all around lacking on any customer service.

This resort needs signs posted. The rooms should have welcome packet with a map of the resort, times of all of the dining options and information about the hotel like check out times, pool party times etc. The spa is way to expensive to have towels for face covers. The material was rough and had a smell. Im interested to see what it will look like after the remodel.

Check-in was scheduled for 4 pm, but unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready until 6 pm. To their credit, the hotel made up for this by offering us a complimentary late check-out (normally charged at about $50 USD per hour), which was appreciated.

The facilities overall were clean and well maintained. However, the spa was missing a sauna and steam room, which was a bit disappointing.

Food was mixed. The Italian restaurant was a highlight with very enjoyable meals. The buffet had a decent selection, but many items were served warm or even cold instead of hot, which took away from the experience.

The restaurant staff were excellent — very friendly and often went above and beyond to accommodate requests, which really stood out.

Entertainment was varied. The DJ played throughout, but the music selection could have covered a wider range of genres. On the other hand, the poolside entertainment was fantastic, and the lazy river/tube pool was a lot of fun — we ended up spending a full day just relaxing there.

Rooms were decent and clean. The bathrooms felt a little dated but were well maintained.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some memorable highlights, though there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.

Mangoes resort restaurant was my everyday go to and the waitress Kiesha provided an Exceptional dinning experience with her pleasant personality & positive energy. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. The food at all the onsite restaurants were incredible, the Rum Factory restaurant was my favorite. Overall I had a great experience at Dreams Rosehall & will return again.

My initial room had several defects. However the night manager Huntley made good and ensured we were relocated to a better room. Thw service before under the Hilton was top tier. This is my 3rd stay in 1 year and this last time under the new Hyatt brand was a disappointment. The food and drinks were below thw norm standard. The staff is still the best part of this hotel but it needs some changes to stay top tier.

The staff were wonderful and the nighttime entertainment was excellent. However, the stay overall was disappointing. My room was very noisy due to adjoining guests, street traffic, a loud AC unit, and daytime entertainment by the waterpark. Essentials like an ironing board were missing, and the bathroom felt very dated. Buffet dining was underwhelming, with the exception of the Jamaican cuisine night. Most concerning was a serious security breach with my room that required investigation.

Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and a cool hand towel, which was nice. Lobby was air conditioned and clean. Once we got inside the property we started to make our way around and explore. We quickly realized this looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online when we booked. The beach was tiny, chairs and tables not cleaned off. The pool in the front was small as well as the water park. No music by the main pool, the music by the water park was ok and DJ kept pausing too much that we couldn’t enjoy the songs. There is not many bar options and the drinks were absolutely horrible. Every alcoholic beverage we got tasted Watered down. As far as entertainment goes there isn’t much at all, very boring once nighttime hits. The food on the other hand was very good and flavorful. The coffee shop was large, clean, and had ac. The property itself wasn’t too bad, but definitely not what we expected and the photos online are enhanced, very misleading. Overall, it was a clean property with good food. The rum factory was enjoyable and so is the buffet. The servers were friendly and bathrooms in the lobby were clean. Overall, it was disappointing, but not terrible. Would not go back a second time.

My experience regarding my recent stay at your resort, which I booked through Expedia.

Firstly, I would like to address an issue we encountered upon arrival. According to the information provided on your website, children under the age of five are accommodated free of charge. However, we were informed that this was not the case, and we had to pay for our three-year-old child at check-in. This discrepancy was quite disappointing.

Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms in our accommodation require significant upgrades. A serious concern arose when my friend discovered mold on the ceiling in their room, necessitating a room change.

Regarding dining options, I found the selections at the buffet-style restaurant to be quite limited. While the seaside restaurant did not meet our expectations, we did enjoy the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer. Conversely, the Jamaican restaurant stood out as an excellent dining option, and we appreciated the café offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and ice cream.

On a positive note, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and the beach was easily accessible and well-maintained.

However, I was disappointed with the feedback process at checkout. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the overall experience, there was no follow-up to understand our concerns, which gave the impression that guest feedback is not a priority.

Fun 2 night stay

Loved our 2-night stay. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was exceptional with a variety of options for my picky eater toddler. There were tasty Jamaican dishes, lots of vegetarian dishes, Indian cuisine, seafood and more.
A little cosmetic maintenance required but otherwise a good stay. Would definitely return.

I am not one to leave a bad review but will leave a honest one. Overall we had a great time. The staff was awesome amd the food was great!! Collin at the rum factory was awesome!! Our favorite was probably seaside grill the italian restuarants. The resort itself is pretty small and older, they definitely need to work on housekeeping in the room and on property, we got a ocean front walkout room and it was not worth the extra moeny. The beach area is small and not much beach to walk so that was disappointing!! If you are traveling with kids i recommend get pizza from the pizza place at the beach and taking a few extra slices to the room for snacks later on. Montego bay is beautiful but overall kind of older and dirty.

We enjoyed ourselves overall. I went with my son who is six and my wife. This is now a Hyatt and not a Hilton, we are resolving that with Expedia separately. All the people that work here were friendly as expected. If you eat a lot of meat, food will be great. For vegetarians there weren’t as many options during the day or night at buffet. Our air conditioning worked well sometime and other times not as good. The properly had a lot of locals with day passes. The rooms are outdated and furniture has a kind of old smell also, could be due to humidity exposure and needs to be upgraded. Cleaning around the pool could be better as spilled drinks weren’t cleaned for days and trash from night before could be seen at the pool. The lazy river is very small and the slides aren’t very kid friendly. There isn’t a water park, having one slide doesn’t make it a water park. We liked the coffee shop a lot. This is all inclusive so food quality to us was just average or eatable. Overall the photos are misleading on Expedia and I would say this hotel needs a lot of work. Sharing an honest review that would have helped us before booking.

My family had a great time at Dreams. Both my 20 and 14 year olds found plenty to do to stay busy and happy. During the evenings and nights, my wife and I hung out while they had their in room screen time or walked around eating ice cream and other junk from the coffee shop.

The lazy river and slides were fun for us all. Great entertainment at the pool and during the evenings. Very clean hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff was great, but a few here and there that just didn't seem to want to be bothered. I thought that was comical and moved on.Food and drink options were good.

Dreams is not a luxurious resort, but it's a great place for families and all ages to enjoy.
